Paid a $1 for half a cup of cheese!!!! Crazy how they ALWAYS get my orders wrong!! They always forget to complete my full order, n they just shut the window n try to ignore you, till u drive away. Like no, I'm staying here till you actually give me all the food I paid for!!!

Lobby soda machine don't work, stingy with the hot sauce, food was aight, taco bells is one of my favorite places. This location was pure disappointment.

The people working tonight we're too lazy to get change and didn't want to accept my $50 bill so they said I could go to 7-Eleven across the street and come back for my food. It's pretty obvious that they just didn't want to get change because they said they just didn't have it not that they didn't accept bills over 20.

My husband just went through this Taco Bell in Riverside off magnolia ave. The lady was so rude. He couldn’t understand her at first so he asked what and that is when it started. Her whole attitude changed. He had asked her for a lot of hot sauce after he ordered, she gave him 3 he asked for more before he left and she gave him a couple more and he asked for more lot please. She said I gave you enough and would not give him any more.

I ordered a containable it had about three pieces of little chicken the rest was all rice sour cream and pico de gallo. Honestly I would be ashamed to give a customer a salad with that little bit of chicken, I didn't realize it until I got home otherwise I would have gone back and asked for more cuz it had to be a mistake otherwise they need to be ashamed of themselves.

My partner and I ordered online through the app, picked up the food, the people in the window were nice. I ordered meat food and my partner ordered vegetarian and when my partner bit into the bean and cheese burrito it was filled with meat. They respond to meat proteins with inflammation which is dangerous so this was not a fun mix up after coming out of the emergency room.

I will go across town to another location from now on, because it has become clear that the management of this location deliberately rips off customers. A few years go when they had the chicken melt wraps, they deliberately halved the chicken tenders that were supposed to be served. I went to other Taco Bell locations and ordered the same thing and they were as expected. At the time of this writing, they have a limited time special: "steak cheesy dipping burritos" which come in 2s. They are serving one burrito cut in half.

I ordered about $40.00 dollars worth of food. None of the food was fresh, my kids wouldn't eat it and I have to throw half of it away. After not eating at taco bell for maybe about a year or more, this experience reminded me why. The service was okay, but the food was just horrible. Very disappointed and don't plan on visiting any taco bells after this.

Waited for 15 more minutes out here for ketchup. And they came out to say no ketchup. This is ridiculous. Store Manager or higher up should keep an eye out for irresponsible workers and help out customers in a better way
