Es rápido pero comida nada extraodedinario, pedí boneless y estaban algo pequeñas y con mucho aceite

Las papas están ricas, solo hay que leer bien la carta porque confunden las fotos que muestran los platillos... y tardan en entregar las ordenes.

Me encanta estos boneless, el tamaño de ellos es enorme, están dentro del top de Reynosa. Sus papas, aderezos y banderillas de lo mejor que he probado

It's a takeout place, and while the food tastes good, it's a bit pricey and the portions are small. The customer service is attentive, and they offer alternatives if they don't have what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful. They have improved their delivery time, but they could improve even more, or at least that's what I hope as a customer. I also hope they offer more promotions on their products. The food is very flavorful. Congratulations!

We are at the Papa nachos which were good and the papuchas. I recommended the Papa nachos because they were way better but they didn't give us any ketchup and that sucked. And that's why I didn't give them a five star review. Also service was very very slow.

It's a good place, with some great menu options. In my experience, the process was a bit disappointing, as several menu items were unavailable, which complicated the combo meals they offer. Parking is a bit limited. I highly recommend ordering in advance to avoid waiting in line. In my opinion, the taste and presentation are acceptable. Overall, it was okay. And of course, it can be improved.

I think it's a matter of luck that you get good food and good service. There are many bad comments about the food, but I got a well-served dish in terms of potatoes and Boneless, but the sauces leave a lot to be desired.

The prices are reasonable, they have good sauces and combos, and the menu itself is fine. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The downside is that they take a long time to serve. I waited 40 minutes for my order (they were very busy). I think you should place your order well in advance so you can just pick it up. Another point is the line of cars, and there's nowhere to park, at least not nearby.

Typically you ask for a 10 pcs order and can choose two salsas. I order 20 and they tell me I can only have two not four, why? no reason given, then they change and say three max. Bad customer service. Chicken was not that good either. The three salsas average. I think your better going to Atomic wings.

En si la comida está bien , el problema que ví durante mi visita es lo siguiente, el personal le falta un poco más de atención , me querían cobrar de más unos refrescos cuando el paquete ya lo incluía y el otro punto es que en el paquete decia que traía 10 piezas de boneless y cuando me sirvieron solo eran 5. Se le cuestionó a la mesera el por qué y me decía que la orden era de 400 gr ,hay que arreglar el menú y especificar la cantidad real (peso) en vez de las piezas que ofrecen,.

They're not good. I feel like they're quick and the cooking is okay, but their sauces are bland. I feel like I'm eating poorly seasoned chicken cutlet, even though I ordered hot sauces, specifically mango habanero and hot buffalo. They need to improve. Even chains like Apple, which uses frozen food, have better-tasting sauces, and the prices are the same or higher than a restaurant of that caliber. I don't recommend it.

Abandonaron casi totalmente el local con la apertura de la nueva sucursal, era mas fácil simplemente haber mudado todo al nuevo local si iban a dejar casi totalmente desatendido el anterior, disminuyó mucho la calidad de los boneless

Nada que ver su publicidad con lo que realmente te entregan, muy mal la comida en general (pedí combo pareja) y todo súper mal y no tenían dedos de queso.

I've only ordered from here four times, and only once was my order satisfactory. Once, the boneless wings were undercooked; another time, there was a hair in my fries; and the last time, they served me (no exaggeration) only about 10 fries, even though I had ordered from them before and was supposed to get more. That last time, I said I'm NEVER ordering from them again. Besides, they take over 30 minutes to deliver your order, whether it's a simple meal or not. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend them. They're not worth the price.

I was recommended this place, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. A very friendly young lady took my order, but it was wrong. And when the mango habanero salsa arrived, I was so disappointed—it tasted like a flavorless jam. I've tried it in many places, but never like this. They need to pay more attention to their food.

The food was delicious, the prices were good, and the portions were generous. Just one comment: Just because the restaurant is only for takeout doesn't mean it can be messy. The presentation matters too. This review is from a visit on September 24, 2021, at 10 PM. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We ordered boneless wings and loaded fries. After a 15-minute wait, one of the employees accidentally dropped the sink while washing his hands. The strange thing is, nothing happened; they just sat down and continued dancing because the music was playing. Ten minutes after this incident (25 minutes of waiting), another employee arrived, and that's when one of them went out to get cleaning supplies. Later, an employee came out to deliver an order to a car and asked him, "How long do you think our order will take?" He turned to look at me without stopping and gestured, "I don't know." Already annoyed, I asked him how much longer it would be, and he said, "I don't know, I'm not a waiter or a cook." So I asked him who could tell me. He said, "Well, I'll have to go myself" (of course, with a bad attitude). Total wait time: 39 minutes. And there was only one order ahead of me. I hope this person is an employee and that with training the issue will be resolved, but if he's the owner, there's a bigger problem than whether the food tastes good or not. To those who read this: This review isn't because I disliked the service. It's the opinion of someone who used to enjoy going there and who, it seems, won't be going anymore. Conclusion: Not recommended.

Trying to be as objective as possible, I can tell you that the best were the cheese fingers and the fries (which I don't think is the point of the business). The service was too slow, I waited an hour for my order!!! Regarding the boneless dishes, they are large, but their thickness doesn't allow for complete cooking. As for the location, it's only for takeout orders since it only has one table outside (on the sidewalk). In short, they have a lot of room for improvement, so I definitely don't recommend it.
