Good coffee. But the pastries are better. I really enjoyed my blueberry scone. Nice seating area as well, comfortable and lots of natural lighting

I stopped by this awesome and cute coffee shop on the way to Oklahoma. It’s right off George Bush which makes it a very convenient location. I ordered a double shot cappuccino with extra milk. It was served steaming hot and coffee tasted delicious & fresh. An Egg, cheese, and bacon biscuit sandwich. Their biscuits are freshly made in house, and tasted so buttery and so fresh! Because the biscuit sandwich was so great, I had to try something else, so I ordered the blueberry scone. It was also fresh and delicious, just the right amount of blueberries and sweetness. Overall the coffee shop is at a great location, lots of natural light and seating areas inside and outside. The outside tables even have shaded areas. The employees are customer friendly, nice and knowledgeable. I got a chance to speak to the owner and she definitely cares about the experience and quality for all her customers. You won’t regret stopping by!

Great full-bodied decaf Americano. The wonderfully hot coffee was served in pottery cups (vs. paper cups) which I love. They have a small selection of sandwiches and pastry items which were very tasty. My friend and I tried the croissant breakfast sandwiches and split a cinnamon scone. The service was excellent. I was greeted by a smiling cashier when I entered the coffee house and the staff was very efficient. Recommended!

The opener staff in the morning Alex was so helpful and kind! Great energy to start off the day as I got to the cafe around 6:30. Nice to hit up a cafe with such great natural lighting, not many open this early. They have a great Vietnamese iced coffee and also a full menu of sandwiches too! Great place to chill and catch up with a friend, or work all day. Cannot get enough of the natural light in here it’s perfect. Plus they got cute merch! Parking is super easy out front, plenty of space.

I got a double espresso this morning. It was really good! The staff was so helpful and nice! I loved the baristas green hair. She was so sweet! As you can see it is very clean and well laid out. The coffee shop is quiet this early in the morning so I got a lot of work done. The neighborhood was very welcoming and bright. I’ll be bringing friends here to grab a coffee before work! Very nice place in Richardson!

This place is incredible. I ordered the triple creme caramel and red velvet cake. The coffee was delicious and hot. THANK YOU for serving hot coffee. I’m so tired of other coffee shops giving warm coffee that becomes cold in 10 minutes. The red velvet cake was delicious and a pretty big slice. A woman stopped me on my way to my car to ask me where I got it from, because it looked so good, and guess what - it was rich, moist and yummy! It also had chocolate in it! The lady working there was very nice and helpful as well - I’m assuming she was the owner. One of the best coffee shops I have been to. Although I took my food and coffee to go, it’s a very peaceful and quiet place. Lots of filled tables, I’m assuming from UTD students studying there and others just chatting. The location is a 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved my experience at this coffee shop! The Red Eye Latte was delicious, and the cheese danish was a delightful. The atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing time to have coffee and meet friends. Cozy place and friendly staff makes it a top-notch spot.

Sweetwaters is one of my go to stops for WiFi and good coffee and tea. I highly recommend the cold brews. Both dreamy and dirty options are great depending on your chocolate v vanilla preference, but I typically go for the passion fruit tea. All good options. This time around I opted for the great pumpkin latte. It was good but very heavy on the pumpkin flavor. If you love a psl, this is great! If you like a good balance, try opting for reduced flavor/syrup. Light bites are also great- chocolate croissant, scones and pretzel sandwiches. Everything I’ve had is good and WiFi for paying customers is added bonus for someone who works on the run like me!

This was me & my girlfriend’s first time in Dallas and our first time here. Let me start off by saying that Sandra was amazing!!! She was so friendly, gave us a bunch of recommendations and an overall smile throughout our experience. The barista was also very polite and thoughtful for recommending us a great drink as well. We are overall very happy and cannot wait to come back again!! Definitely recommend!!

Came here on a weekday to work, great tea, plenty of outlets, and not crowded at all so I could even take a work call or two. Also plenty of outdoor seating.

Coming here was so nostalgic for me, it’s been so long! The gentleman working the cafe was very patient with me. I loved the quiche, breakfast sandwich and Vietnamese ou Lau. I also appreciate the fresh ingredients. Sweetwaters is a must try!

Stopped in just because I had a few additional minutes and coffee is the best way to fill time. What I was greeted with was an open, well lit establishment and friendly staff. They made an amazing Americano that I highly recommend. Bold, flavorful, and hit all those notes you love in a solid cup of coffee for a decent price.

We walked in and there was only one other customer and it was very quiet inside. Nobody greeted us so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was a food case as well as coffee and tea related items for purchase. The menu is on the wall behind the counter. Once we walked up to the counter nobody greeted us or said that they would be with us. Kind of awkward. Once someone came up to take our order she was friendly. We sat down to wait for our drinks and noticed that most tables had plugs for your electronics. The bariatas bring your order to you so that's nice. Our drinks were good but I feel like we missed the overall message of what makes this place special. Is the coffee supposed to be better quality or is there something else that we could have learned about this business that might be cool to know?

This was our first time here. My brother got a hot white chocolate mocha. I got a Thai tea. The Thai tea was decent. Wasn't the best, wasn't the worst, by far. It was, however, the brightest shade of orange I've ever seen in a Thai tea. Not sure what that means, just an observation. I would come back but I would probably try something else.

It’s ironic that it’s called sweet waters, as I had an iced mocha and my wife had a hot chocolate, and we both agreed that our drinks were very watery. The food was decent but nothing to brag about. I would not return if I were just looking for coffee beverages. Update: Instead of taking my simple, opinionated review with a grain of salt, or perhaps even trying to improve their drinks, they chose to pretend to scrutinize their orders to appear to “disprove” this seemingly fictitious review. I assure you, I had an iced mocha and my wife had a hot chocolate with whipped cream. These are our standards. Our favorites. If I find my receipt, I will photograph it and post it here. I don’t need to contact you by email. I left my review. That was my two cents. My opinion, take it for what it’s worth. You could have easily ignored it, but you chose to make it appear as if I were confused about my whereabouts (which I was not) or that I lied in my review (which I did not). We DID have the drinks we claim we had. They WERE watery and relatively tasteless. And the review still stands.

I just got a French Vietnamese Au Lait and a Thai Iced Tea. I didn't realize what they meant by Sweet Water until we took a few sips. They felt extremely watered down before the ice even had a chance to melt. Cannot imagine what the taste is supposed to be like once the ice melts.
