Date night! They discontinued the buy one and take one home special.... it's was a special stable for a long time and it's sad to see it go. BUT! they had the $59 for two deal, including two salads, two entrees (pastas only, but you can upgrade to other dishes for $7, which we did) and one dessert, plus free appetizer this week. And each entree is enough for 2 to 3 servings. We got the stuffed mushrooms, house salad, grand chicken parm, baked Ziti and Gigi's butter cake. The red pasta sauce is excellent. It's sweet and slightly tangy just how I prefer. All of the food were excellent and we were full, warm, and happy. Bathroom is upstairs. They have elevator if you have trouble going up.

Everything was just right. Though the restaurant is huge, they have arranged the bar and dining room in a way that feels quaint and charming. Dimly lit lights and warm wood and colors make the ambiance perfect for a romantic dinner or family celebration. They are able to accommodate large groups or tables for two. The service was prompt and friendly. Food was served quickly and hot from the kitchen. The portions were generous and fairly priced. They also have family style servings which are awesome for larger tables. The warm bread is delicious. House salad was awesome. The chicken Parmesan had just the right amount of cheese and sauce. There is a parking garage right across the street for easy parking. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went to Maggiano's last night for dinner to celebrate my promotion. The atmosphere was magical! We got a booth seat and it was the perfect spot to take this place in. Our server Iryna was absolutely incredible! Her recommendations were on point! My husband ordered an Old Fashion, the presentation to the table and to give the drink to my husband was absolutely excellent! I was recommended the Four Cheese Ravioli and my husband went with the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. Omg omg omg that four cheese ravioli is A-MAZINGGG! My husband said the chicken was cook two perfection. We were so full we could not eat dessert. However, Iryna went out of her way to make my night absolutely special, she made a dollar sign dessert out of cookies and chocolate sauce for me!! I was so touched!!! Thank you for the most INCREDIBLE first experience and we cannot wait to come back!!! For thar butter cake too!!! P.S. look how adorable their to-go bags are!!!(it was their 2025 holiday design, love it!)

Phenomenal Italian restaurant with extremely efficient and polite service. Servers go over the menu with you and very quickly bring out drinks and starters. My wife and I went for an anniversary dinner and we shared the 2 person meal combination they offer. Shared appetizer was at out table within what felt like 5 minutes, and our entrees were out very soon after the appetizer was finished. I had the lasagna and my wife had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, lasagna was flavorful and beautifully presented and the fettuccine Alfredo was good enough for no words to have been spoken during eating. 10/10 would highly recommend any couples, friends, and families to try this place at least once.

Have loved this place for years. Only downside was that they almost brought us someone else's food and then a while after that almost brought us someone else's drinks. It was Valentine's weekend, so I know things were crazy. Have never experienced mix ups like that there before. Also, it's been a while since we've been there, but they stopped doing the oil with the bread and now just do butter, which makes me a bit sad. They also used to box up your leftovers for you into containers you could reheat in the oven, but now they just give you plastic boxes at the table. Still five stars overall, but it's lost a bit of something. Food is amazing, atmosphere is inviting, and overall it's still one of my favorite places for a nicer occasion.

I am absolutely impressed by the calm, comfortable, and tasteful atmosphere I walked into when I first entered Maggiano’s. Add to that the warmth and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service, and I would have given this place a five star review regardless of how the food came out, but now that it has, I’m wondering if there is a way to add five more stars on top of them. The menu is so easy to read. That isn’t something you think about, but it’s something I, as someone with ADHD, absolutely appreciates. But bulky menu’s make it hard to read and understand, but Maggiano’s menu is short and sweet and delicious! Where many restaurants take their time bringing the food out, ours was out within 15 minutes of ordering, and boy, was it good. My fiancée and I love to judge restaurants by the quality of their calamari and had previously given our top place to a restaurant at Universal Studios, but this place blew it out of the water. And then the main dishes came and we could not be any happier. We did the Meal for 2 and were very impressed. In short, I absolutely would recommend this restaurant to anyone with confidence they would love it

My family and I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday lunch here. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The food was simply phenomenal, and the special birthday treat was the icing on the cake (so to speak). We’ll definitely be returning to Maggiano’s in the future! 🍝

My husband and I came here for the first time last year in December. The decor and service was absolutely incredible! The food here is always a huge hit and if you get the chance, we would highly recommend the Stuffed Mushrooms. We recently just brought a group of 11 people for a family style dinner and we shared some wine, delicious pasta, and the spread was absolutely fabulous! Our server, Ayana, did a great job checking on us occasionally, refreshing our beverages, and ensuring our order was perfect before it went back out to the kitchen. Later that night, my husband and I noticed that there was an issue with our credit card payment. But, we called the next day and Chris did a fantastic job at supporting us. He was very understanding, and did a great job to help us fix the issue. We love Maggiano’s and always look forward to coming back. See you soon and thank you always for the unmatched service!!

