whether I'm stopping in on my lunch break, or because the depression hit particularly hard, Baker's has never failed to satisfy me. This particular Baker's has better fries than McDonald's and in n out combined, and their portions are reasonable considering how pricey they can be. What can I say, I'm a fan.

Cant go wrong with Baker's! There is a fabulous mix of American Mexican and American food! Their burgers are awesome, love the Machaca breakfast burrito, and the bean and cheese burritos are fabulous. They have spicy ketchup - which is so good, if you like ketchup - and their hot sauce is on point!

Bakers in Redlands is one of the BEST Baker's I've been too. I travel out of my way just to get food from this location. 1165 W. Colton Ave Redlands 92374. Excellent food friendly helpful employees great customer service. Everyone should stop on over and see what I mean....

Food is a little pricier, than I remember, but the food is still just as good as I remember. The food is great. The lobby is very well kept, very clean. As well as the kitchen. You can see the kitchen from the lobby and can easily see how clean they keep it back there. They decorated the lobby with a Christmas theme, along with music, giving it that cheerful Christmas atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone.

As always, very good food. This particular Bakers did not have coke today, no coke products. That's okay, just got one of thier shakes instead. That was a good call considering how hot it was this day. Anyways, they have great food, and cheap, which is what we all want.

I've been eating at Bakers since I was a child and its always been a great experience but today was exceptional. We were greeted by Golda at the drive-thru and she was super kind. I had a rough weekend but her voice and kindness made my day better. I ordered the Cali steak fries and I can honestly say that they were the best I've ordered from Bakers. You can tell she's got a big heart and I wish her the best, I will be returning to this Bakers location more often.

I don’t usually eat fast food, so I was skeptical with this being my first time here. I was pleasantly surprised at just how tasty it was. The meat was seasoned well and the tortillas were way better than I’ve gotten at other fast food joints. Prices were reasonable and the staff were friendly. I will absolutely be going back!

Bakers off of Colton Ave in Redlands has good food service is a little slow but outside of that it's one of the better Bakers. The baker's on Washington Street in Colton is absolutely horrible the bakers will be rolling in their graves if they knew.

Favorite location. Depends on time of day but the drive thru lines moves fairly quick. Staff is very friendly and the food is good. My kids like the bean and cheese burritos and their cheeseburgers.

I love bakers, and this is a good location. However, their teas (sweet tea mostly) taste weird like they're spoiled, or soap like tang to them. Not sure why this is but I wouldn't order any tea from here. Avoid lunch time hours the line is crazy.

Fast food chain that still manages to feel almost family owned. They don't have a "value menu" because everything on their menu is value priced. Instead of subtly minimizing their tacos to fit some fancy advertised price they are just as good as always and priced fair.

Burger was that good. I asked for spicy ketchup, but they ended up giving me hot sauce!

The burger i have received did look like little bit skinny. Burger was thin slice decorated with cabbage looking lettuce and a slice cheese with extra $ 0.75. French fries were not crispy and wet sticky.The only good part of papá twin meal was the drink which i was not able to finish due to volume.

I've modified my earlier review due to the menu change. It isn't as easy to see what your paying due all entrees becoming comb meals by adding a separate dollar amount to the items price. Also the popular "Meals Priced Right" menu no longer offered.

It was... okay. My burger was pink inside. Steak taco was quite bland . The chocolate milkshake was really good. At the end of the day I should have followed my daughter's advice and went to In-N-Out Burger.

Fries are good. Food has been lackluster for a few years. I tried a double stuffed steak burrito. The steak was quite dry and chewy. Much better options out there at the same price point.

Honestly, the burger I had here wasn't very good, and the french fries were nothing to write home about either. I haven't tried much else from there, but I reckon it's about as good as my burger was. It's okay in a pinch, but I would not recommend it to friends and family.

Normally bakers is pretty good. Got 2 protein style double bakers and both had ugly lettuce and massive amount. Order double baker with no lettuce and got it with no tomatoes. Lol. Easy order and got messed up.

Im a huge fan of bakers always have been. But my experience this time around was different. And unfortunately was only with this location i didnt have the best experience with. Starters the completely destroyed my order. 70% of the food was not what i ordered. Same goes for my brother in law and his kids. Meals were wrong. The place was dead we were the only ones in and took 20min to get our food. Now they did fix the issue which greatly appreciated but even the corrected replacement took a while to come out. Will i come back to Bakers? Absolutely. To this location? Very doubtful

The line here always takes forever, even when there aren't many cars and I don't think I've ever encountered a single happy employee here. My most recent visit was no different and my tostada toppings were all over the place and I paid for extra cheese but definitely didn't get it. Update: Bakers responded and made it very apparent that they dont even read the reviews, just have some bot respond to what they think the complaint is. Good to know.

The whole process from ordering to getting the food took about 15 mins. Asked for extra crispy chili cheese fries but got some sad warm fries. The food reminds me of Wienerschnitzel, but without the hot dogs. Had to try this cause everyone claims it's good, but its alright imo.

Tex Mex style food. The food was OK. The place is small but you can eat inside. If you've never been here before It's like Mexican Fast food.

Long waiting the drive thru with two different windows good. The chocolate shake was melted by the time we got it. Not too happy this visit.

