I love Burger Kind food, but the Ripon Location is the Slowest Fast-food location, always making me wait in the parking lot after I go through the drive-through even when there's no one behind me. It's ridiculous.

Was wondering if i was at McDonald's this is not the second week in a row where we come in at night after practice with the kids and they say the ice cream machine is being cleaned and when though we ordered before 10 they cannot give us our ice cream, I just wasn't aware you can only buy ice cream during the day. Very poor service in my opinion

Our fries and chicken nuggets were barely warm. My whopper Junior was hot though and tasty. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and parking was plentiful. Not too busy at 7 pm.

I was disappointed with the lack of sauce on the maple bourbon BBQ burger, I've had better in Ripon and Modesto..The tacos also tasted different, different taco sauce? They were ok.

Seems like the classic chicken sandwich isn't what it use to be. Everyone that went through the drive thru was told to wait in the parking lot. It took 12 minutes for them to bring my food. Not really fast food.

Google said open at 6 AM I got there at 6:36 AM stood by the drive-through microphone for a few minutes then pulled up to the window and the lady said we’re not open

Completely empty inside but took 20minutes to get our food. Other people came in and got their food immediately despite ordering after us.

I went to Burger King to pick up dinner for me and my kids. It is the only place I can get fast food from as a vegetarian. I went through their drive-thru to order an impossible Whopper meal and my kids' meals. I didn't realize their hours closed at 10:00 so I was there at 9:32 and I did apologize to the workers for the late order however once I got home I realized that I was given a regular Whopper not an impossible Whopper. And now they're close this is not the first time I have had to go back and have them remake my burger and I'm just very disappointed that I spent $40 and now can't even eat but I bought. Disappointing.

This place sucks they close so early and the food is always late and you ask for one thing and gave you another or they just dont give it to you. And they you have to drive back to get what you ordered for.

It's new. Seemed clean. It was 7:55 am Breakfast and the staff couldn't be bothered. Placed an order in the BK App. Wow How bad can a Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant be... Well this BK can absolutely ruin it!

We tried ordering through the drive thru first and got annoyed with the computer so we decided to try inside where we were meet with another computer, this system was just as bad if not worse than the drive thru. Both were so bad we left and went to McDonalds. I won’t be coming here again!

I was here for the pickup, i waited more than 10 minutes for the response, but They did not even ask me why am at the store, when asked for the eta time for the food.. They rudely said we dont know.. That is the most unprofessional behavior i have ever seen on this store, nd this answer was given to me by a boy who was at front... I dont recommend this store,,,,,

PSA, you will be waiting in the parking lot for your order for at least 30 min! They are always cheating their drive through times by having the customer sit in the parking lot. I even had to wait when I only ordered drinks.
