Ordered a burrito, asked for no rice, I got rice, when burrito was replaced I was given a smaller one. Asked for regular size, I was given THE SAME EXACT burrito. Which was small.

Hit or miss. The food is okay and sometimes the service is fine but slow. One of the women that work the front is down right rude.

I went here on a Sunday night for dinner. I got a margarita that was very refreshing. The food on the other hand was a bit of a letdown. I got an asada plate and the best thing were the rice and beans. You can clearly see the meat was barely seasoned and lacked any flavor at all.

I really didn't care for the food, no taste, bland and ontop of it no salsa to go with your food. I think all Mexican restaurants should have an in-house salsa. Staff was no help but I did like the Jamaica juice and the chips and salsa given at the beginning while waiting for food. I'll might give it another try. No internet service either

This place took a dump. Servers attiture and demeanor are severly ignorant and give you one excuse after another one. Wont be back for a long long while. The manager here is stubborn and unprofessinal.

I really didn't like the service of this place at all, I found it disrespectful that the people who serve this place make fun of their customers for the simple fact of asking to please add pineapple to a burrito, and it doesn't give them the right to judge as a mockery the request of a customer, it's supposed to be a restaurant and they should do what people ask for, right? I recommend Sergio's Mexican Restaurant, they don't make a face at anyone.

Originally had Cucas in Lake Forest and fell in love but I don't live out there so I was happy to find out they had multiple locations. I ASSUMED the food would taste the same at this location, well folks I was highly disappointed to say it's not the same taste 😤 The rice, beans and enchilada sauce totally different despite what anyone says ✋. The service was bad here, the girl hostess wanted to have a staring competition with me once I walked in. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job by seating me. She wanted to ask me what I was here for? To EAT obviously! 🤦‍♀️what kind of stupid question is that? After we ordered and ate our food we were waiting for the check but it never came 🕣 so my husband had to ask for it. Then it took forever for someone to pick up our check, so again my husband had to get up find somebody and pay. The waiters were hiding behind the wall just on there phones 🙄😤. Horrible service, shouldn't have tipped but I did though. Last time I checked servers have to WORK for their tips instead of just expecting it! Should have listened to my husband and not tip at all 😒.
