Server had suggestions for other plates but I always order my favorite. Great cozy place! There were even a trio singing table to table if you wanted. What else could you ask for, great food and local talet.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for something delicious to eat. This spot did not disappoint. We ordered, margarita, michelada, oysters, ceviche and empanadas. Customer service was excellent. The music and ambiance were nice. The music was loud but we didn't mind.

Great little restaurant. The food is great but very expensive. They have a nice selection of alcoholic drinks too.

Great atmosphere and the young lady waiting on customers seemed to know many of her customers names and what they order. That was impressive to watch as they walked in and she asked if they wanted their regular order. The food was good and seemed fresh and the service was fantastic.

I have been going to this place for few years now and every time I've been there, the service has been phenomenal. Food is pretty good as well. I think this is one of the better Marisco place in Riverside.

Not a bad place to go to for a family gatherings or holiday events. However, it is a small restaurant, but with high food quality and quantity at a convenient price.

I would give it 5 Stars but just one thing i wish they would fix, everytime we go they never have music playing, you have to pay to listen to music. Its a great restaurant and very very great food, but its missing that music vibe to make it perfect.

The food here is hit or miss, depending on the cook I guess. On a good day, the food and service is great. We have our usual waitress, Cristina. She is great, takes care of us every time. It is more family friendly than most of the other places in the area. Doesn't get full of drunk idiots like many of the others do.

Everything was great till we found a hair in a dish we order..my husband mixed his ceviche n when he picked it up to eat it his mom spot it out ... they apologize n gave my husband a fresh new dish .

Food is really good. The only problems is that it is so dark in there. The waitress said that they were supposed to fix the lighting a while ago & the owner or whatever hasn’t done it. Would’ve gave it a 5 star just looks so sad & dark.

This is the large To Go cóctel de camarón (shrimp cocktail). Much smaller than a large at other restaurants. I placed a can of Sprite next to it to give you an idea of the size. Taste was so so.

Mid Sunday morning I ordered Chile Colorado with Puerco. They came back to say, we don't have puerco (pork). We agreed with shredded beef in chile colorado sauce. The meat was tough and the sauce was salty. She asked, is everything okay with your meal? No, everything is not okay. We agreed with two asada tacos instead. The tacos were good but the employees including the ones in the back kept staring at the table that didn't like the chile colorado. First time in my LIFE I ever sent any food back....oh, and I'm sixty years old.

The staff here was very rude, food was over cooked, I couldn't even get a refill on my drink. I was embarrassed because I took my family here. When I asked to speak with a manager. The response by a worker was "The manager is not here.". I paid and left,wouldn't go back after this experience.

Very good service. Food terrible. They dont know how to prepare a good guacamole. Shrimp Sinaloa the most disgusting invention of a bad chef. Octopus al ajillo. They just tossed a cup of raw garlic on it. Dont waste your money here.

Do not come here for seafood, ceviche has no color &no flavor , we even got the combination tostada that includes it all and it was extremely dry .

No ice for the drinks. Shrimp and scallops used to be fresh and tasty in their cocktails. Now they are boiles and tasteless. Steak was way overcooked. More like jerkey.

My husband liked his seafood but the michelada and enchiladas were nasty 🤮 the rice was okay but even the beans were horrible, not to mention there was roaches by the entrance l and in the parking lot there was a lot of baby roaches

I’m not one to comment on restaurants but this time I had too. The entrees we received, jaiva and tomatoes salsa were not good at all the tomatoe salsa was tasteless and the jaiva was discusting like it was rotten, Then I got the steak fajitas it was tasteless, once I took the last bite I saw a hair( which can happen to anyone) but it took my appetite away! The rice and beans didn’t have flavor either. Horchata was really plain. My husband got the gobernador tacos and the were missing taste as well! Overall everything was tasteless, took our appetite for the rest of the day! Not going back. We paid $100 and that total hurts when your disappointed in the meals!!

Today we visited this Restaurant specifically because it has a very nice appearance both outside and inside clearly a large investment was made to accomplish a upper scale look and feel however the food is considerably low Quality But worse yet is the Experience inside most people go to a Restaurant if course to eat but probably more important to talk to a family member friend or Co worker or simply to enjoy a moment in peace as it turns out that won't happen here the music is absurdly loud you can't hear the waitress or your company because management has decided that you will listen to their choice of music at full blast its very tipical of alot of Restaurants to have some form of background music but I've never ever had an experience like this at Olive garden or Dennys or any reputable Restaurant it's just a shame and a waste of time money and to visit a place you can't enjoy maybe the concept of super loud music works for bars but for a Restaurant where you want to have a conversation this is just not something I willingly would go back to

I have been going for years for lunch for their molxajete nayarita and the last couple time its been horrible im so bummed out because it was one of my and my sons favorite now its either salty no flavor or the lime is awful 😒

First off chips were stale. Shrimp cocktail was good but messy no plate underneath. As we sat there looked around ceiling fans we're caked with dust so was vents and ceiling tiles😝. Spiderwebs between pillars were caked with dust over all atmosphere horrible. Lets talk about walk way as we were leaving my sandle got stuck to something on floor looked so dirty like skid row...NOT RECOMMEND (D) GRADE

My grandson's order octopus tostada and he found it. (Fishina Hook) in tha tostada. I'm glad that he didn't bitehen I told the waitress she laughs and said oh it happened so often. I also ordered their mojarra (fried fish dish) and I truly disliked it. I have to say, I can eat at whole-in-the wall places and also at shacks, but this was quite terrible. The venue itself was really dirty. With so many gals working as waitresses you’d expect a cleaner establishment when there’s a low volume of clients. I typically don’t ask for a discount but I was obliged to do so because it was really not good and my bill was $75 for 2/3 plates tasting nasty. They decided to only discount $2 even though my food was barely touched. Again, I’ve never asked for this before. They claimed I tried the food and that was their excuse for not giving a larger discount. It was overall an upsetting experience. In sum: - nasty food (from a Mexican who can eat at shacks) - very unkept / dirty (lots of waitresses and low clients, so not justified) - drinks were bad too

Shrimp wasn’t even cleaned properly. The rice and beans looked and tasted like left overs from the day before. Shrimp on tostadas wasn’t even chopped up properly. Waitress was okay barely checked on us. Got the shrimp à la veracruzana the side of lettuce that comes with it was brown and soggy. No music playing very boring restaurant had to play music on my own phone. And their salsa bottles had broken caps. Would never recommend.
