Randy’s is the best Chinese food in New York if not all of Brooklyn. I have been ordering from them for years now and the quality of the food is always top notch. Delivery is quick and service is excellent.

I ordered from here for the first time because I wanted to try their vegan chicken. I got the Vegan chicken with mixed vegetables and it was pretty good. However I would say if you're vegetarian or vegan Coco Lin is the place to go. The vegan chicken has a better texture and the flavor is much better.

Great spot in Ridgewood. Very friendly owners and one of my go-to weekend spots for Chinese food. I always end up getting the Shrimp Roll as it's very good. Honestly pay the extra dollar or two to get the hose special fried rice with your meal. Always pleased with my dinner I have gotten here. Cash only if you go in person. They have online ordering via a website for take out if you want to pay with a card.

The two nights I work in the East New York section of Brooklyn, I can always count on a hot, fresh meal from Randy's. I give them praise alone just on the fact they deliver in the late night hours. I only wished they were close to my home.

They Food Is Amazing !! No Attitude & 99.8% Of The Time They Get Your Order Right But Why They Don't Get 5 Stars Is Because They Could Get Better With Delivery Pretty Slow Expecially On Fridays There So Popular That Every Orders There That's Why They Need A Need More Fast Ways To Deliver :/

Most times I order my takeout from Randy's. Their food is really good, you get your money's worth because you get both quality and quantity, and the guys that deliver your food are so polite and cheerful, however I ordered food from Randy's and I'd been waiting outside to collect it, no one came so I called back to get an update and the cashier claimed that he came, called and no one was there to collect it so he'd brought it back, I asked if she could send it back and that I'd wait outside where he could see me so again I waited for a while no one came so I tried back a third time but the cashier said he'd been there three times and called and no one answered the phone or was there to collect it and if I wanted to come pick it up I could. I had the phone in my hand while I was waiting out front for him there was no call and they had the correct phone number and address, it's probably because the weather was starting to change(?)

They need to put attention to online orders, you order one thing and they send something else when you pay for something they send something else less price. Delivery is quick.

Fast delivery. Food always arrives warm. Food can be hit or miss. Sometimes it’s pretty bland. Overall what you’d expect from a hole in the wall NY Chinese spot.

Food is pretty good, but they tried to overcharge me by a couple bucks (30% more than my actual order, so it wasn't just tax). Not sure if I'd come back again considering how shady they were. Make sure you check the prices on their menu and cross check if it lines up with how much they tell you your order total costs.

The sesame noodles taste like they just tossed it in pure jiffy peanut butter. No flavor, all peanut butter. The dumplings are good tho! But I have the worst taste in my mouth from the noodles

Hey food is not bad, but ordering on the phone gave me an headache taking the order. Orders are tiny, for the price. The price you pay for small order you can get a large anyway else. Don’t order here if you expect to be ripped off and still hungry after you eat. Instead order from my fave place which was closed today 😭, China Garden on irvine.

So I came here not too long ago to buy food for my family since we were visiting in the neighborhood. We looked at their menu online to try and make up our mind on what to get and how much it would come out to. Confusingly they had 2 different prices for their food. One set of prices was listed on their Google menu page, another set of prices was listed on their delivery page. What upset us however, was upon placing our order in person and having the cashier repeat the order back to us and give us the okay, they later told us that they only charged for one of a double item that we had ordered and then told us if we wanted it we had to pay extra after they already cooked it and put it in our bag. On top of that they charged us more saying that was their actual menu prices and gave us a hard copy menu. So confusing, so inconvenient, and poor customer service. This place has changed its name multiple times over the years and yet the service never changes or improves.

The worst fried chicken wings I have ever had in NYC...it seems like they fried them with cornflakes or something that had an odd crunch. The Boneless ribs are shaved pieces of pork instead of actual ribs cut off the bone. First time ordering really disappointed.

My quart container of wonton soup spilled inside the entire bag, and ruined the whole order. Food was inedible. Called the restaurant and spoke to Sofia, who was obnoxious and rude and refused to reimburse me and hung up on me twice. Never ordering from here ever again. Food is not that great and this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They get away with they're rude behavior because they know they can. They have a prime location. I ordered and it took an hour to get to me and I had to reheat my food because it was cold. I live 3 blocks away why is my food cold why it took an hour to get to me. And than they only give me 1 soy sauce when I asked for additional soy sauce its absurd

i have ordered today this afternoon,Kung pao chicken , from this restaurant and paid $11.05, OMG it was so bad , they put little bit chicken and all mixed vegetables which was horrible, i have been eating the same Kung pao chicken from other restaurant, in the past but never got this kind of horrible. disgusting taste which they send me today. I swear to god i will never order from this restaurant in my life. very bad taste i wasted my money $11.05. I placed an order for Shrimp Lo Mein and please add GREEN ONIONS. Upon receipt of my food I see all white onions. I call the restaurant and tell them that they did not add Green onions only White Onions. I call the restaurant to indicate that I did not receive Green Onions. The young lady behind the phone indicates that I have to be specific. Um I was under the impression that Green Onions are an Onion? Anyways as I am holding on the phone while she discusses my situation with someone at the restaurant she flat out hangs up on me. Wow!! I didn't deserve that! We order from here at least 2-3 x's a week. Not Cool Randy! Not cool! All I was looking for was the meal that I requested. May have to reconsider visiting Randy's again. Not happy.

Horrible establishment , girl who answers the phone can not take an order. She added items to my order that I did not order , when the food got here i called back to notify her she was rude and nasty. She demanded I bring the food that I did not order back to the restaurant when i asked for a DELIVERY in the first place. I demanded i want my money back she put someone else on the phone and he was also rude and said I had to wait an hour for my money back ! Last time I will be ordering from here

Wouldn’t let me cancel my order even though I called right after. CONTINUED TO MAKE THE ORDER AFTER I CALLED THEM AND GRUBHUB! And then had the audacity to still send the food! How idiotic. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A SCAM OF A RESTAURANT

I place my order through uber eats. It said store staff was delivering my food. When my food got to my house the driver was demanding that i give him cash as i tip. I normally tip through the App with my card. For about a minute he would not give me my food. Avoid this place ordering through uber eats.

Became violently ill shortly after receiving and eating my food last night...the pain in my stomach was incredible! I got the sesame beef and fried rice and clearly the food was off. I don't think I've ever gotten that sick from ordering food, it was horrible.

First off I've been going to this place for 15 + yrs. It use to be amazing. A few months back got a egg drop wonton soup and it had no flavor and just tasted off. I didn't complain I just asked them if they used a different recipe they said no. I said let me give them another chance. So today after I got my kids from school went to pick up dinner waiting online and they were busy big guy comes in and leaves ,they are still not taking my order. Big guy comes in again doesn't even ask me are you waiting cuts me in line and the women says nothing. I finally said something and she ignores me like it's whatever. But that's okay I'm done with Randy's for good with the food quality going down and now customer service going down they can keep the 3 star food and nasty customers they bring in. Good Luck!

Don't tell me the driver just left if the food hasn't left the restaurant yet. My food arrived hot, but it was 50 minutes late. I'm pretty sure you can't fit much more than what I had in that insulated carrier on that electric bike.

I ordered a large beef and broccoli online for $15 on door dash I put yellow rice no white rice . When I go to pick up they wanted to charge me FIVE DOLLARS EXTRA for yellow rice are they insane? Am I buying sushi? Lady got rude because I asked for my money back since they couldn’t do it.
