Coffee is always the best. The 2 employees were wonderful, nice smiles, friendly and very helpful.

Super friendly staff, while being fast and efficient. Drink made perfectly and order received without any problems.

I wish they had different flavors already. not just the seasonal flavors but idk try different flavors. recently they had banana and I was obsessed it was the best flavor I had ever tried by a mile. by 2 miles. anyway, if I need an energy boost their coffee always does the trick. and they have a mobile app that makes ordering and picking up so so easy and u don't have to wait on lines!

TBH I usually stay away from Dunkin's but I haven't been to this one until the other day. We were tight on time so tried it out and were so surprised!! It was soooo good, we were blown away. Bravo! Lattes were better than Starbucks, donuts and bagel minis were fresh and delicious. We will be back!

Just picked up a couple coffees via the drive through. Coffees were hot and fresh. The service was quick and friendly.

Perfect location if you're going to the GE learning center. The Dunkins in the NE have stronger coffee than the ones in the Midwest. Who knew?

Pretty much go here every morning on my way home for work for a quick snack. The prices of their donuts are nice and affordable. I normal get a Boston cream donut and an assorted munchkin box. Sometimes I switch it up and get food. The wait in line is normally under 2 minutes regardless of the traffic. Traffic getting in and out of this dunkin is kind of a nightmare but the Dunkin itself is nice. Every day they take my order and they are never short and always wish their guests a good day. I would highly suggest this dunkin to people!

I usually go to this Dunkin after church, because it's close by. And there's a garden shop next door!!! (I love to look around there afterwards. Whenever the shop is open of course!!!)

Awesome weekday staff . I get the same ice coffee everyday around 1pm. They are all polite and courteous. They also, know my order by heart. I hardly ever have to say my order. I pull up to drive way . They hear my voice , and say got you . . I love that !! 😊 Never disappoint.... only when there are others who come in as substitutes for the original people who work. Those substitutes are AWFUL!! Thank you my week day staff and managers !! You all are amazing. Your friend ! who orders the Large Ice caramel coffee , made with almond milk ,4 liquid sugars , drizzle and whip cream😉.

The woman at the drive through was very friendly and I do admit that my coffee was very delicious. My only complaint is that it was a little busy and it took a bit to get to the window but that's to be expected. Beyond that it was definitely a nice experience.

Very good place to get coffee. My wife and I each had a small one. She had a Pumpkin Spice and I had a Mocha. We were served very fast and it has a Friendly atmosphere. We will be stopping back there again for sure. So if you are in Rexford or driving thru give it a try and I think you will know what I mean. Rite on Route 146 between the Redford Fire Dept. and Kulack's Nursery.

Pretty standard Dunkin, but the staff is very nice.

All Dublin donuts put way too much sugar and syrups in. And they got 1 of my 4 coffees wrong.

Little slow service for nobody there. Couldn't even get a voice at the drive thru.

Walked in placed order , paid and waited. Had to go back up and ask about the order. Oh they forgot

I can't believe that there is no more onion bagels!!! Makes me mad and sad!!!!

This is a great location for a Dunkin Donuts, right on Rt. 146, but I find that my order is often incorrectly prepared or mixed with someone else's. This Dunkin Donuts, like many others, offers a good value for your money, but has poor service. Unless you really have to go to this one, I would recommend going to another Dunkin Donuts.

I love Dunkin. This branch has great customer service, but my sandwiches are consistently a little burned.

Love DnD but this is a remote area unless it's traffic hour durring which means it's difficult to get in and out of and a long wait for service.

Coffee always the same and donuts usually fresh. Still fast food so health wise it's so-so at best

Didn't have everything bagels and the plain bagel they did have was hard and uneatable in the middle like it had been stale or over done.

They are not my favorite coffee (I like Stewarts) but we went for breakfast. I prefer their donuts but had their wrap. Crunchy in the wrong places. I'll still go for the donuts!

Got a large 7 and 7 hot coffee it was warm not even hot and way too much sugar more than seven sugars. Lady at the window was really nice

Thr first couple times we went, the service was quick and the food correct. The last few times though, the service was super slow and frustrating. Last Thursday, when we ordered we asked for a strawberry frosted donut and a glazed. After waiting almost 20 min in the drive thru we got to the window we were handed the drinks and the bagel we ordered and then no donuts and the window person had walked away from the window so we couldn't get their attention. They came back after 2 min where I said we were still waiting for the donuts when the window person said oh we are out of the strawberry frosted. We then asked for a Halloween donut in it place to be told no can't have that since it's more money. That is AWFUL customer service. After making us wait as long as we did, made us late for work, we weren't told when we ordered you were put and then you're quibbling over a few cents difference? Pssshhhh... terrible service.

The only Dunkin I've seen with watery frosting on their donuts and employees that can't put them in a bag right side up. I love frosted bag for breakfast.

Longest wait ever and not due to the crowd. Barely any customers, waited at the window for a long time with no one in sight.

Ordered an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. The only everything about the bagel was that everything was burnt. Otherwise decent experience for a Dunkin.

Almost $20 for two boxes of donuts that closely resemble sweetened cardboard. Took forever to get waited on and it seemed that I was bothering the 5 or 6 people behind the counter by being there. On the plus side, the bathroom was clean.

