It was good. I didn't know they charged 50¢ for Chipotle sauce. The chicken tacos was pretty small barley any chicken on the taco for 3.00$ and they overcooked my fries.

Update: Most franchisees removed it so in the sake of fairness i updated the score to reflect the service you’ll actually receive here. The employees are quick and friendly. Getting into the actual parking lot kinda sucks but nothing they can do about that. No longer offers the $5 box. Peers and i will no longer visit this location. Employees here are very nice at least.

I’ve been going to del taco since I was a kid and that has been a very very long time, I would definitely get their food a four star rating, but this is about the service that I received from this particular location, The woman that helped me was not very friendly or polite, and she definitely got our order wrong even though we ordered inside. Either they gave me the wrong order or my burrito was not prepared correctly. It was missing ingredients inside and was just a mouthful of diced tomato cream and beans. Gross.

I went through the drive thru around 1:57 pm, On Friday January 23rd, the brown haired girl on headset/drive thru speaker ( with no name tag.... wonder why ) was the rudest drive thru interaction I've EVER HAD at a Del Taco. I went to del taco and did an online drive thru pick up order and waited about 15 mins for my food which made me late to where I had to be and the food taste old and cold I tried calling the location as soon as I was done driving but the phone kept ringing and no one would answer it regret wasting my time and money on a company that can even take the time to answer the phone for customer service I would rather talked with a manager so they can address the issue but since no answers I have to do a review instead

It’s crazy that this place is still open they miss food items every time and the service sucks. Maybe if everyone stopped going here and boycotted it they would finally get better. My advice is not to waste your money here because you won’t get all your food and you won’t be treated like your Inconveniencing them.

Went through the drive thru to get dinner for my family, the woman on the speaker box greeted us rudely and sounded annoyed when we ordered. When we received our food, three items were missing and one of our chili cheese fries were boxed upside down and spilled. Packaged thoughtlessly and rude customer service.

This is the second night in a row i come to this specific del taco where i believe ive had the same woman on the header. Yesterday it was that the fryer was broken today it was simply closed when the drive thru is open 24 hours.. do better

Ive enjoyed Del Taco for decades now but this particular location has disappointed multiple times. From hard rice in my burritos, to cold brittle tortillas in my tacos. Horrible, food quality. Service doesn't fall far behind. Bad attitudes and smartass remarks come with every order for your enjoyment. I don't know who owns, manages or is watching this lemonade stand but they are making the brand look bad. I always hear how friends and family don't like Del Taco but after ordering and eating the garbage this location is selling, I don't blame anyone. I wouldn't want to eat here for free. Good luck to Del Taco chain staying in business with this type of store owner. Good luck to you and your stomach if you decide to partake.

My friend and I got there at 9:03p. We rode down from Downtown on our electric scooters after riding through the Festival of Lights, only to be told by Juana that the inside was closed for sitting....despite the sign saying 10:00p. So we had to sit on the sidewalk out front of the door and literally eat off our scooters. They "don't leave sauce out anymore" so there's no sauce in the cubbies. If you ask just right, right as they're giving you your order, you might be able to get a few. If you're lucky, you'll get to eat your food on one of the 4 drive-thru-view barstools. This Del Taco is a hit or miss, last minute, bad idea on every other day of the week at any time of the day.

Went through the drive-thru, and the girl read my order back, correct, but being tired, I didn't think about checking the receipt. Obviously, there are beans on my burrito even though it says no beans on the receipt (I'm allergic to beans) and asked no guacamole and secret sauce, even if we didn't want tomatoes it is in the guacamole. Will not be going back there.

It is 8:24 p.m. Their walk in dining room is closed, and only the drive-thru is open. As you can see by the hours picture posted very clearly in the door (which I have provided,) it says their hours are until 10:00 p.m. for dining room 7 days a week. So either they need to update this to show their true hours or someone needs to talk to this store's management for keeping their dining room closed when it shouldn't be. I'm not a fan of restaurants that provide false information, so until they fix this glaring error they get one star.

Awful! Worst Del Taco I have ever visited. Dry, tasteless chicken, flour tortillas tasted like cardboard and no sauce added to‘chicken rollers’. Restaurant was filthy too, and super unfriendly staff. I would have given it zero stars if that were an option. Do yourself and avoid, or go to Tio’s down the street on Mission.

This was one of the dirtiest Del Tacos I've ever been too. There was trash and uneaten food thrown every where. Everything was coated with a thick sticky layer grime. They only served cold fries and really stale cookies