Had an amazing anniversary dinner here. Wonderful food the shrimp Alfredo was AMAZING. The bread is so very good. And the chopped salad was the best ive had. We very much enjoyed ourselves!!!!

Our server was absolutely fantastic. She was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Food was excellent. Large portions, so we had enough leftovers to take home. Definitely recommend the lobster pasta and the beef medallions.

Best service hands down. We went on New Year’s Eve 2024 and experienced great food and excellent service. We had a small wait which was fine because they were very busy for the occasion. Our food arrived fast and was so delicious. Shout out to Destiny our waitress! She was amazing! I will be back.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly and tentative waiter that made sure that she checked in frequently. We were seated upstairs shortly after we arrived for our reservation time...maybe 3 minutes. Customer service was on point. We ordered the family style meal which included 2 different salads, 2 appetizers along with entrées and a dessert sampler. The cost was 34.99 per person which was very affordable and we were given good portions. Maggianos was a good dining experience..stop by and check them out.

Just the right amount of ambiance. Classy but not over the top. The servers are really on top of everything. Very polite and attentive. I’ve never had a meal I didn’t like here. And if you can, go around the holidays. The decorations are gorgeous!

Wonderful place with great ambient, great food, and awesome service. We ordered the restaurant specialty pasta, the combo appetizer, and another vegan plate as shown in the picture. The specialty pasta was superb, we really enjoyed the mixture of different ingredients, though it was not strong, the flavor was elegant. The appetizer had too much fried foods, which I don’t really recommend. The truffles and mushrooms in the vegan dish were also amazing.

Huge disclaimer: our meal was paid for before we went. This was a Christmas party event. I don't know quality to price relationship here. We were able to sample a lot of the dishes including appetizers like meat balls and calamari, entrees like their salmon and steak medallions, and desserts such as tiramisu and chocolate cake. All of the food was amazing. Some of the items were the best representation I've had of the dish. For example, I've never had better calamari or tiramisu. The staff was incredibly attentive and perfectly friendly. I'd love to come back here another time.

There’s never a time that I go here that my food is bad or I’ve had bad service. This is an exceptional restaurant. It definitely should win restaurant of the year. I’ve had almost every menu item and I’ve never had anything. I didn’t like this time. I did try a different dish that had a lot of mushrooms in it which I’m not a big fan of, but it was so flavorful. I had no complaints. I even took some home and ate some for leftovers. I highly recommendalso the ambience and the atmosphere is just so relaxing. I feel like I’m having dinner at like a bedside table in Italy.

Very rarely do I give a review, but when I do, it’s because I want people to be made aware of a gem. In this day and age, when I take my family out for a meal, I expect the food to be subpar, the service to be horrible and the cost for the meal outrageous. When we found this Italian restaurant, it was literally a breath of fresh air. From the ambiance, great service and delicious food, it is worth every penny. We go to St Louis every other week to get supplies for our food truck and we will definitely continue to go here for a wonderful experience. Thank you Little Italy!

Delightful dining experience. We came without a reservation and were still seated pretty fast. My youngest is gluten free and said her gluten free Alfredo was perfect. The rest of our table enjoyed other pasta (lasagna was so good!) and appetizers and topped it off with creme brulee.

I arranged a luncheon with old work colleagues, party of 25. They made it so easy, and griefless. The food was incredible as was the service. It is as if the waiters read your mind. I am very pleased and would encourage anyone to take advantage of this great team for your event. The value proposition was fantastic.

This is me and my husbands favorite place for a special dinner. We’ve came here the last few valentines day’s and I try to come around my birthday too. The chocolate cake is to absolutely DIE FOR and I make that my “birthday cake” each year. The pasta was great years ago and has only improved as they’ve moved to a mostly from-scratch approach with everything. This also makes it where you can ask for accommodations like no meat in the baked ziti, which as a vegetarian, I really appreciated. The food is always delicious, seasoned well, fresh, and hot! The bread and butter are absolutely heavenly. Drinks are lovely, though if I could recommend offering non-alcoholic slushies, that would top everything. Otherwise, I look forward to celebrating with an alcoholic slushie when I’m no longer pregnant, ha! Very thoughtfully curated specialty drinks that are simply delicious. Parking is super convenient as there’s a parking garage next door. I’ve always felt safe in the area, even after dark. Even though there are stairs, both in the parking garage and in the two story restaurant, there are elevators in both, which makes this a very accessible establishment for anyone. The atmosphere is romantic and natural, with low light and elegant vibes, while still being comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone. Please, never stop offering the chocolate cake!

