I had heard about it. Expectations were met, a great experience! A simple location with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent hospitality. The aperitif area is beautiful, with a wide selection of wines and local specialties, from pumpkin, parmesan, and cured meats. A meticulously curated table setting and highly trained, detail-oriented staff. The menu is clear and detailed, supported by excellent food and wine pairing suggestions. The cuisine is impeccable in both timing and preparation. The high quality of the ingredients is evident from the amuse-bouche. Based on what we tasted, the quality/price ratio is excellent. Golden Onion Pumpkin tortelli with truffle - butter and sage. Crispy egg on a parmesan and truffle cream.

One of the best restaurants in Lombardy. A magical and relaxing atmosphere. Helpful, qualified, and friendly staff. Upon entry, the welcome was better than a Michelin-starred restaurant. The name is a guarantee of quality; the truffle dishes were sublime; you'd be hard-pressed to eat better anywhere else. Prices commensurate with the exceptional quality. Obsessive attention to detail.

Everything was perfect. Authentic Mantuan cuisine with a few modern touches and seafood. Attentive service. The atmosphere is elegant, even though it feels like a guest at a friend's villa.

Quality, professionalism, and expert craftsmanship. I knew this restaurant by name, but hadn't had the opportunity to visit until last night. The cellar is truly impressive, housing a goldmine of fine wines where you can enjoy an aperitif surrounded by a thousand labels steeped in history. As for dinner, it was further confirmation, starting with the skill and friendliness of the maître d' and the staff who accompanied us throughout the evening. Truffles were the common thread. The crispy egg on parmesan fondue and truffle shavings was explosive. Their famous golden onion was a warm and enveloping embrace. The bigoli al Lambrusco with sausage and truffle was a blend of contrasts and colors. The other dishes we tried were also truly excellent, such as the smoked Angus carpaccio and the dessert mix. We found the restaurant by chance from Google reviews and went there today. The restaurant is located in a quiet area inside a small villa. Impeccable welcome and excellent aperitif in the well-stocked wine cellar. The highlight is definitely the truffle, which we tasted on various delicious dishes. The desserts were also very good. Prices are reasonable given the high quality of the products.
