Liked the place, while it was packed, there was a place to sit. Didn't have to wait to find a spot. Ordered the chicken burrito with guac. Had it with brown cilantro rice, pinto beans, salsa. It was delicious and big in portion. I ate the whole thing. Ordered the black raspberry drink. All in all liked the experience there.

the white rice looked really promising & i loveee chipotle rice but it wasnt fully cooked, was a bit hard like maybe 15/20 mins left for it to be nice & soft. otherwise, staff was really nice!

It’s my second visit in this restaurant since it’s near to my place. I will definitely skip coming/ ordering from this place. I love chipotle so much but every store have their own style of handling customers, proper handling and preparing every order, freshness of ingredients and the way it was packed. In this case in Junction blvd Rego park, vegetables like Romaine is not properly chopped, theres a cluster of big stalks, white sauce is too liquidy unlike from other place it’s creamy like, even the taste is not that fresh compared from other store like Greenwich Tribeca and Austin Forest Hills are the best Chipotle store so far.

It’s a superb place for who don’t want to work this location and one thing I absolutely love is how perfectly they make your burrito bowl or burrito wrap just the way you want it with only few pierces of fajitas vegetables with black guacamole 🥑 as I ordered only vege bowl, The staff is really nice in to make a face while ask the bathroom, and the overall vibe is not like before. I don’t think I will visit this chipotle location I would love to better to visit forest hills chipotle

Chipotle in Rego mall. It’s very convenient spot to have a bite after you shop. Staff seems very mad I guess they are not happy where they work just angry people. You lose appetite just being there. Anyway I ordered chicken burrito with tortilla on the side they didn’t have any brown rice so I have to wait for it and keep in mind it’s not busy. Then you go through line to get items you want there’s no eye contact just a machine behind glass. In the end they charge me for tortilla I was thinking burrito comes with it but what I know I am just a customer

complete order wrong. ordered steak hard shell tacos and got chicken soft shell. ordered red salsa and got green salsa. had to add my own sour cream and cheese to both of my orders. never again. I was overcharged multiple times. At first I thought it was a mistake but I didn’t order Adobo Ranch. Beware they over charge. Corporate should look into this. Also they say they only have large chips not regular. Please look at your receipts everyone!

I would like to formally file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant situation I experienced at your Rego Park location today at 10:35 p.m. As I entered the store, the two employees who were at the line at that moment made pig-like noises upon seeing me and started whispering to each other. It was the first time I had ever seen them, but their behavior was disrespectful and clearly meant as mockery, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I find this type of conduct towards customers unacceptable, and I sincerely hope that the necessary measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again to anyone else.

Just had my first experience with a rude chipotle worker at about 9pm on April 13th. I asked for extra portions and he just shook his head ‘no’ without even considering that I might just pay for the extra. Brought my mood down since i was craving chipotle and now I’ll never forget this upsetting experience. The chips I bought were even 2/3 filled at best for usual. The only thing that saved this experience with the nice worker who charged us for the food. The young boy needs more training needs more training

I couldn’t eat the food, the guac was insanely sour and tasted old. The scoops were pretty weak and I had to tell them to double it up. Maybe management should manage the food more than the people since there seem to be more than 5 on staff.

!!do not recommend this one!!! The worst portion, my bowl has just rice in it, the amount of lettuce is just sprinkle, the chicken is not even a scoop and the amount of corn is laughable too. Does the corn look double in my bowl?