Waited only a few minutes to be seated and our foursome was seated in a booth. Table service was excellent; the kitchen was running a little slow but the restaurant was packed. Nice atmosphere and the food was excellent. We did the family style meal for 4 and there was enough food for at least 6 people. 4 generous portions of dessert were served comprised of lemon cookies, tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate cake. Highly recommend reservations on weekends.

My daughter and I ate here for her birthday today. We arrived around 4pm. We were seated right away. 4 stars for atmosphere as we were seated at a table that was closest to the entrance causing us to be passed by staff and guests yet quiet enough to conversate. ( I opted out of asking for another table) A young guy came over to our table out of nowhere,reached out and picked up a remaining plate without saying anything, that was odd as Jasmine had been clearing our table.(The remaining plate was from my meal after boxing it to go) The food was really good. Worth the price. Fresh, the cheese sauce in my meal was delicious. The martinis were strong, good amounts poured, mixed well and very tasty. (Grand martini, ponegranate martini) Our server Jasmine was professional, helpful and patient. Offering meal suggestions based off of our food tastes we described to her. Also, explaing a specific dish to my daughter in order to assist her in choosing her meal. Checking on our table to ensure we were having a comfortable dining experience. This was our first time dining here and the overall experience was good.

Jan-YUM-ary Pick #15 Maggiano's Little Italy To round up Jan-YUM-ary Picks i wanted to give a second chance. I had Maggiano's once about and i didnt even consider it good the time. To be fair i also thought that Fazolis was the best pasta at the time. Since my pallet has matured i figured it was time. Still cant put it at the best, especially as Alfredo goes. I think everything was great. Sydney is the young lady who took our order and she was very attentive. We were then handed to another young lady who wasn't as attentive or seemed very interested. The food was really good and everything was hot. Can't wait to go back.

This service was good at this restaurant, and the food was satisfactory. I ordered a lobster carbonara pasta dish, which didn't have a lot of flavor and had too much sauce; I ordered another pasta dish with vodka sauce, which had good flavor. Overall this was a good experience.

Loved dining at Maggiano’s! Great service and atmosphere. Perfect for a nice evening out. I will post the updated menu. We ended up going out for lunch and it wasn’t incredibly busy which was nice. Our server was excellent. I got the Rigatoni D (White Sauce) which was highly recommended however it was not my favorite. It was based around the taste of mushrooms which I could tell. If you like the taste of mushrooms I would recommend it though. We also got the other specialty rigatoni (red sauce) and it was great. The bread was well cooked and fluffy as well.

Lunch was very good. Great atmosphere. Good service. I attended with a group of 22 church members. We had 2 servers, but it was still a long way for our meal. My food was cold and the restaurant remade my meal. I was very satisfied. It was hot and delicious. My other friends enjoyed their meal as well. The only disappointment was that lunch isn't served on Saturdays. Today's lunch was much better. The cream of potato and chicken soup was very good with huge chicken pieces. My lunch combo came with more soup. I couldn't eat everything. The chicken parmesan sandwich was good.

Maggiano’s served very delicious food (I had the chicken Parmesan; my wife had the lasagna) & has a wonderful atmosphere/ beautiful decor. One complaint, though, both when we went a few weeks ago & a time we went a few years ago, was that it took quite a while (maybe 20-30 minutes) before they seated us, even though we had reservations. Also, it’s very expensive— but I’m inclined to think it’s worth it!

We have not been for a few months. But we always loved coming here. I hate to say. We will not be coming back. I cannot get over how much has changed. Our server, and one other, seemed to be the only server working the tables. There was a lot of others standing around having a great time. While the two other were working. It made getting service VERY slow. We found out that they got rid of the soups. We loved the minestrone soup. Sad. I got the lobster cabenero. $38!!! It never used to be that much. It was already pricey. There was maybe 4 bites of lobster in there. Not exaggerating. The sauce was so runny. To runny. No flavor. Same with the lasagna. That changed. So very disappointing. Also they changed the bread. I understand stand there needs to be change sometimes. But don't mess with things and how they are made. That is what made your restaurant. I was a little upset about the hike in price for my cabanero. Still got it though. Because it's always my favorite there. But after getting it. Was totally not worth it. Nether was the lasagna my father ordered. Just my honest review.

Food was excellent, as well as our server. Only problem is we had a 6pm reservation and got in 30 minutes after. I appreciated the birthday dessert too! The top floor was a lot more private and easier to talk to others. Bathrooms were also nice and clean.

