The prices are reasonable, they have good sauces and combos, and the menu itself is fine. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The downside is that they take a long time to serve. I waited 40 minutes for my order (they were very busy). I think you should place your order well in advance so you can just pick it up. Another point is the line of cars, and there's nowhere to park, at least not nearby.

Typically you ask for a 10 pcs order and can choose two salsas. I order 20 and they tell me I can only have two not four, why? no reason given, then they change and say three max. Bad customer service. Chicken was not that good either. The three salsas average. I think your better going to Atomic wings.

They're not good. I feel like they're quick and the cooking is okay, but their sauces are bland. I feel like I'm eating poorly seasoned chicken cutlet, even though I ordered hot sauces, specifically mango habanero and hot buffalo. They need to improve. Even chains like Apple, which uses frozen food, have better-tasting sauces, and the prices are the same or higher than a restaurant of that caliber. I don't recommend it.

I've only ordered from here four times, and only once was my order satisfactory. Once, the boneless wings were undercooked; another time, there was a hair in my fries; and the last time, they served me (no exaggeration) only about 10 fries, even though I had ordered from them before and was supposed to get more. That last time, I said I'm NEVER ordering from them again. Besides, they take over 30 minutes to deliver your order, whether it's a simple meal or not. In conclusion, I absolutely do not recommend them. They're not worth the price.

I was recommended this place, but unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. A very friendly young lady took my order, but it was wrong. And when the mango habanero salsa arrived, I was so disappointed—it tasted like a flavorless jam. I've tried it in many places, but never like this. They need to pay more attention to their food.

The food was delicious, the prices were good, and the portions were generous. Just one comment: Just because the restaurant is only for takeout doesn't mean it can be messy. The presentation matters too. This review is from a visit on September 24, 2021, at 10 PM. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We ordered boneless wings and loaded fries. After a 15-minute wait, one of the employees accidentally dropped the sink while washing his hands. The strange thing is, nothing happened; they just sat down and continued dancing because the music was playing. Ten minutes after this incident (25 minutes of waiting), another employee arrived, and that's when one of them went out to get cleaning supplies. Later, an employee came out to deliver an order to a car and asked him, "How long do you think our order will take?" He turned to look at me without stopping and gestured, "I don't know." Already annoyed, I asked him how much longer it would be, and he said, "I don't know, I'm not a waiter or a cook." So I asked him who could tell me. He said, "Well, I'll have to go myself" (of course, with a bad attitude). Total wait time: 39 minutes. And there was only one order ahead of me. I hope this person is an employee and that with training the issue will be resolved, but if he's the owner, there's a bigger problem than whether the food tastes good or not. To those who read this: This review isn't because I disliked the service. It's the opinion of someone who used to enjoy going there and who, it seems, won't be going anymore. Conclusion: Not recommended.

Trying to be as objective as possible, I can tell you that the best were the cheese fingers and the fries (which I don't think is the point of the business). The service was too slow, I waited an hour for my order!!! Regarding the boneless dishes, they are large, but their thickness doesn't allow for complete cooking. As for the location, it's only for takeout orders since it only has one table outside (on the sidewalk). In short, they have a lot of room for improvement, so I definitely don't recommend it.