Went for lunch and ended up waiting 20 minutes before going up and they had cleared our order and forgotten about us. Then when we got our food my wife’s chili cheese fries were barley lukewarm and I got the wrong burger even though I paid for one of their more expensive ones. My wife and I were already late getting back to work because of the wait so I didn’t have time to go back and deal with the further issue

Friday 6-16-23 1:40 p.m. Very busy, both sit down and drive thru. I think it was just too busy for the staff. I heard a few people complain or go back for missing items. I myself had to go back to the counter for a missing food item. And food was poor quality today for Baker's usual. Also, the seating area was a mess. I have been to this location before without issue.

I ordered two soft tacos and got crunchy ones with grease dripping everywhere. The lids on beverages are never put on right. Yep, chocolate shake all down the front of me. Be sure to check the lids on any beverage you purchase there. This has happened several times with different drinks.

Food at bakers is delicious, I'll definitely go back when I'm craving a combination burrito (get extra cheese and sour cream) but the management at this location is horrendous. If you like 50min wait times for two burritos a fry and two drinks then this is the place. If you're short on time go elsewhere. And if it's lunch time or dinner good luck. They'll take your order and 20 others then after taking all orders they will finally start making the orders.

Ok bias here lol... i have had two daughter's work for bakers and I have always enjoyed the food. It seems they have changed the hot sauce as it was flavorless. The ground beef burrito and tacos I ordered were very dry like the meat was overcooked so little disappointment and not having that wonderful green packet sauce to help them out made it an ok meal. Not what I am used too for the last 30 years.

I love Bakers but their servers are carelessly scoping way too much of the ground beef grease into the food. I noticed it last time when I ordered my go-to: 2 crunchy ground beef tacos, and noticed it again today. Grease is literally dripping from the wrapper. The bottom of the taco is saturated in grease. That’s disgusting.

In these times it's pretty sad that Baker's refuses to take cash only cards. I would think some people can't use cards but Baker's doesnt care. There's not many fast food places that do this but I guess Baker's has so much money they can do this. Glad your thinking of your customers that have supported you all these years.

It was 5 pm in Redlands California and we had a long drive home so we stopped for food. Bakers sounds nice doesnt it? Nope, worst food Ive ever eaten, not even the fries were good. My wife agreed and said her soft taco was bad and my bean burrito was yuk

This location is by far the worst one there is. The employees are rude. The girl that usually works the drive thru window always slams my drink into my hand causing some to spill out of the lid onto my hand. Today they had a new older woman working the drive thru who was EXTREMELY rude. She mocked me and you could tell she was not a pleasant person. I usually frequent this location but after today I won't be returning.

I was charged for something I didn't order and instead of them just giving me a refund for the incorrect item they recharged my card and then told me it would take 3-5 business days to get the refund. I was totally lost. My Card had to be charged twice for the full amount of the order. We are living in a time where some people are struggling and every little bit counts. Baker's needs to get it together. Change the way you refund people especially when it's your mistake and also learn how to apologize.

Just went to buy food for the family totaling to $40.... where to start ...... all the french fries where way over salted, the double and single bakers where hard, the bean and cheese tostada with extra cheese came with lettuce tomato and no extra cheese. The Montery chicken burger was not seasoned at all it was really plain and dry. I got a large coke with strawberries but I ended up getting Diet Coke with strawberries. Last but not least rude guy taking orders ...... really bad visit and loss of $40

Ordered food in the ridiculously long drive thru only to receive an incorrect drink order. Realizing this once I reached my destination, I had to drive back and confront the employee about the mistake. No apology. I asked if they could remake my food since the food I had was surely cold by now. They agreed once I gave back the food I already had. Absolutely absurd.

Horrible service who eats a salad with no fork but wait there’s more I actually asked if one was put in my bag and told yes(obviously there wasn’t). Went back to get a fork parked in handicapped cause I’m a paraplegic and had to go completely around the building to get one. I complained to the manager but she didn’t seem to care at all. Then my husband repeated the order twice , and still Dustin did not get the order right .. my husband had to go back through and tell Dustin he forgot our sons cheese quesadilla. DUSTIN RESPONDED WITH YOU WERE ORDERING TOO FAST BRO ! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL . The pollo asado burrito had a lot of hard to bite rice in it that hurt my teeth when i bit into it and the crunchy beef taco had hair in it. The quality of the food was very disappointing. none of the workers were wearing hair nets

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered a veggie wrap with no sour cream because of a dairy allergy and the person taking my order specifically told me that the wrap doesn’t come with sour cream. Second attempt after a terrible experience with employees care less attitude last week. This time myself and another customer stood in the lobby being ignored at the counter for 10 minutes before I gave up and left. Three employees, not a single acknowledgement from any of them while two serviced the drive thru window and the third messed around with a machine at the counter. Not worth the price. The breakfast burritos are the size of a taco in a big flour tortilla. The chili cheese tots are definitely NOT worth the $5.75. Better go spend your money somewhere else.

I came on 07/29/2023 at 10:20pm the food was very nasty 🤮 I ordered a Cali burrito it was very nast stale hard tortilla cold fries hard rubbery steak . The burger was extremely salty then something told me to open it and look at it and the meat looks horrible and smells has a lot of particles on the meat I asked for well done and it’s no near well done

I am a frequent Baker's customer. When I took my burrito back due to the tortilla being burnt, I was told by the manager that's how they come. The burrito taste burnt. He offered to remake one, but because that's how the they come, it will be the same outcome. Also there was one person in the drive thru, and no one in the restaurant... but yet all of the tables were dirty.
