This donut shop is very unique, I took my brother there for the first time. The food is amazing not to mention the fresh donuts, but what makes this place so unique it's their employees and their awesome customer service. Thank you all for the best service and for making a difference.

I didn't see myself rating a donut shop 5 stars, however, I personally enjoy the quality of donuts as they're not too light and not too dense. They're larger in size than average and well-made, not doughy or dry. They also do a tasty and consistent job with their breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches and freshly pressed juices. Pressed juices are the price of a caffeine-loaded coffee or sugar-loaded juice elsewhere, but the satisfaction of a healing drink is worth it. They have 4 choices: beet, carrot, spinach/kale and one other - all naturally sweetened with pineapple, orange or apple. No added sweeteners. They do a very nice job. Se habla español.

I was there earlier tonight, the guy that took care of my order was awesome. He made me a fresh turkey croissant, i really loved it. Oh and those fresh maple old fashioned donuts ( smh) i almost bit my tongue off. Thank you sir for the great experience.

I enjoyed this donut shop. Large variety of donut choices and the two I had were fresh and tasty. The coffee was excellent. They also offer cold brew coffee and hot breakfast sandwiches. While I was eating at 5 am, there was a steady stream of people. It seems like a very popular place.

These are consistently the best donuts in the area, much lighter & less greasy than most donuts. They have an very wide selection. They also have a lot of bagel sandwiches which look good, but I've never tried those.

Normally this is a top-rated location with awesome customer service and excellent food. This time however was not the case my normal crew was not present and two very unfriendly and non customer service focused ladies we're at the helm and I was very disappointed. Both ladies were very rude and rushed me to make my order while being very cordial and nice to their Latin counterparts. in spite of the poor service I received for the first time today it won't keep me from going back I will just look for my normal crew who are extremely kind extremely gracious customer service focused and always make my order to perfection. I really wish there was a way to just grade the people and not the establishment.

Don't leave one stars often but bad experience today. Cashier was rude. Half my order was missing, they forgot to put it into the bag, didn't realize until I got back home and no one answered their phone so I could refund it. And the drinks were just water, their machine must not be working

Apart from messing up the order (I'm not petty enough to leave a 1 star review just for that as customer service has declined immensely everywhere recently), the rudeness and disrespect from the cashier is why this is being written. Today, 2/21/25 around 9 am I go in to get a bfast sandwich. I receive my order and I go back up to ask for ketchup. I wait while the cashier is helping out another customer. Once they finish, the cashier looks at me, then turns and goes the other direction. No acknowledgement at all. So as the next cashier comes up, I ask them for ketchup. They tell me to wait for them to finish with the other customer after I have already waited patiently. I return to my seat to just eat my sandwich as I don't want it to get cold. Once they finish with the customer the were helping they call to me to go up and get the ketchup. I politely decline the ketchup as I no longer want it. She gets upset for whatever reason then starts talking crap about me to the customer in Spanish. I know spanish and overhear this, to which i respond, "mejor dilo con voz alta" (say it louder). The customer apologizes to me which I didn't care about because she's not on the job. So after confirming that I wasn't crazy or just hearing things, I go back up to ask for a refund since I had lost my appetite ( I had only taken one bite of my sandwich). The cashier asks what's wrong with it and I reply that I don't appreciate being spoken about and I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere. The cashier then lied to my face and said that they didn't say anything about me despite the customer confirming that they were in fact talking about me. Like I said, I don't care about crappy service, honestly used to it at this point. What I'm not cool with is the disrespect and the blatant lie. Hopefully they can train their people to just keep it professional in the future.

Went to get a torta of chorizo and expected it to be the same as other visits (good that’s why it’s my favorite location) but today they missed all the condiments and vegetables. All the staff had ugly attitudes I was very disappointed this time.

$6.50 for a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Considering it took over 10 minutes to make you'd think it would have been perfect.
