Yo it's cheaper than fast food at this point . It used to not be. It's the reverse now

Good service and friendly staff. Been a while but really enjoying it. Chicken enchilada soup, onion fries, southwestern egg rolls, broccoli I know but it's good. The burgers are on fire.

Delicious food & good service. Also they had “3 for me“ menu which start from 11$ and contains a main course, side and drink. I definitely will visit again.

Coming here surprisingly it was a very good experience. We got a seat right away despite it looking a little bit crowded. The food was excellent. I ordered a bacon burger and my partner some pasta. We also got free nachos with sauce just to give my email for joining their list to get emails with offers later. The waitress was pending on us all the time. A very good service in general. Finally, their new system to pay, which is a tablet like Device with a touch screen made it easy to pay whenever we were ready instead of waiting for the Waitress to come, do the charge and then give us the ticket; this new Device let you see the check details and pay with you card. The receipt you can easily send to your email, which I do these days instead of collecting the little papers to review them later. It's easy to simply review my email for that.

I don't remember the name of our waiter but her was on top of his game!! Best service I have had anywhere in a long time. It was a long wait to get a seat but well worth it. The food was fresh the drinks never went empty and the waiter was friendly and fast.

Great Atmosphere, great service from pur server. Very pleasant , good food. Portions are good ,reasonably priced. We've been here several times ,never disappoints . I eas our anniversary, we said let's hit Chili's . We had the 3 for me , it was a good portion, for the price. Try it ,if you haven't had it.

Wow! We were blessed to have Haley as our server recently. I wish servers everywhere else could be like her! She is attentive, professional, courteous, friendly to name a few.

Had a terrible experience at red Robin, went across the road to chili's. Day & night! Pleasant servers, good, hot & quick food. The manager Cory was pleasant and welcoming. But our server Eric went above & beyond! Knowledgeable,friendly accommodating. He explained that others had negative experiences from Red Robin, and would come to chili's. He was very sympathetic, and gave us a lovely dining experience! Top notch!!!

Great atmosphere very peaceful great service and they do not rush you to leave the restaurant. The music was a little loud but we joyed it. We ordered these sampler we were not disappointed, it was delicious.

I always love coming to this Chilis. I always sit at the bar and the bar tender is attentive. Right away the waiter takes our order for drinks. We also get a food menu and put in our orders with the bartender. In 10 to 15min our food usually arrives and it’s hot and not cold. The food here always hits the spot with friendly staff and fast service.

I gave it 5 stars for the burger alone. Sooooo good. Everything I wanted and soooo much more. "The Boss" burger. 👌

The Redkands Chili's always has good food and drinks. I like that you can sit in the bar to eat without waiting. This saves me a lot of time. Kids are allowed in this area too.

I like the idea of the 3 for me, but all they offer is the cheeseburger, if you want something else you have to pay extra. We ordered off the regular menu, we were fine paying regular prices because they give you a lot of food.

Update: my friend and I came back again to Chili's to have dinner. We we're seated in the bar and had a wonderful dinner and a great cocktail. We had outstanding service! Chili's in Redlands California is a great place to go for lunch or dinner. They have delicious meals. I love the shrimp tacos. They are the best you've ever tasted. They have delicious cocktails as well. We go as often as we can.

By becoming a member, you can enjoy unlimited corn chips with salsa. On Sunday afternoon, the entrance was packed with people waiting in line. We left our phone number, name, and party size, and received a text notification when a table was ready. After waiting about 30 minutes, the three of us were seated. We ordered the combo fajitas（ shrimp and beef）, and added guacamole for an extra $3. The meal came with rice, beans, sour cream,cheese,and tortillas. One adult and two kids shared it and were all very full.

I always come to this chili with my friends, we used to come here like every week or every other week. Last night we went to dinner on a busy evening but the staff and servers were super nice. Our Server Avery gave lots of great suggestions and was very friendly and accommodating for us even though he was super busy with lots of tables. I always have a great time at this location. I tried the watermelon lemonade and beef and queso dip for the first time and I really recommend them if you want to try, they were soooo much better than I expected!

You can really never go wrong with Chili's. It comes down to the way that the staff treats you. And in this case, they did a great job. We got there a little bit late, about an hour till closing time. The young lady that sat us did so right away. The gentleman who served us was the closer. He was able to handle us and other customers while still doing his closing duties. We never felt neglected. The chips and salsa are a must, definitely a staple at Chili's. And of course we had to get the queso to go with it. Because I like to fill up on the appetizers at chili's, I tried to eat a little bit light. The food was great. We didn't get out of there until about a half an hour after closing time, but the staff was great and did not bother us to leave, even though they were closed. Great job, team!

Best 10.99$ meal you're going to get anywhere

Almost Perfect Experience I visited this restaurant with my family on a Sunday morning, after receiving some gift cards for Christmas. The place was very busy, as expected, but the wait was shorter than they told us. We got seated in about 15 minutes and received our menus promptly. We had enough time to look over the options and place our order. The drinks arrived very quickly, within 3 minutes of ordering, but the food took a bit longer. However, it was not an unreasonable wait, considering how crowded the restaurant was. I noticed that the staff were working hard and seemed understaffed, but they were still friendly and attentive to every customer. The only flaw in our experience was that our table was not properly set. We had to ask for utensils and napkins after our food was served. I think most restaurants should provide those things when you order, or at least before the food arrives. Other than that, everything was great. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and nicely presented. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal and had a good time. I highly recommend this place for a family or friends outing.

