Food tasted great. Staff was super friendly. Location is very clean. I was disappointed in the bacon avocado melt. I guess I was expecting a more appetizing looking sandwich for a $91 bill.

Panera Bread is a great place to pick up pastries, bagels and or coffee for an office or other gathering. They have multiple locations and the Panera app makes it convenient to place orders for pickup. This Panera Bread is located at the Riverside Plaza off Central Ave near the 91 freeway. Parking is limited and, during peak hours, you may need to circle around the lot to wait for someone to leave. It’s not in the best location as it gets very congested. Panera is a casual eatery. I’ve always known it to be a breakfast, brunch or lunch place but I know they also offer dinner, which I’ve never tried. My go to here are: * Bagels - perfect to bring for a group or office * Kitchen Sink Cookie * Orange Scone * Mediterranean Sandwich Prices are affordable and the have a range of items to choose from.

I had the pepperoni flatbread pizza with Mediterranean salad. Delicious salad and pizza was so much it was split into two meals. I also got an iced coffee so I could get a bear claw for only 99 cents. It was cheaper than without the coffee. Win win!

The only reason I did not give 1 star is the food was very good. But this location is a mess! So unorganized, unprepared, and quite slow. My fiance and I met my elderly father for an outdoor lunch today, and not only did my father have to stand up and walk away from the extremely narrow pick up area because customers crowded the area ignoring the signs and footprints and stood over and surrounded him breathing heavily while the employees said nothing and did not enforce SOCIAL DISTANCING, but after waiting 15 minutes, they couldn't track our order because they had no beepers and couldn't even get my fathers first name right that he programmed on our order. Our cold coffees sat getting warm on the counter next to our bag that they kept circumventing while carrying out other orders. The expeditor checked our bag like 3 times before handing it over which made us think our order was incorrect. Everyone waiting had incorrect orders or missing items. What is going on?! With covid, things are slow enough that all of these issues should be nonexistent. Employees were friendly, just mis-managed. Food was excellent.

This is the slowest Panera Bread I’ve come to the past three times. Nothing ever on the bakery at this time. I thought the other times was because I came later. It’s only six and pretty empty. I think this one is terribly managed. Update- this place is grimy. Floors are dirty, tables are dirty. Trash/Dish area is over flowing. Male Restroom out of order. This manager needs training.

The service is friendly, but the last time I was there, there was bugs on the bread. I told the cashier she said she would change it for me, for the one that was next to it. She didnt kill the flies or tried to get rid of them. She didnt toss the rest of the breads that the bugs were also on. A bit alarming.

Mac n cheese Kids meal is literally just a bowl of Mac. Not a kids meal at all. The 1/2 sandwich was over $11 and was smaller than the palm of my hand.

I ordered dinner through grubhub from Panera and got my kid a turkey sandwich on white bread. The description clearly states white bread and a picture of white bread. I received the food and it comes on sourdough. My child won't eat sourdough. Last time I ordered they made my sandwich on white and my kids on sourdough as well. It was suppose to be the opposite. Idk what's going on over there but I'm not buying Panera anymore. It use to be really good but its NOT anymore.

This shop did not even deserve a star. I bought a gift card with $50 from this shop on 06/01/2025 at 3:04 PM. I checked that card whether it worked or not before leaving the shop. The card did not work. So, the manager told me to call the customer service. Then I talked to the customer service and handed my phone over to that manager. They talked each other and the manager wrote down a number to me. So I called to that new number which was not working because it was Sunday. They found out the card had not been activated. So, I asked that manager to activate my card. She told me that I needed to pay $50 again. So, I asked to refund my $50, and I would leave the card and the receipt. She said, "I can't do it." So they just charged me $50 for an inactivated card, and the manager did not hold any responsibility. So I called to the customer service again to report the incidence. The customer service said, "We cannot activate your card from our end." So, nobody was taking any responsibilities. Panera Bread is the worst business that I ever encountered.

The condition of the restroom is disgusting, I talked to the manager about it on 12/19/24 and he said he was going to clean it, I went back the next day and the restroom still nasty disgusting, they need to close that Panera location
