If you haven’t been to Marcello’s on Blaine Street, you’re seriously missing out on some of the best pizza in town. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like family—the owners and staff are warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s the kind of place where they remember your name and your favorite order, making every visit feel special. Now, let’s talk about the food—because WOW. Marcello’s doesn’t just serve pizza; they craft it. The dough is perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, baked to perfection in their ovens. The sauce is rich, flavorful, and clearly made from scratch, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. And the toppings? Unbelievably fresh. You can taste the quality in every bite, from the creamy mozzarella to the hand-cut vegetables and premium meats. Beyond the pizza, their menu is packed with incredible options. The garlic knots? Buttery, garlicky perfection. The pasta dishes? Just as impressive, with homemade sauces that rival any Italian restaurant. I love their food. Big fan of their calzones , they're so big and packed with toppings, their pasta is too good especially their fettuccine alfredo. I'm new to this place but have already gone twice in the past 3 days. Their food is delicious every single item.

Without fail ALWAYS AMAZING pizza! Their sauce is great! (Not great sauce ruins the whole pie-- not a problem here!) Always HOT! My ONLY "complaint" I would say would be sometimes the middle of pizza won't be thoroughly cut through.. It ain't the end of the world! In fact I believe the issue could be resolved by just sharpening the cutter AND allowing the pizza to rest 2 to 3 minutes after pulling it out of the oven. However, this restaurant is quite popular (aka busy!) so for time I suppose letting the pizza rest might not be plausible. But, I for one, wouldn't mind any if a bit more time is needed; afterall: How do you spell love? T. I. M. E. 🍕❤️🍕🥰🍕

Riverside Staple, just good ole classic pizza and the staff there are all pretty friendly.

Their pizza is so consistent, love the dough taste and overall service. We get wings as well normally and they’re so good. Well worth the price compared to chain pizza.

Very good American style pizza for a reasonable price with very fast delivery and even faster takeaway. They are open late and never make mistakes with the order. Everything I had was very good, and their 25" pizza is insane but perfect for parties! Keep it up guys!

The only con is it does tend to be overly greasy, but that is a personal preference. Some love extra grease and swear by it. So that may be a pro for you! New delivery guy was very prompt and courteous. A+ (If you’re on a budget they have deals available, that bring down the prices and they give discounts to college students.)

Hear me out - pastrami pizza!!! It's the salty meat, the crunch of the pickle, spice of the pepperoncini, and the punchy kick from mustard. Perfection 😍

Pizza was absolutely fire! Ordered a standard Hawaiian pie and was overall very pleased. Has a great sauce to cheese ratio, crust tastes fresh and delicious, has an amazing crunch to it. The prices are a bit more than the standard chains but Marcellos does have good deals during the week. Is not the same level as DeMatteos, flavor wise, but they are definitely cheaper than DeMattoes. You will not be disappointed with any of Marcellos pies and I will definitely be coming back!

The prices are a bit more than the standard chains but Marcellos does have good deals during the week. Is not the same level as DeMatteos, flavor wise, but they are definitely cheaper than DeMattoes. You will not be disappointed with any of Marcellos pies and I will definitely be coming back!

Calzone is disgusting. There is no filling, it’s all thick dough and completely raw. After bringing it home I cooked it in the oven for 30 minutes and it still looks like this. So gross we couldn’t even eat it, it’s a health risk. First and last time eating food from here.

I ordered this place online delivery and lady that answer phone was incredibly rude. I was gonna ask a simple question, but she decided to be disrespectful and horrible customer service, and hanging up the phone . She was a snobby person with a horrible attitude for no reason. I had to call a second time as she hung up on me because she was under the assumption that I was trying to order so soon before it closing . I online delivery so I had. A verification question for my order submissive. More attitude and blatant lack of service

Honestly we use to love this place when we first moved to riverside, they had deals and the pizza was well prices and good. Now to feed your family it's like 75 bucks before tax delivery fee and tip.....no thx

The customer service provided at this establishment via phone fell considerably below expectations. Marcello’s employee was unprofessional, impatient, and rude throughout our conversation. When placing my order, the employee was trying to end the call quickly without much care of what I was asking. Additionally, when seeking clarification on my order, the employee responded with sarcasm and laughed, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Adding insult, they resorted to using the name "Karen” in place of my name and noting my organization as “mental health" (even though the employee never asked for my name or organization) they obviously intended to disrespect myself by giving not only a derogatory name, but also went further and referred me as a mental health patient on the receipt. Such behavior is extremely unacceptable, and the owner and/or manager of Marcello’s Pizza & Pasta needs to retrain and reconsider hiring incompetent employees. Oh, and the actual pizza wasn't that good.

Got home and the pizza virtually had no dough. Pizza was so thin and greasy. Whoever the cook was tonight needs to be trained how to make the pizza dough thicker like its suppose to be.