I have traveled many states eating at many restaurants from the west coast to the east coast. Saturday 5/25/25: Nephews graduation. Party of approx 20. I found the food very underwhelming and in no way a culinary delight. The food was extremely disappointing. My table had 4-5 separate entrees. The pasta was not good, and the huge chucks of steak were not tasty. The chicken meat was fairly tasty, and the shrimp were overcooked and rubbery. I will not be eating here ever again, not even for FREE. Very kind staff. Unbelievably great customer service. Unfortunately, to me, the food is not good.

I visited Maggiano’s for the first time in about 8 years, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my food again. When I tried it 8 years ago, the experience wasn’t great, and it seems not much has changed. Having been to several authentic Italian restaurants, I don’t think Maggiano’s belongs in that category. While my salad was delicious, the rigatoni fell short. Other guests also mentioned how their chicken Alfredo wasn’t good. On a positive note, Will was an excellent waiter for our large party. I don’t think I’ll return, but if I do, it would likely be for a steak rather than an Italian dish.

On January 3rd 2026. We attended dinner at Maggiano's for my sister's 60th birthday celebration. The food was good but the service we received was not good. Our server Valerie, started off very good, but by the time we received maine entree his attitude changed. Unknowing to us, he must have been scolded about bringing out our carryout boxes too soon before we had placed our last entree order. Now, here is when the problem started. Valerie (waiter) informed my niece that she would have to pay for her children 2 and 3 yrs old. Clearly he could see they were under the age of 5 which means they DO NOT PAY. At this time, the manager was called and my niece was told by the manager, that he would let it pass this time but the next time the children would have to pay, because the children had eaten, but clearly they can see that the children were under the age of 5, as per the menu stated so this should have never occurred. This was so embarrassing and it also, spoiling my sister birthday celebration. I feel my sister and our whole table should have received and deserves an apology and more for the way that the server and the manager treated us.

The food was okay. My order was NOT their best last Sunday. The waiter when asked would bring me things in his hand, not on a plate or saucer, but in his hands!!!!!! My waiter paid very little attention to me but to the people he knew sitting by me. My food portions were not large. It was not enough. My seat was not clean. I wiped the table also. Clean means clean.

Went here for dinner. Had a 7:30 reservation. We were sat in OVERFLOW just before 8pm. You could tell the servers had their assigned section and then were assigned a table in the overflow. They don’t fault them for the slow service because I can’t imagine running back-and-forth. Once we did get our food, it was just marginal. Had to add salt, pepper, and Parmesan to our pasta. Thankfully, the bread is good so I filled up on that and took the Pasta home to doctor up later. Overall people talk like this is a fancy place, but it’s not what it once was.

My Family of 11 adults and two babies 3years old granddaughter and 2 year old grandson on Sat January 3rd 2026 for my birthdaymy reservation was for 7 pm we got seated at 10 after 7 everything was wonderful until it was time to pay our checks now the waiter we had his name was Valerie and instead of him asking how old the babies were he assumed they were over five, but you can look at them and see that they were infant toddlers so when we explain to him that they were three and two years old, he went and got the manager, and the manager comes over trying to explain this that the other so my daughter had to let him know that they were three and two years old they still didn’t want to believe that my grandchildren were two and three years old when you clearly can look at them and see that we were very satisfied with the experience we had with the food, but when that situation happened, it was a two star for me. When the waiter Valerie came back to the table, we addressed the situation to him. He lied, saying that he didn’t say anything to the manager when we knew he did because the manager hadn’t came to our table all night long to ask us were we satisfied with with the meal, how everything was going or anything until it was time to pay the bill we were very dissatisfied with the actions of the waiter and the manager. I won’t patronize this business again.

We went to Maggiano’s for lunch, and were seated promptly at a booth. The server was nice, and we decided we were going to do the Marco’s Meal for 2, an appetizer, 2 pastas, an a dessert all for $60. We ordered the calamari appetizer, which was delicious, and the ordered the Chicken alfredo, and Shrimp alfredo. We never order alfredo while out, so this was going to be a treat. The noodles came out and they were barely cooked, just over crunchy. We told our server, and she was very kind and took our dishes back to be cooked by the kitchen a little more. The dishes came out again, and the server said “be sure to stir the noodles because they sit under a heat lamp and sometimes get a little crunchy”. That statement instantly made my Mom and I a little grossed out. We both work in a restaurant, and we understand that some places have heat lamps, but that just made us feel like our food was sitting for a while. We tried the new dish, and the noodles, while cooked, couldn’t save the rest of the dish. The alfredo was soupy and watery, and therefore couldn’t stick to the protein in any of our dishes. We sent them back, and just got the check. The manager and server were very gracious in handling everything, but we will likely never go back to Maggiano’s.
