Crave Coffee and Tea

Coffee was great. I really enjoyed the richness of it. Staff was friendly and polite. It has an outdoor seating area that's clean and spacious. There is a ton of parking, but I was there early on Sunday, so I don't know what it's like on the weekdays. It's surrounded by other businesses. There's ample seating. Looks like enough for maybe 20 people with a little bit of elbow room. The bagel was my only complaint. I had the everything bagel. It's not great, but if you're hungry, it will do. It was warm but not toasted, which is probably why it tasted weird. I didn't ask for it to be toasted, so this could be my fault. Though if they don't toast unless you ask, then maybe they should ask how the customer wants it. Again, it's no big deal. Overall, I'd come here again for sure.

My sister and I were visiting the area and needed some coffee. This place was nearby so we decided to check it out. We were greeted as soon as we entered by a very friendly young lady. She answered questions about the menu and was patient while we decided what we wanted. We got a lavender vanilla nitro cold brew which was phenomenal. The barista was the friendliest person we've encountered in California so far. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Thank you for being friendly and for having great coffee

I love this place. The funky monkey is my favorite drink. We would pass by this place and always want to come here but they close a little early. But it's okay cause it's worth. The drinks are great and the bagel sandwiches are perfect with the coffee. And that's not mentioning how great the place looks. My wife and I love the atmosphere. Overall, I totally recommended the place

Very solid coffee shop, has a wide variety of options from coffee and cream soda to bagels. I got the cream soda with vanilla and it wasn’t so sweet but it was very good. Wish it was just a bit bigger and had better parking options but I know that’s not their fault hahaha. Very chill spot to hangout or do something productive. Solid 9/10 for me.

I got the funky monkey. It's like melted ice cream. So sweet, creamy and decadent. The carrot bar never fails. Tastes home made. I love coming here when I'm in Riverside.

First time here was early Saturday morning. It is a really nice set up. Love the style, group of guys having a meeting outside, a girl came in with books and got her "usual" so they seem to get to know customers which is nice. I only order a make your own bagel. It was really good, but a bit pricey. I have get to try the coffee, but I will be back.

Got the build a bagel and it definitely didn’t disappoint. Great tasting soft bagel

I had to stop by real quick before work. Service was friendly and helpful as a first time visitor answering questions I had about the options. I decided on a blended triple chocolate and it was absolutely perfect. Not too sweet but very chocolaty. And was prepared pretty quickly. Overall my experience was pleasant, prompt & I'll definitely have to return when I'm back in town thank you!

We loved going here on Sundays before church, the java rush is delicious and has a nice amount of caffeine. Unfortunately, the main reason we love this place, their bagels, are routinely out of stock. Don’t be fooled by the extensive list of flavors on the menu, around 75% of the time we come in just a couple hours after opening and they are out of all the flavors except everything and sesame. It is SO disappointing and will discourage us from returning in the future. :(

Love their bagels, and most drinks I've tried so far were good! Only negative is the service. Every time I've been there (and I've gone many times), the employees seem to have an attitude problem. They look annoyed when I order a bagel with a lot of ingredients inside, and give a bland "Is that all?" I asked once what kind of syrups they have for their teas, and the cashier tapped a jar by the register with a very tiny list of syrups, as if it's common knowledge that it's there. I would understand irritation as a cashier if it was closing time, and you had a long shift, but I always go in the early morning and the attitude seems unwarranted. Get another job if you hate making bagels. Also, sometimes, they can take forever making orders, so I don't know why they don't hire more people if they seem understaffed.

Perhaps they warm up to repeat customers, but as a newcomer, I didn’t feel especially welcome. I did find the coffee beans I was after, but I likely won’t be back if I’m just looking for coffee on the go.

I've been a loyal patron of Crave for about four years now, visiting almost every Friday for my usual order: a Nitro accompanied by a bagel topped with cream cheese, avocado, and tomato. However, over my last few visits, I've noticed a recurring issue – missing cream cheese. Given that I usually order to-go and only realize the omission once I'm on my way to work, it's been quite frustrating. During my recent visits, I've made a point to check my order at the counter, only to find, yet again, no cream cheese on my bagel. Politely, I brought it up to one of the female baristas, expecting a completed order. However, despite her acknowledgment, she simply handed me a small tub of cream cheese and called my order ready. When I questioned why it wasn't applied to the bagel as requested, she seemed irritated, suggesting that making a new bagel would be too much trouble. Feeling somewhat exasperated by the exchange, I expressed my disappointment and left without further confrontation. As a frequent customer who visits at least once or twice a week, tipping generously and always treating the staff with respect, I felt disregarded and undervalued. It's disheartening to receive such treatment, especially given my consistent patronage and courteous demeanor. Regrettably, after this experience, I've decided to explore other coffee options. While I've enjoyed Crave in the past, the inconsistency in service, particularly when the head barista isn't present, has led me to seek out a new spot. It's a shame, as I genuinely appreciated the atmosphere and offerings at Crave. Here's to hoping for better experiences elsewhere. Cheers,

I'm sorry, I truly don't understand the hype with this place. Keep in mind that this is for COFFEE ONLY, I did not try the food. I think that for the flavorings, they just mix powders together and the taste can come out very artificial, at least for me. And I personally don't like my coffee to be overly sweet, just flavored. And I think that's where the big miss was for me. BUT everyone was super nice and it's a great atmosphere. That's the only reason I gave it more than one star, because I think I paid close to $9 for a coffee that I ended up throwing in the trash.

Location is great and the decor is nice (especially when we can all sit inside places again) but their coffee drinks are disappointing, unfortunately. We've tried this place a couple times and haven't loved what we've gotten. This last time I ordered a cappuccino and when I picked up my drink it was literally just espresso at the bottom of the cup and dry foam. The cup weighed practically nothing. And, the espresso did not have a good taste. It seemed kind of burnt or something. Cappuccinos are not new to me. I order them everywhere I go and they're almost always decent to delicious and rarely made dry (which should only happen if requested). I won't go back.

This is the third time I order from here and what I receive is wrong and completely opposite of what I asked for. Food and drinks. Specifically through DoorDash. The food is great but they seem to get it wrong half of the time. So disappointing. Especially when people order food. We’re ordering because we can’t leave work and we’re paying extra for the convenience of getting what we chose delivered and the restaurant isn’t even making sure they’re packing up what was asked for and paid for. That’s not right. Get it together.

Place is trash they put scrambled eggs on a croissant, it’s a breakfast sandwich you put a sunny side egg, paid for double egg and only got one, paid for avacado and didn’t get any .there only choice of sausage is pork, what if your Muslim or allergic to pork ? They carry no other options. Place is all hype 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 There only good thing is coffee & matcha 7/10

I can’t accurately give this place a review on taste because I don’t know what’s what. I ordered two white mocha drinks for delivery one is decaf with oat milk for my cousin that is both lactose intolerant and sensitive to caffeine. However there is no indication on which is which and even when tasting them it’s hard to tell as sometimes decaf has a stronger coffee taste. Now my only option is to drink both to get the caffeine I need for the day while my cousin can’t drink either

I know nothing can be done about it now because its been so long and I no longer have the receipt but I thought your shop in Riverside should be mindful on the way you load giftcards. 50 dollars is a lot of money. I won't be coming here again.

First of all, the wait was entirely too long. Got there at 8:05 and didn’t walk out until 8:27. I ordered A Chai latte and Got Coffee instead. I also seen the Cashier getting irate with her staff.
