Usually my past experiences are ok but today just wasn't a very good experience... The girl making our sandwich forgot three ingredients from the club sub. The soda machine was straight up water. And all the tables were dirty.

Your employees are amazing. The two stars for service is the owners issue. The owner fails here. Two employees at lunch rush? With online orders pouring in? 30 min in line? Outrageous. Your employees and customers deserve better.

I usually go to the Highland location which is great. Almost everytime I come here they seem understaffed and the wait is long. I use the app to order and my food is almost never ready at the time the app says it'll be ready. Otherwise, the food is usually good and the 2 people working seem to do their best.

The food is good here, but the workers need to pay attention to cooking food. You come here in your lunch break you expect to get your sandwich and leave and the only thing that they were doing was talking and yapping the whole time.

Never order from this Jersey location on doordash, if you add anything to your sub they never add it even though you pay extra. They make the sub just the standard-unedited version EVEY time.

I got food poisoning from here a couple of days ago. I got the chicken philly. The woman on the grill was also making a regular philly and she didn't use a different utensil for the separate meat. About 30-40mins after I ate the sandwich: diarrhea. That night: chills, abdominal pain and fever symptoms.

I spent 30 minutes in line .. I ordered my sandwich and was given the wrong sandwich. The staff was not aware of the line that was growing and continued to move at the pace of snails.. Pickles are not an art form. Seriously, lacking any common sense ..

I went there last week and order four sandwiches and I'm alegic to lettuce and tomatoes and onions and when I get to the woman to make my sandwich she started to put those items on it. She didn't asked me what I wanted and I told her she needed to wait before she decides what to put on my sandwich. Then the man messed up one of my sandwich and made the wrong one and he had to make up the right sandwich. Then one of the ladies had a attitude with me and I asked for a refund one of my sandwich. Then she had me wait another 20 minutes to get my last sandwich and I waited patiently, and my other sandwich was already made but she didn't want to give it to me. I asked the other lady about it and she told me she was sorry and the other lady had a attitude with me and I also told her , this is the way you treat veterans with disrespect and you are very rude. Then I asked the big man for corporate office number and then he said no one will help me. So I will not return to this business because it seems they don't care about there customers and the way they treat them.

I go to jersey mikes all Over southern ca. This location in Redlands on lagonia was the worst location I have ever been too. When we went in there, there were no other customers. There were 5 people working behind the counter and we weren’t even acknowledged for over 5 minutes as all the workers were too worried about who was staying longer and who could get off early. The counters from the registers all the way to the slicer were filthy and covered in sandwich making debris. When we were finally asked what we wanted we had to repeat it 4 times. Then the guy slicing the bread and meat seemed like he was confused and had never used the slicer before. We ordered 2 mini number sevens. Pretty simple. So then it took 5 minutes for the guy to get the meat sliced and cheese and then the halves set there why they decided who was going to finish making them. 4 minutes later When the guy finally asked how we wanted them done we had to repeat that 3 times. 11 minutes later the sandwiches were finally done and they went back to worrying about who could leave early. No one seemed to notice how dirty all the counters were and didn’t touch anything. So finally with no other customers there and 5 people working, 23 minutes later we walked out with our sandwiches. The only good thing about this experience is the sandwiches were good. We however will not ever go back to this location again. Side note it was 1:51 pm in the afternoon. Come on jersey mikes your better then this. This place and it’s employees need some Serious oversight and training. Thank you.
