So freaking good honestly don’t even listen to the negative comments 100% reccomend they had nice customer service I pulled up a little late so my food could have been gross but no everything was fresh and delicious I saw them make it all 10 stars am going to become a regular at this place.

5 stars food was prepared really quickly , food is good and they close late which is good for my schedule when I get off work and want a bite to eat

Chilli Rellanos are so good here! Chilli Verde is FIRE! All their food is pretty good...staff is nice and inside is very clean!! Plus they are open late at night!!

I totally forgot to take pictures, but OMG!! So good!! My husband and I both got the Machacha plate. It was still early, so we opted for breakfast. It was great, huge portions! Very clean, very nice, and friendly staff 👏🏼👍🏼This isn't a typical Alberto's. It's definitely elevated. It's really big inside, lots of places to sit. Overall 10/10 😋

Let me just say WOW!! From the moment we walked in to the minute we left the customer service here was fantastic. The food as well was YUMMY. We got 5mini tacos 3 pastor 2 carnitas both meats were on point. A Cali burrito that was one of thee best I've had in a while. My mom aye 3 rolled taqitos that a snagged a bite of they were actually thick good tasting and topped with cheese and guacamole. I'll be back. Told the family WE FOUND A NEW SPOT! ;)

My husband and I shared a carnitas burrito. It was a very good size & taste size for us .

I'm not 100% in for this place cuz it did seem dungy and dingy plus they were leaking from the roof and was right at the counter next to the salsas but I can say they cook/prepare the carrots exactly how it should be with such great flavor. Wish it would be that way with the environment.

I discovered this quant little spot near my podiatrist office I don't remember what I ordered the first time but the food was great. I've been back several times and took a couple different people and again the food is always great and I try something new nearly every time that's how good the food is.

Every time I walk in there with my granddaughter they know who we are! They've always been very good to us! Our order is always amazing!

They charge you more than the price that’s on the menu. That started about a year ago. Now, they are making smaller tacos, but charging the same price. So first the price went up, then the serving size went down. It’s good food, not great. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

California Burrito was disappointing 😢

This used to be a good place to get a quick meal. Gave them another try today, burrito was cold and horchata tasted terrible.

I got caneaasada fries really short on meat don't recommend this order.

Fair food. It’s not bad, but the workers are ridiculously lazy. And I been coming here for almost 5 years. The workers themselves just don’t wanna work n they just wanna hangout listening to Hispanic music till they get paid and can leave (I experienced this too many times) they don’t answer the phone when it’s less than 2hr til closing. Their boss is really messing up n must not care.

We ordered a carne asada breakfast burrito, they gave our burrito to the man that came in and ordered after us and gave us I'm assuming what he ordered because it was not steak, we think it was chorizo- which could be ok, but I don't like chorizo. & when I asked about it I was blown off...

For a Mexican restaurant the food is bland. I got the burrito and enchilada meal both were bland the burrito was on top of my enchilada so when I went to pick up the burrito it decimated the enchilada but their tortillas are tasty. I have to recommend Mr Taco over these guys better tasting and fresh and the food is made in front of you.

In addition to that, the cleanliness and food safety standards in some locations are concerning. Items are often left out in the open without proper storage or temperature control. For instance, I saw food sitting in what looked like a rice cooker, uncovered and without any heat lamps or lids. That raises serious concerns about freshness and safety. I want to be clear: I’m not trying to tear down a business or a community. My intention is to share my perception and raise awareness. I believe businesses especially those representing larger brands should maintain a strict code of conduct and present themselves well to the public. Consistency, cleanliness, and customer care are all essential for long-term success. Please be cautious when visiting, and I encourage these businesses to reflect on how they can better uphold the standards expected of the Alberto’s name.

This food made me sick right after eating. The salsa containers looked like they was put in the fridge from the day before and then put back out the next day. They weren't full and the serving spoon had dried up salsa on it. When we asked for fresh salsa, the worker just poured new salsa in what looked like a old salsa container, when he should've switched out the old container/serving spoon for a fresh clean one. I ordered a burrito with bacon and it was more fat than bacon, I had to keep removing the fat after every bite, to finally I opened the burrito and picked at it with my fork. My friends burrito was the same way more fat than meat. We tried this place but won't be returning...

The last three times we went here the place was empty. Literally zero people! It's probably because the girls who work at the register are the rudest and most disrespectful people I've ever met! They look at me and my family like they hate us. They absolutely will not talk to us even when we say thank you there is no response, just dirty looks. I've never felt so unwanted in my life at any restaurant ever! We will never go back! I'm sick of the attitudes and the inconsistencies in the food. The meals are never the same. Its burnt, or it's glorious. You never know what it's going to be. Expect the worst and hope for the best doesn't work for me!

This place was kinda smokey the day we visited. Something had burned in the kitchen and the place stunk! Ordered the Monster Burrito which was nothing more than a large tortilla filled mostly with rice and beans and very little beef. The taste was mediocre at best. For the quality it was overpriced! They are charging you more than what the menu says. I said something about it and they tried saying it was for tax which is a lie. Bean and cheese burrito is 7.99. They are charging 8.31 for it and hoping you don’t notice.

I ordered a carnitas burrito. The menu price was listed as $10.49, but I was charged $15.21. When I asked about the difference, I was told the prices had changed, but the menu had not been updated.

-Upon entering the establishment we were not greeted (which would have been fine if they were busy, honestly) but instead glanced at and ignored- there was one other patron who was seated and waiting for his food. -As we walked up to the cashier (he saw us!) he walked away because the other worker had called him over to show him something on his phone.. basically in front of us! -Very unprofessional- banging utensils loudly, singly loudly (I’m all for a good time but this didn’t seem normal), eating while making our food, etc. I just hope the food is better than the customer service.

After the remainder of our party had gotten through their meal, not enjoyed it, the cook came and offered to make us new ones. We declined and will not return. Restaurant is dirty, water damaged roof is peeling back above where you wait to order.

Also, the salsa has floating debris in it. It looks like it’s old. Ew.

I've been there multiple times but last night will be the last time Ill ever go there again..I asked for chorizo with egg and cheese on top..it was horrible burnt and tasted like charcoal .. I was very hungry but I didn't finish the meal!! I was up all night with diarrhea and vomiting!! I had told my husband immediately that the food tasted awful...I had to use the bathroom for the first time there omg the bathroom was so very dirty smelly just aweful ...I'm going to contact food services.. Never again will I eat there this has happened before with my family members!! DO NOT THINK OF EATING THERE !!
