Straight forward customer service. Every time I visit, I receive a few different good slices. I'm not sure if the guy i was speaking to was Tommy himself but he is cool.

Best pizza in Kutztown. You see them make the pizzas right in front of you. Service is friendly, they bring your food to your table for you. Many types of pizza. The slices are gigantic and affordable. They also deliver. You can't miss with Tommy's.

A nice neighborhood pizzeria with various options like seafood pasta, healthy veggies like broccoli in Garlic oil. Pretty decent price with true ingredients. Love theirs Caprese salad and Cold Antipasto. Pizza always fresh. Out of oven. I recommend everyone.

I have been going to Tommy's since I was in HS. Always amazing food. Now I buy it for my kids and they enjoy the food. The cook Carlos does a great job with the Pizza.

The BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD HANDS DOWN! I ordered 3 pies and yeah it was a lil pricey but it was worth it! That creamy spinach pizza is SO GOOD but wait! THAT BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA 🍕😋*(Rick flair "wooo") it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 🤩🤤

Pretty decent pizza spot right in the middle of a predominantly West Indian neighborhood and it shows. Many changes have been done to the area, many stores and restaurants that weren't West Indian owned have come and went leaving Tommy's as the only place to have been around since the first time I've seen the spot almost 20 years ago so a review is long overdue. The pizza while a bit overpriced, is still pretty good. The regular slices are nice but I usually go for the ones topped with meat, especially chicken and the crispy chicken and BBQ chicken slices I had, I definitely recommend. I was thinking of getting some Mozzarella sticks but at $8 dollars for them, I passed on that. I might give this place another go and try for something different with a bit more money on me.

I've ordered here a few times and when you call them they always rush me off the phone. This time I ordered a xlarge cheese pizza and a tres leches cake and I told him repeat the order back to me and he said a cheese and chicken pizza I said no I said plain cheese and then he said the tres leches cake. The delivery guy came and only handed me a box of pizza and said they never gave me cake and he even showed me the receipt and it wasn't on the receipt. I then called them back and told them you guys always rush me off the phone and don't listen carefully and you messed up my order. Like how do you mess up a order that's a plain cheese pizza and a slice of cake??

UNFORTUNATE, TODAY WAS BY FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT THIS LOCATION. I WISH I RECORDED THE HUMAN MEAN DISMISE AND DEGRADE ME INFRONT OF MY OLD SON AND HE HAS DONE IT BEFORE BUT NEVER ONCE TOOK TO PLACE A REVIEW LIKE I AM RIGHT NOW. WHAT HURT THE MOST IS WHEN I FIRST STARTED TO COME HERE , THIS SAME MEN WOULD SIMLE AT ME WHEN I LOOK THREW THE WIDOW WHILE THEY WORKING AS I WAS PASSING BYE, THAT WHEN ON FOR MONTHS WHICE FELT SO WELCOMING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SEVICE .I TREAT MY CHILDREN TO PIZZA ONCE AND WHILE THEN A FEW , I LOVE TO COOK , THEN FOR THE PAST 4 TO 5 MONTH THIS HISPANIC EMPLOYEE THAT WAS SO KINDER HAS BEEN UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL , SINCE TOMMY'S STARTED THIS POINT SYSTE HE HAS BEEN THE ONLY EMPLOYEE TO LEARN AND UNDERSTAND IT . ABOUT THREE TIMES I HAVE ORDER FOOD AND SPENT OVER 100 DOLLERS IN TOTAL AND DID T GET ANY POINTS FOR NONE OF MY ORDERS AND WHEN I BRING UP TO AVOID THIS SAMETHING FROM HAPPENING THIS MEN NEGATIVE ENERGY WENT FROM ZERO TO 1000 AND JUST KEPT GETTING WORSE. TODAY WAS BY FAR THE WORSE. ,MY SON WITNESSED EVERYTHING AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE I FIRST STARTED TO SPEAK TOO AND DID T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH . AN OLDER MEN WORKS HERE AND HAS BEEN EXTREMELY AMAZING TO MY FAMILY AND ACCOMMODATING AND JUST SHOWS AN FRANTASTICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY CHILDREN ENJOY SPEAKING TO HIM. The condition in which this pizza was delivered by Uber is highly disappointing. While the delivery service shares some responsibility, I strongly believe the pizza establishment needs to significantly improve its food packaging and overall visual presentation. As delivered, the pizza appeared unappetizing and practically inedible.

I had ordered a grilled chicken fresh mozzarella with peppers hero & calzone.The person who answered asked what the name of the hero was he said a Tommy ridiculous I said I didn't know he said yeah that's it shouldn't he have known with the ingredients I had given him? Needless to say what I got was not what I described but a slop hero... I called them to explain the problem they said you ordered it it that's what you got great service I won't be ordering anything from them again.
