Domino's

I got pizza here for carryout all the time for the past three years or so, and it was always good. They prepared it super fast each time; it seemed like the pizza was always done within 15 minutes. It was never crowded either, and the monitor inside conveniently displays which orders are coming up and which are ready.

Quick Delivery Service. Encountered an issue with order that took 30 min to get taken care of and all the time the driver Steve was very professional , pleasant and efficient. He was able to get us a credit without us having to call the store to explain everything. When ordering delivery Ask for Steve to deliver your order!!! Thanks Steve!!!!!

Ordered a pizza on Halloween through the online app. the modifiers were for a deluxe pizza "right side add olives, left side no mushrooms" But ended up coming through on their side missing the "no" on left side. I called that night and was given a pleasant experience and told I would receive my correct order next time. I called tonight and spoke with Jacob whom made my experience Legendary. He was most helpful and got our family our correct order promptly. Will order again thanks to him.

Pizza was good and delivered hot and fresh. Delivery driver was courteous and followed instructions. My only complaint is the tracker system which never works and Dominoes needs to address their website because it hasn't let me properly review the last few times...

We walked an hour and a half, from our hotel, to get to Domino's. We hadn't been to a Domino's in years but remembered we liked it. The Pizza was very good, the staff was helpful with the app (I ordered online even though we were there-you know, deals!) It took me a while to figure out the app, so the one start is more about the app, than the actual store. Brought back memories.

Really bad experience with manger. Hang up my call in middle. I ordered pizza 10pm waiting for 2 hours but no delivery and no update in app. Now I’m chasing them for refunds since 4 days. Updates: I got my refund. Thank you.

Went to pick up a pizza at this location and while ordering in store saw pizza maker was putting toppings on the pizza without gloves then touching the screen, then continued putting toppings on. Do they not wear gloves, are they not required to wear gloves, do they not know you can make someone deathly I'll by not following proper food prep safety. 🤮

This place seems to have recently changed a lot of their workers. I have to say now they are very good everything is always on time and done with better quality than I used to have previously. (Edit) Back down hill. Second time I ordered and did not recurve what I paid for. The first time I ordered a Philly cheese steak I got a cold cheese pizza with barely even any cheese! The second time I ordered the same thing and waited over 2 hours to get the pizza with no sauce or meat at all. When I asked why no one answers the phone to the delivery guy and he said no one is going to answer because they are busy. I'm here at the store now waiting for them to fix my pizza the phone has rang once and they ignore it. Hire more people and more capable of multitasking and cooking.

I once gave them five stars because everything was perfect. Now for the past three times things have been messed up. This very last time I call in the order and I tried to use a credit that was owed to me from the last time that they messed up my pizza and they said I couldn't use that in combination with their already deal that has been going on which is two for $6.99. hopefully they get it together not going to order from them for a while.

Push down on the bread & you can see the grease ooze out of it. Never happened before at other Domino's locations & I order this all the time. I won't return to this particular location.

I don't think I need to go into details. Read all the reviews here and I think you'll be able to figure it out. Please don't waste your money on ordering from this Dominos. In addition, you'll only receive a stupid response from the owner asking you to email him/her about how they can make the experience better when, in fact, most of these patrons already told them how to make it better and, apparently, it's not being done. After reading some of these reviews it's apparent that no one cares about what they are serving to the consumer. I won't visit this Domino's anymore. Scary.

If it was possible to award this location no stars I would have. They consistently mess up my Buffalo Chicken pizza and this time I bit into a chicken bone. Not only did they deny the presents of the chicken bone they did nothing to rectify the situation, as I had already eaten the pizza. They could have at least credited my account. However, they chose to do nothing. They have the worst management and customer service. Management is always rude and definitely not customer focused. I would highly recommend not ordering from them ever!!!

I placed an order online at this location and it was cancelled. I was out giving my friend a ride and I was heading back home I looked at my email which is when I realized my order was cancelled. I tried calling store to see why my order was cancelled and to get food because I ordered food to actually eat. I talk to someone over the phone and they took my order again and I was asking why my order was cancelled. The lady on the phone said she would have to transfer me to talk to the manager. I said I would like to order so I can pick up my food. I arrive at the location. The guy working says my order was cancelled because the area I live he says they do not deliver there after 10 pm. He said he called me to tell me why the order was canceled but I didn’t receive any calls or even had a miss call from any number. I told him I just placed another order over the phone and he says they only do deliver after 11 pm. He says there’s no order with my number only the one that was cancelled. I said well is there anyway I can order food. He said there’s no carry out after 11, yet I was able to walk right in. I honestly did not like how this so called manager did not consider me as a paying customer. He was not trying to help me at all. It just seemed to me he was just telling me things like I was supposed to know. Considering my situation he could of taken my order since I was just trying to get some food. I tried asking more than once if my order can be taken. I dont think he really called me because I didn’t even have a voicemail. Managers should take into consideration the situation and make a decision to help someone out that’s a customer. This place needs a real manager to run the store and being there to actually help someone because there’s always something a manager can do that they make an exception to do.

