I came to this location 3/22/25 in the evening and my experience wasn’t bad. My pizza was fresh and yummy and my service was friendly. The dining area is small and needs a bit of sprucing up or turning on the TVs to make it feel not so dull and boring.

I’ve never had pizza like this before. Maybe a lot of people like this but it isnt for me. I asked for a little bit crispy and the box is so full of grease and oil there’s no way it could be crispy. The entire thing is pretty gross, but I’m hungry so I’m eating the toppings not the gooy dough. The cheese is extremely gooey too. This is just not like the pizza I’m used to getting. I guess I’m spoiled ? I’ve just never had pizza that was swimming in grease and it’s over price.

This pizza was not it!!! Firstly I must say I got the cheeseburger pizza, the veggies on top was very crisp and fresh which I appreciated however the pizza was just oily, soggy and bland. This place is extremely unorganized and extremely rude I came here to do a doordash and have done many here before and asked to use the bathroom they told me it was for employees only like are you kidding me? I've used it many times before and I can't believe how rude they are about as well! Not only that every time I come here for delivery they are always extremely late and have no excuse. This place is extremely unorganized and extremely rude I came here to do a doordash and have done many here before and asked to use the bathroom they told me it was for employees only like are you kidding me? I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this pizza shop. The Indian lady at the reception treated me rudely and, in my opinion, acted in a discriminatory way because of how I look. After finishing my meal, I asked to use the restroom, but she refused and claimed it was out of order. However, I later discovered it was working perfectly fine. Thankfully, a polite young man intervened and allowed me to use it. It's upsetting to experience such racism and poor treatment, especially when I was a paying customer. This behavior is unacceptable.

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour and a half I called lady was rude kept saying he was on the way and I said I called a half hour ago she said the same thing I told her I wanted a refund and she hung up on me what a service down 45 dollars for this poor service and customer service can’t believe the ownership allows this type of behavior ridiculous. Cold pizza no refund either no one made anything right after this review straight robbery!

The person on the phone refused to honor their coupon and could not stop calling me buddy and hung up on me not once but twice. I work in customer service and this is substandard. Idon't know what happened to this place. Customer service used to be great but has completely disappeared.

Wouldn’t honor my coupon and when I told him I had won free order of garlic sticks, he told me that it’s only free with large pizza and that I could use more than one coupon even though it’s not and even with the coupon saying with any purchase. Had great experiences in the past, but whoever is the one answering the phone shouldn’t be talking orders if he decides to be rude

Not that good to be honest, had friends who used to work here and up til they did the food was always amazing and fresh. But the people who are in charge now don’t really care for it much. Ordered a large pizza that day and it was probably my last time ordering. The spinach smelled absolutely horrible couldn’t even finish it. Used to be my favorite

Other MM franchises are fabulous! The pizza here is awful. Tried twice and both experiences gave me burnt and dry pizza. Not sure how you can ruin pizza this bad but they manage to do it here at this location. Poor service twice coupled with their TV on Newsmax talking conspiracy theories against women in the workplace. Cringeworthy pizza place for sure.

The worst Mountains Mike Pizza ever. I've been to some run down MOUNTAINS Pizza 🍕 but this place is scam. How does this place even stay in business? Never have the "lunch buffet" here. Lunch buffet is $15.00 and drinks are not included. Its not a buffet. There are no Pizza out. You can only order one pizza. The fountain drinks machine doesn't have ice. The salad 🥗 is not salad. I rate this negative if could. It a scam.

When we went to eat pizza at Mount Mike's today, when we entered, we waited there for five minutes, then the girl came out, we told the girl that Himalaya had vegetarian pizza, we wanted it and she kept us in a loop, she was going to take our wrong pizza order. Then she called a boy whose name was Sandeep and then the boy came after him with his headphones on He had his headphones on and then when he took our order he behaved very rudely then told us that it would take 10-15 minutes when we told him to dine in and he put us in a box and just like that he held the cheese paper and said that you can eat it like this and when we started eating a worm came out of it Now we're a little disappointed. We have to call the health inspector tomorrow and we'll visit Mountain Mike again. We want to call the manager When we started to tear the seams of the pizza, the pizza was not falling apart. It was not that hard, nor was their cutting. We will recommend everyone not to come to this pizza place. They behave very rudely. The employees here are very useless.When I came last Tuesday, they behaved very badly. Now, this Tuesday, they behaved very badly with me.
