This Chili's was wonderful. We were bringing our daughter here for her 18th birthday (her choice) and got balloons for our table. They were nice enough to take them early, store them and then set them up at our booth before we were sat. The waitress was very nice and got our order quickly. We ordered their pick 3 and soup and salad. All food came out fairly quickly and cooked nicely. If anything could be changed is that they still need to offer the printed receipt and please get romaine for your Caesar salad, endive is not really acceptable.

I brought my autistic son here a few weeks ago, the waitress was so nice and great at her job. She made us feel welcome and had so much patience despite it being so busy. We will be back again. He hafmd the mushroom burger and it was cooked perfectly.

My friend and I went to Chili's this past Sunday night to catch up and have drinks. Trina, our server was so awesome! While our original server hadn't come to greet us and start drinks, Trina took it upon herself to do so. She was meant to be our server that night. She kept up with multiple tables and made sure we were all satisfied. Her energy was infectious! Every time she came by our table, we had a great laugh! Although she had to leave early, she made our night a great one! Thank you Trina, I hope you're feeling better boo! :)

Respectable business, friendly bartenders and waiters and waitress. I will revisit another Chili's since I purchased the $50 gift certificate with the additional $10 gift card. I purchased the Trio but I enjoyed the cheesy fries much better.

Christine was the kindest server I’ve had in so long. Truly showed care and compassion she went above and beyond when she saw I was overheating she wasn’t my server but she stopped at my table and gave me her own personal fan once I was cooled down and I tried to give it back to her she told me to keep it without hesitation. I watched her go to her tables and her energy was truly beautiful to watch.

I had a great time with my sister today. My fajitas and presidente was delicious. The highlight of our visit was our server Christine. She was very attentive, friendly, & straight up hilarious! I will definitely ask for her next time I come back.

We had a great experience at this Chili’s! Quickly and warmly welcomed at the front, our server Christine was the best!!! Highly recommend the ancho salmon dish. Can’t go wrong with a triple dipper too!! Will def come back when in the area. Don’t miss out!

the waiter was very polite, he was super busy and forgot to put our order in, but eventually he realized and ended up giving us a free dessert for the wait. along with chips and salsa. now that’s customer service! food was good, definitely recommend the 3 for me menu.

We enjoyed our food, it was delicious. Our server was awesome. But, it was so loud that it was difficult to have a normal conversation. The people in the booth next to us were talking so loud bc they were having the same problem.

I like Chili's. No matter which city I'm in. They all seem to be about the same. I like knowing how much I'm going to spend for what I am getting. Out of all of them this was the first time everything lacked seasoning. I had the 3 meat & 2 side's combo for like $25-30. The Mac & Cheese was really good. But everything else is nothing I would come back for, if this was my 1st experience. The ribs were dry & just tasted like cooked meat. The Brisket quesadillas were okay... But they came with jalapenos which I hate... But wanted to see if I was missing anything had I not gotten it. Nope. Ended up taking them off & the brisket was mid. The fries had some seasoning but looked & tasted pretty basic. The garlic toast is just an after thought they give you to make you feel like you're getting more but it's just hard tasteless toast. The strawberry daiquiri was watered down & strong @ the same time. Not pleasant. My wife enjoyed her meal okay. But she wasn't super thrilled about it. We ended up giving it to the homeless people, so IDK if salt or sweet baby Ray's could've helped it. But they didn't complain & was already getting down with it before we left the area. The chips & salsa were much better here than any other Chili's... It's normally reverse. So IDK if this was just an off nite or this particular place doesn't have the best chef in the kitchen. I'd go back again... But whenever I visit Busch Gardens I'll probably avoid this 1. But the service decent & staff seemed cool. So it could just be me. It wasn't absolutely horrible. & Sometimes it just happens that way. No knock on them & I hate to complain to a manager unless it's unacceptable or a place I frequent. But just an FYI from a 1 time experience @ this location.

Party of 4 - each ordered the 3 for me bargain meals I was never asked how I wanted my burger cooked, nor was anyone at my table. It was like eating shoe leather but by the time the waiter came back to check on us we were almost done. We had 2 people ask for chips and salsa, only got 1 bowl. He never asked if I wanted to use my Chili's points or anything about that. We KEPT saying its us and them yet he never asked nor sit the check. We felt like felt like inconveniences. But we had my autistic son who can not handle anyone correcting or complaining. I was on my mobility device and my son had to clear the way for me to sit at the table while the waiter stood there doing z NOTHING. We will not return to this Chili's as it was really not up to what Chili’s experiences have shown us. We went there knowing my daughter really doesn't care for Chili’s and now I understand why.

It's safe to say things have gotten a lot better been back lately and I have no complaints & I'm glad I can support again sat with friends got some appetizers and drinks enjoyed every bit of it !

It's as if you took some pieces of chicken and put them together to form a shape of a chicken breast then triple breaded it. It's pretty bad when I can say Wendy's is actually better. Aside from that I ordered online while in your parking lot and waited for the text that my food was ready. I went directly inside and directly home and my food was not hot. The mango tea that I get regularly was so sweet I couldn't drink it even after diluting it. Also now that I picked the sandwich apart and ate what I could of the so called chicken sandwich I feel sick. I have ordered from your restaurant regularly for several years and I don't intend on coming back anytime soon. You would think that your quality would be better than this considering the economy.