Was in the parking lot, it looked busy driving up so we called to make sure what the wait was. They said No wait. This was important to us as we were really hungry and could have easily gone somewhere else. Instead we went inside just for them to tell us it's a 20-30 min wait. First time ever eating at chili's and I have to say it wasn't the best for me. My main meal of surf and turf was less than perfect, with the shrimp coming out cold, but it was replaced immediately with hot shrimp. The cajun shrimp was okay because I tasted more of the spice cajun flavor than shrimp. The steak was a bit dry and overly seasoned. The broccoli was fine. My strawberry margarita was good considering Ashley did a good job of mixing a good ratio of alcohol and flavor. I came in on a Wednesday, and there were 15 couples in the restaurant . I felt a bit neglected, but Ashley did her best to attend to me at the bar. Overall, a 3 star here.

I have been coming to this location for many years. Here lately it seems to have gone down hill but I still wanted to get something to eat thinking it would be ok since it wasn’t a busy night. Per the personal they haven’t had broccoli for the past 2 months and I guess it’s a known issue since the workers don’t like to work Mondays or Tuesdays since this is an ongoing issue. What is the deal with management? Luckily we went across the street and ate at another spot….. just walking in felt so good! It wasn’t freezing and they had everything that was on the menu.

I asked for fries because I didn’t want my specific other to eat alone. Disappointed Visit: My wife and I have always enjoyed dining at Chili's, but after our recent visit, I won’t be returning to this location. **The Issue:** While our waitress did everything she could to help, the manager failed to address the situation properly. I have a severe shellfish allergy, so I can’t eat anything containing shrimp. I specifically asked the waitress to remove the shrimp from my dish and substitute extra chicken. When my food arrived, it had shrimp. The waitress apologized and sent it back. Unfortunately, the second attempt also came with shrimp. By this point, I had waited 35 minutes for my meal, and my wife was nearly done with hers. The third time, the dish was finally correct, but do to time I had to rush my meal in order to make it to our movie. The waitress spoke with the manager twice, requesting that my meal item be comped, which would have been fair given the repeated mistakes. Instead, the manager offered a $5 gift card—far from covering the cost of my meal. We left disappointed with the service, though at least I ended my birthday with a good movie.

The food was so bad! Nasty. The server was flaky. Most service came from other staff. The atmosphere was busy and loud. Hostess sat us in a very small space. She saw that other person with me was disabled and a larger person and didn't offer a bigger space.

Food was cold and the service was terrible. Got there 10 minutes before another family and they were served their items first. When ready to leave I asked for to go boxes and our server never brought them. She continued moving about the rest of the restaurant helping other customers and her manager. When I finally received my to go drink my son took a sip of his coke and said it tasted nasty we opened the lid and it had white bubbly residue in it. No, not the regular air bubbles coke has. It was more of a soap looking substance. Will not go back to this Chilis.

went to Chili’s for dinner with my boyfriend to have a night out usually never have a problem got a burger and it came really pink was still a little bloody, took a bite before noticing the burger was raw I let the employee know that I wasn’t comfortable eating that and she basically told me that that’s how their burgers are made. she shrugged me off so i ended up just paying after a long day of work just to throw my food away then got home later that day and had severe stomach issues throwing up ect. Went to the hospital locally near me and got told I had food poisoning for the last four days. I’ve been battling food poisoning and when I called the store manager he said that they had nothing to do with it wouldn’t recommend this chilis to anybody I go very often to other locations But this one is horrible on customer service and quality of food. would give 0 stars if i could .

Tables are never wiped down correctly and floors are just as bad. If management would take some time everyday to have employees wipe down surfaces, especially the tops of booths. Like I said, good food and service but don't let this place go downhill and be filthy. People notice these things...

The employees at this establishment just let the patrons scream at the top of their lungs and not remind them they are not the only people trying to enjoy a meal . Ian not talking about people cheering their sports team on while watching the game but wild deafening screaming so loud I could not even order my meal , unacceptable in most reputable restaurants, I will not be dining here again

I walked in, no one greeted me. I sat down at the bar. The bartender looked at me, rolled her eyes and refilled the person's drink next to me. Their drink was halfway full. Very bad customer service. They were not crowded.

Last night was my wife's birthday and we decided have dinner here. First we were told it’s going to be an 35 min wait, but we waited while over a hour to be seated. Secondly, when the food was brought out my son’s meal was not ready and we waited an additional 15 min for his food. Me being the father I did not start eating until his food arrived. Thats when I find out my meal was not prepared as requested. So I waited for 12 -15 more mins for another meal to be prepared and which it was not prepared right again. I spoke with the manager and she did comp my son’s meal and give us a discount on the bill which I did appreciate, but that still did not make for the poor service we received for them. I was at the restaurant for well over two hours and still did not eat and went home hungry. Very poor service. I will not be returning to this chilis restaurant again. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for any company, so I hope that tells you something.

I will not eat at this Chili's ever again. I took my son here on June 26th, 2025 at 6:45pm and got food poisoning. They sat us at a very tiny table by the bar and kept bringing out the wrong stuff. Once the food came out I began to eat mine and felt something was off with the noodles in my pasta. Once I paid and left I immediately began feeling sick to my stomach and getting chills and sweats. I ended up in urgent care and missed two days of work. I called and spoke to the manager Christina and she claimed she was sending this information over to their risk management team and I would hear something back. I have called back many times since then and keep getting the " We will call you back" and I have yet to hear anything back and it has been 2 MONTHS. THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, and I REGRET spending that $50 that day. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
