It's a quick bite kind of place for me, not really a fan of chicken but my kids love it so I come here frequently. Their lemonade, however, is very very good, that's my favorite item. That and the bread. The chicken is too dry for my liking.

This is a great place to bring the team after the game. Plenty of seating and they have a tailgate special of 25, 50, and more chicken tenders. Add french fries and bread and it's game on! There's lots of seating and the food is great

The place is nice and clean. Friendly environment all around and pretty good food. Had to wait a little longer than expected for my order that I called in ahead of time due to lunch rush, but was definitely pleased with the quality of service.

Not level of quality from when they first opened. Strip sizes are really small, not crispy. This is literally a kids meal. This place is overrated and overpriced.

Not only was my canes amazing as it always is for me to go there so much. But to emphasize how each extra sauce is 45 cents and then go not fill to the brim is ridiculous. You’re taking my money so the least you guys could do is fill the container to a reasonable amount for the price. Peter in drive thru was amazing and had me and my younger sister literally laughing through as we waiting for our food. I also wish I could enter you win canes for a year for free but I have misplaced the receipt even looking through my trash, to attempt to look for this receipt but due to being so upset about the sauce I couldn’t manage. Wish I was all 5 stars all around for it was a new location I had tried.

Food was good but the floor was disgusting, covered with trash and food. The trash bins were full. They need to stay on top of this! The chicken strips were ample, nicely breaded, moist and tender. The reconstituted fries were reminiscent of Carl's Jr.'s old fries (which I miss). The Cane's sauce was slightly spicy, but not too much. Other than the unkempt dining area and parking lot, the food was pretty good -- better than I was initially expecting.

Be careful when going through the drive-thru. Today @ 5:45pm, I witnessed very concerning service. The employee handed my drink to another car, then took it back and tried to serve it to me. According to proper protocol, any food or beverage once handed out should be disposed of, not given to another customer. When I asked for a replacement, she gave me back what appeared to be the same drink—melted ice and all—while trying to make it seem like it was remade. At that point, I had no choice but to throw it away. This was very disappointing and a serious concern, especially considering I was ordering for my child. Proper food safety and customer service standards need to be followed. Very saddening because my children love Canes. Think I need to start going to another Canes near by.

Ordered from the drive thru at 9:43 PM, got home ready to dig in but they forgot to put the canes sauce. Idk how to enjoy these dry fingers without the sauce. Called the store twice because nobody answered the phone the first time.

I have been to this location 3 times. Every time I have patronized this location , I have requested "extra extra crispy - well done Fries". Every time I receive my food I end up getting regular soggy Fries. Its not Rocket Science, Folks! The Chicken is good, and the sauce is excellent.

I should have read the reviews first. Never eat where the restroom are gross. Especially if the employees use that facility and prepare your food. The workers are just nasty people, inside and out. Drive thru should not have people standing in it. If they aren't going to do the job. The workers wouldn't come to the car. The first one. She stood there. The short one, suffering from obesity. Not to take our order. She walked away behind another young lady. Who was busy taking an order. Do her job. When she finished. She then told us to drive past her to the female who walked off away in the first place. Both ladies are white. We are not. That being said. I would never spend money with this company. They laughed as we drove away. So, the treatment was intentional. NEVER eat where you are treated poorly. I have them on video. They waved, laughed and pointed, then giggled together again. Atrocious behavior JESUS, come get'em. Racist company. Two people working a station, only to give no services. I would advise Blacks not eat there. I'm sure they're playing with your food before you get it. After they play games with you and your money. Stay healthy fam

I got a remake of the first orders only to find a hair fried in the chicken strip. When I let them know the manger said I was a liar. When I walked in and showed him the stuck on hair, he offered a replacement of that pice of chicken. Instead of refunding what I originally paid. I was not nice to call me a liar.
