New branch at Aliana, opposite to Costco and very convenient for snacks, chaat , Parotta roll etc. We often visit Sugarland and Hillcroft for Falooda, now we have it our next door. Awesome and do well. God bless.

This place is amazing,,we ordered curly fries, falooda,fresh orange juice, brownie ultimate juice and Dubai chocolate strawberries,,everything was so good 👍🏻 10/10,, will definitely come next time.

This place is awesome. So far we have tried the faloodas, shakes, paratha rolls and various chats. Everything was delicious and fresh. Plus, customer service is absolutely the best.

Alpha has made its way to Richmond & I couldn’t wait to go have a falooda! Alpha is a favorite at my parent’s house and I kid you not, my dad and brother are there right now as I type this! Haha! We had a craving for falooda one night and decided to pick up some falooda & it hit the spot! I got the signature and it was creamy, delicious & so so comforting! My husband loved his dry fruit delight falooda as well! I will definitely be back to check out the rest of their offerings including ice cream.. shakes.. coffee.. and their savory specials like chaat, kachori, burgers, paninis, tex-mex & more!

I'm so glad to see more diverse foods and desserts in the Richmond area. We tried the Rose Falooda and it was incredible. There are so many other things on the menu that I have to try now. 😁 Will definitely be back.

This place is super cute and at an ideal location! I love that they are open late hours, it's a cute little restaurant with a chill vibe. And the food! Every item I ordered was amazing. The pani puri seemed freshly made. It is also so cool that they customize the juices for you. Highly recommended spot to chill with friends and family! Update: Their fresh juices were amazing initially and had natural sugars. But lately Ive noticed they have been adding a lot of sugar in their juices. Please avoid adding sugar in the drinks especially like pineapple juices or watermelon juices. The fresh juices is one of your main attraction. Don't ruin it by adding unnatural sugars.

I believe this location is newly opened in Richmond. The decor is so cute and inviting. Huge menu for savory and sweet. We ordered sugarcane juice and candy delight. Both items were superb! And service was very friendly.

Checked out the new Alpha Dessert Juice location in Richmond — loved the cute interiors and cozy vibe! They’re open late, which is a big plus. Tried the mango falooda and it was absolutely delicious. Great spot for late-night dessert cravings!

It is a juice, ice cream and falooda place. This one has the greatest flavor so far. Their special falooda has the chunks of ice cream with noodles and basil seeds in it with a perfect amount of roadzha. Good balance of flavors. This place has good ambiance and staff is friendly. They would guide you to make your falooda/ice cream experience the best. The store was clean too.

Stopped by with a friend and we probably spent a whole 10 minutes at the counter Googling pics of the menu just to decide what we wanted 😅 Shoutout to the staff for being super patient and kind while we figured it out! I got the Red Velvet Milkshake ($8) and listen, I meant to get a pic but accidentally drank the whole thing trying to get the perfect shot of her drink 🤦🏽‍♀️ No regrets though. It was that good. Definitely going back for the bigger size next time! She got the Dubai Chocolate Milkshake (pictured here!) and described it as delicious, though she did mention it had a little too much strawberry for her taste. Solid 4/5 from her though!

Great food and service. The menu is very extensive and everything is made to order fresh and tastes delicious. The service is excellent and very friendly. We ordered dinner tonight and Jordan was extremely helpful and made excellent recommendations which were all spot on. We will definitely be back!

Great place to eat or drink. They have a good variety. Staff wasn't really helpful with offering options. We will still visit again.

Amna was great. The food came out fast and hot. We ordered a watermelon, kiwi fresh juice and a carrot, apple, ginger. Food was a mango habanero beef burger with curly fries. 🔥🔥🔥

Totally confused and surprised. I ordered takeout and forgot to look at my order. Got home and looked at the food. The beef burrito i ordered was smaller than a breadfast burrito i paid $10 for. It was empty inside.!!! 😱😱😱

They need to change their person who is making the drinks or they should at least have a courtesy to say no to make something for a customer if that fruit or item is not in the season. I went their with my family and asked for chicko shake, I dont know what they put in it, if it was a rotten Chicko or old sitting there , they made a shake out of it and it tasted disgusting!!!! Like I threw up. This wasn't my first time had this bad experience, I happened twice but I wanted to give them another try but they failed again! Never going back to this place!!!!