I visited this store and walked up to the counter. Two employees were standing at the registers. I waited 4 minutes for them to look up. One looked up and stared at me after I said good morning. She did not respond. She finally asked if I was being helped. I was the only one in the store. They saw me walk in. She still didn’t greet me. I ordered. I waited 15 minutes as they worked through the Drive Through visitors. I understood. Not one person spoke to me until someone asked what I was waiting for. Basic customer service is a thing of the past.

Every other time i'm here I swear never to return! Coffee is only prepared correctly 50% of the time. Many times the coffee tastes old - for $3 + per cup you would think they would dump the old coffee! When it's good, it's pretty good, but product and preparation inconsistency ruin the experience.

It's disappointing how the service has declined, because I used to come here when the other location nearby was busy. But now...they're constantly messing up food orders, and some of the employees are rude when speaking on the drive thru window.

Unfortunately...I cashed in on a free beverage...it was ice cold,.,was supposed to be a hot cup of coffee...needed to get it home & put in microwave. If I had the Dane thing again happen...I would go to Starbucks & pay...& forget the free

I never give low scores. The bathrooms are the worst: dirty and broken. The place was dirty. The entrance and exit are cumbersome when trying to drive out. On Sunday they locked the door so no one could use the bathrooms, yet drive through was open. No signs explaining the situation: my family was just looked at by staff as if we were stupid

I barely ever go here but when I do it's always horrible. They mess up my coffee every time I order it and I've had to go back in multiple times and have it remade. I worked at a dunkin location and know how things are supposed to be done. The Manager instead of remaking the coffee simply tried to correct the already messed up one when that is not suppose to happen. I've been over charged multiple times for my medium iced and was told sorry but never refunded. *spoke to the manager each time* I go out of my way to go to a completely different dunks just so I dont have to deal with this place.

Something is very wrong here. On two ocassions i ordered coffee and the cups are stained and very dirty looking. Staff should be more concerned about providing better customer service. When informed they show no emphathy and no apology ever given. Lots of bad reviews here, come on manager or owner step on this. This deserves no star.

So tired of asking for BLACK coffee and getting cream and sugar in it anyway. This has happened multiple times to the point I say BLACK coffee ..NO sugar and NO cream. Well still my BLCk coffee has cream and sugar in it! I am in a hurry in the morning and I find it rediculous that people can not get a simple coffee order right !!! Of course I find out when I get at work and now have no coffee because I hate coffee with cream and sugar! So disgusted.

This Dunkin’ has the slowest service I’ve ever encountered. Make sure you add 15 mins to your morning commute. 25 mins if there is 1 person in line.

There must have been a management or ownership shake up at this location because it used to be fully staffed with competent people. Over the past month or so it has had a staff of just two who have no idea what they are doing.

This Dunkin says it opens at 5am, when I stop there around 5:30 it's almost always closed. Save your time and go to a different Dunkin

I gave this Dunkin 3 chances before writing this review. They need to train employees in customer service and how to do their jobs properly. If you need to whip out your phone to make change for a customer...everytime..... you need a different line of work. I was the only customer in the place, and 1 coffee and one tea took 10 minutes...and it was wrong. 6 employees walking around like zombies. Apparantly walking around with your pants down is exceptable here. Never again.

Arrived at 4 pm amd in line for 17 minutes with car ahead of me. Got to window. Wrong order attempted to be given and server left amd came back 5 min later. Second server doing nothing. By now 4 cars behind me… when asked for managers name.. was answered with why ? Also when asked for store number reply was shrugged shoulder “ I don’t know”. This is not first time in line with terrible service and attitude ! Not first time with wrong order . Did call main number for DD s left number as they has numerous calls ahead… never replied! This is unacceptable. No more Dunkin’ Donuts

Cold coffee was given, not filled up and watered down...should be a hot French vanilla swirl black. I asked for a refund and Emily stated she will not refund me. I had to contact the police to request a report ( although Emily stated "their not going to do anything about it". I also contact headquarters to request and escalation. I mean what's the big issue of refunding me right after I was handed the drink and noticed it was not what I preferred. I paid in cash so Emily shouldn't have had an issue returning my money. Smh! I tell ya customer is no longer customer service now and days. YIKES!

Ordered 4 sandwiches 4 drinks, 1 drink my daughter ordered 1 ice coffee with 3 pumps of French vanilla, got to the window, they one gave me one sandwich, the ice coffee with the 3 pumps had 33 pumps listed on the sticker! My daughter took a drink and spit it out because the drink was horrible! To boot they charged me 9 dollars for the 33 pumps. Who would order 33 pumps! Had to wait 15 mins for the sandwiches and the ice coffee reorder. 30 mins for 8 items. Last time I will go!

Drive in is super slow. I always regret trying to get coffee here. Just waited for over 10 minutes for 3 cars to get their order and this is consistent with every time I visit.

They took my whole order from start to finish with "yeah?" They gave me a completely different order and was rude all around. The wrong meal was stale. Just because it looks nice on the outside and is in a semi nice area doesn't make it a nice place to spend my money. I'll keep driving the few extra miles to Schenectady where they are at least appropriate when asking for your order.

Your assistant manager Misty has zero professionalism. This was my first and last trip to this location. If another customer had not alerted me that my food was dropped on the floor, and I did not ask for my order to be remade, she would have served it to me. I politely asked for her to take 30 seconds to remake my order and she rudely stated that only the “egg” had been dropped. This is a customer service job and she clearly is lacking in that area. The young lady working the cash register was extremely kind and professional however.
