The burgers are delicious, as always. It's not easy to find places with excellent meat, and here they excel. We ordered the Big Onion (highly recommended) and the Niagara (for cheese lovers). I also have to highlight the excellent service. Not only were they fast, but they also brought us a bowl of water for the dogs. The lady was incredibly nice, and that's appreciated.

Probably one of the best burgers I had. We first ordered in Glovo and then we dine at the restaurant. The burgers were freshly made and the service was fast. The staff were nice and the ambiance was also good. There wasn't many people yet when we arrived but it gets busy. Highly recommended.

The best burgers in Rivas! No, the best burgers in Madrid! We’ve eaten here so many times & every burger just gets better and better. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Burgers are all fresh so can take 10/15 minutes to arrive but have a beer, the burgers are worth the wait. Super pet friendly too! Go!

I was there with family and I felt as I was in New York again. Hamburgers were awesome, the meat was perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious. The decor on the top floor was completely American, and all of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only caveat was that the place was full to the brim!

An authentic slice of american culture. The menu serves up delicious hamburgers prepared to your liking and served on fresh warm brioche buns. Plus the menu has a kids meal for the little ones. The atmosphere is very relaxed: good music, comfortable seating and a large sunny terrace. I would definitely recommend to friends and family and I will be going back!!! 👍👍👍

Hemos ido hace un tiempo pero hoy mismo hemos vuelto por la grata sensación que nos dejó la última vez y esta vez pésimo el servicio. La chica que atendió muy poco simpática, se le preguntó sobre el contenido de una hamburguesa y omitió que esta tenía picante. Por otro lado al comerla traía dos palillos, uno visible y un trozo de otro incrustado en la carne ( en la parte media) que por poco me lo trago

Buena opción si estás por la zona. Quizás falte un poco de sabor en la hamburguesa. No obstante, es una buena opción para comer hamburguesa de carne de vaca. No conocía la cadena y me llevo una buena experiencia general.

The food is delicious; it's in my top 3 burgers in Rivas. The place has a great atmosphere, and the girl behind the bar is super friendly. But my disappointment was a waiter who clearly didn't want to work. First, when we came in, he saw us and ignored us, and then when we were leaving, he saw us get up from the table and walk away, and he wasn't even able to say thank you or goodbye. People like that really ruin a place.

We came today and the quality of the burgers has gone down a bit; in fact, mine was burnt and tasted slightly burnt. They should have more variety in the sauces; today there was only ketchup and yogurt sauce. To be fair, the food was served very quickly. But what we don't like, and it's always been the case, are the tables, which are incredibly slippery. The plate sticks to them, and you get stuck too if you lean on the table; it's really disgusting.

Honestly not the best burger I've ever had. The place is nice, but if you're looking for a really good burger, maybe go somewhere else.

La hamburguesa normalita, los aros de cebolla los han cambiado a peor más gordos vastos y ya no me gustan, las alitas poco hechas, han quitado la cerveza keller y la música bastante mala. Antes venía de vez en cuando, pero creo que esta es mi última vez. Un detalle sin importancia que a mí me gusta. Por ejemplo es que le pongan una brocheta un palillo en hamburguesa para poder comerla mejor. Aquí siempre lo tengo que pedir. Es todo el servicio mediocre.

I went back twice more just to give the place a chance, but evertime time was the same, extremely slow service. Staff ignored the customers when ordering and on average, it take 15 to 20 minutes to just place a basic order. Due to the slowness of the staff it looks busy but most of the seating is available. Poorly run and the slowiest service I've ever experienced in my life. pints are good if you can get one food is generally good but takes for ever, the sweet potato and nachos are a complete robbery. €7.20 for the nachos which was a tiny portion and €3.20 for the sweet potato which was more like a sample portion...... Rippe off. Furthermore, for the owener, its in your best interests to take these comments seriously, how this place makes any money when only a small amount of customers get served I don't know, but in general I like the place and the food, however, the service is a disgrace and the prices for certain foods are rediculess. Would love to stop by regular at Williams but for the above frustrating reasons I won't return.

He cenado ayer en este local y no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Las hamburguesas son correctas, un 5/10. Las patatas son correctas pero escasas, un 4/10. El mayor problema son los trabajadores, la persona que nos tomó nota en caja decidió llamarnos la atención de mala manera porque yo había elegido la salsa que venía aparte con la hamburguesa de mi mujer. Lo que este personaje no sabía es que mi mujer no toma salsas porque no le gustan y siempre me quedo yo con la suya, por lo que la elijo yo. Los delirios de superhéroe del camarero nos generaron un momento muy incómodo porque nos lo recriminó a voces, con malas palabras y con el local lleno, creando una situación bastante tensa para todos. Supongo que como un castigo más, dentro de su afán justiciero esquizofrénico, las hamburguesas tardaron casi tres cuartos de hora en estar listas. En resumen, comida en la media pero atención absolutamente pésima, no repetiré y recomiendo no ir.

La experiencia en este local deja mucho que criticar. A pesar de que colocan un horario de apertura, al llegar durante la hora indicada no atienden al público, alegando que “todavía no es la hora de la comida”. Esto genera confusión y molestia: si el negocio está abierto, lo lógico es que brinden servicio. Incluso tuve que conformarme con un café solo, porque no estaban atendiendo como correspondía. Además, se percibe poca empatía por parte del personal, lo cual refuerza la sensación de desinterés hacia los clientes. Entiendo y comparto la opinión de muchos: los clientes tienen toda la razón en sentirse inconformes. Si realmente quieren mantener a quienes ya eran clientes fieles, deberían mejorar tanto la atención como la coherencia entre sus horarios y su servicio.

Han cambiado el tamaño de la bolsa de patatas para comida a domicilio, ahora la cantidad de patatas que les dejan introducir a los trabajadores en la bolsa diminuta es ridícula. Cambió para peor. La relación de cantidad para el precio de una hamburguesa de 18 euros es pésima, ya que además la hamburguesa es pequeña. Una pena. Prefiero pedir a otro sitio. En cambio, el personal que me atendió al teléfono del restaurante de Rivas para comentar esto ha sido amable y atento.

Theoretically, it says they have continuous service for lunch. We arrived 10 minutes before lunchtime and they weren't serving anything. Not even burgers, nothing that wasn't deep-fried. We also saw them bringing food to other tables that were already seated. I don't understand how they advertise continuous service when it isn't, and you can see the waiters and cooks chatting away from the bar. We had to call them several times to see what they could give us. I think their approach is designed to make us go somewhere else. My partner used to come to this franchise often, but they've been too rude one day and make too many mistakes the next. I don't think we'll be back, and we recommend that anyone reading this avoid it.

It had been a long time since I'd been here, and I was truly disappointed. The Kentucky chicken in the burger was an absolute disgrace. The fillet was so thin it barely added any flavor to the burger. It wasn't just my burger; three of them were like that. Why should I tell a restaurant how to prepare their chicken? Because by default, they're not all the same, and if the kitchen sees that the chicken is too thin, they should fix it. I understand you want to apologize, but sometimes there's no excuse.