If a delivery driver knew his car was leaking what made him want to pull in a brand new concrete job leaving coolant stains that won’t come off. Then I tried requesting a cleanup from this location and Joshua and Paul the managers stated only a domino’s worker can go out there and pressure wash your yard or your basically screwed. THEY CAN EITHER MAKE THIS RIGHT OR THIS CAN BE TAKEN TO FURTHER ESCALATION.

The cashier is very rude. I just asked a question about the bill. She responded very rudely saying if you want take it or else buy it somewhere else.

This is THE WORSE DOMINOS I EVER ORDERED FROM ! I order delivery for my family the other night , food was delivered by a nice delivery driver . However the food was horrible , one of pizzas was messy looked like they just threw it together , i ordered cinnamon sticks they were a little burnt and had no cream cheese icing to go with them . I called the manager gave me attitude because of there mess up , said she would send a driver to me with the sauce and hung up on me . 2 hours went by and nobody came , called back spoke to another quote on quote manager and she was also rude she wanted to give me a credit and I asked for a refund , when I wouldn’t take the credit she hung up on me , I called back asked for the General manager and corporate number they claim to not have it . I called the next day to speak to the GM and the girl that answered said she would transfer me to the office phone and she hung up on me . I will be going up there but I’m calling corporate as well I want a full refund for my whole order because had to reorder from a whole different pizza place just to have a descent dinner with my family . And I work at a restaurant so i understand what customers service is , you need some one else running this store because the quality and service is horrible.

You can literally see the oil build up on this ! Disgusting not even fully cooked. The driver was out of breath by the time he reached my step and wanted a tip. This is a joke , it’s cheese everywhere after I clearly put normal . Ugh

Bought 2 pizzas a pasta dish and salad plus 4 drinks. I didn’t get the salad, my pizza boxes were smashed cheese stuck to the lid. And when I called about the salad they gave me a options and the last one was too bring my salad. It took 2.5 hours to get my salad and then it was just knock and leave it. No apology, no extra something for the delay even though I paid good money and tipped the driver! Very poor customer relations!

This restaurant has fallen off terribly over the last couple of years but it is now to the point where I won’t ever order another pizza. I usually only leave reviews when I have pleasant experiences but this is definitely the opposite of that. Firstly, it shouldn’t take 40 minutes to make a single pizza on a Sunday night especially when the estimated time was 23 minutes. Secondly, they state contactless delivery yet their driver stands there at your door waiting on a tip with no mask after showing up nearly 20 minutes after leaving the store which is less than 4 minutes away. Lastly, the quality of food is absolutely disgusting. Everything was tasteless, over cooked and drowned in grease. It gave me & my partner terrible stomachaches. Never again.

I tell the lady that works there that it’s not my order and she insists that that’s the only order they received for the day. Not to sound like a Karen but that’s honestly none of my business u got my order wrong and then you’re trying to put the blame on me like I made w mistake?? I tell her I ordered at this location mind u it’s not the first time I ordered from here I’ve had the same order 3-4 times so how are u gonna tell me I may have gotten the location wrong. Okay fine mistakes happen so I ask for a refund and reorder my pizza. Same order and the guy tells me alright and I go wait in my car. Wasting my time because when I get to my car and open the pizza box there is pineapple on it. And I know she knew she got my order wrong because my brother overheard the guy taking my order tell her that my pizza had no pineapple but she said it’s fine “just pack it” so I waste my time by waiting and then get the wrong order AGAIN?? I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Domino’s location. I witnessed multiple employees preparing pizzas and adding toppings with bare hands — no gloves at all. One employee even took my payment at the register and then immediately returned to preparing food without washing hands or putting on gloves. I was in a time crunch so I took my order and left, but I couldn’t stop thinking about what I saw. I ended up throwing the pizzas away because I couldn’t enjoy food that was prepared so unsanitarily. If it is Domino’s policy to allow food to be handled without gloves, then I will never be ordering from Domino’s again. I did reach out to the store to express my concerns. While the cashier was polite, basic food safety should never be overlooked. This experience was a definite no for me.
