We just happened to walk in off the street. A good sign that the place was packed. Loved the Calamari, the shrimp and the crab. Great cherry lemonade and rice with coconut.

Great place for seafood. The sea food in this restaurant is one of the bests I have ever eaten. If you are a fan of seafood you definelty have to visit this place. Prices are pretty good for the amount and quality of the food. Make sure you go there early, it serves lunch only as the close early afternoon.

Amazing Sea Food from El Pacifico. I truly believe it is the best one in La Alameda. We had Sancocho de Pescado and Cazuela de Mariscos. Outstanding!! Great atmosphere as they have Air Conditioning, the service is amazing 👏🏽 Beyond highly recommend to those that want to eat great seafood surrounded by authenticity.

The service is fast. You can see the kitchen and the organization in this area is sharp. The dishes presentation is super. I did not notice an English menu. But ask for one. The parking is outside on the street.

Food was delicious. Portions are great. I ordered the Casuela de Langostinos which came in a delicious creamed sauce topped with baked parmesean on top. The sides were two large tostones and coconut rice which were very good. He ordered the Casuela de Mariscos. Everything tasted fresh. We drank a pitcher of lemonade (it's lemonade 🤷‍♀️) nothing fancy, but refreshing. I would go back.

The fried red snapper was beyond amazing , quite possibly the best fried red snapper I have ever had in my life time. The coconut lemonade was also amazing and had a bit of ice in it think like a shaved ice. Very great atmosphere and clean restaurant with the service being amazing as our waiter gave us great service and helped me to understand the size of the fried red snapper. I will definitely come back and try their sancocho soup as it too looks good.

Good food at a good price. We went on a Sunday and it was extremely busy. In spite of being busy, service was spot-on! Portions are large, but not ridiculously large. The drinks were very good also. We'll be returning.

Also, the de service wasn't the best as we had to ask multiple times for some plates as they got some orders mixed up, but that's more understandable for the number of clients.

The food was fabulous. What you would expect from an authentic beach front restaurant in the Pacific or Caribbean but in the middle of the city. The Michelada and natural juices are great and the staff are very helpful. It is rather busy and the tables don't always get the proper turnover so the cleanliness can be less than desirable but the staff will take care of that once you point it out.

Food was really nice, Service was terrible, little attention, some drinks never came despite asking several times. We had to a very Long Time for the Bill and even longer when we had to pay with credit card.

Food is good but the service is terrible! Tip is included on the bill but if change is due to you, they will take the time and in the end will keep the change... No matter what, they will keep it..... This happened to me... I will not recommend this place to no one!! #-&4&-5__±&&#$$, not good.

However, when I saw the dish I ordered delivered to the table next door who arrived 15 minutes later, I decided to leave. That was a family of 9 which arrived later than us and served before us, all the tables around us were served and 2 of them arrived after us. Ridiculous! Nice empanadas tho, that was the only thing we got from the order. And yeah I’m so sorry I was so upset to settle the bill! I owe you 2 limonadas, empanadas and a Coke Zero. But as I will never come again, I will be unable to pay. 😡😡🤬

I completely understand that everyone's experience is different. While searching for a restaurant in Cali, I came across Fogón del Mar. Based on previous reviews, we decided to choose this restaurant. However, we were completely disappointed with our experience. The drink was too sour, and the food was way too salty.
