Twice now I have ordered my food well in advance of getting to the store. Twice it has not even been in the oven after 20 minutes. I haven't been ordering at peak times (11:30 and 4:40 for these two visits), yet I am constantly kept waiting. This store is super hit or miss with service and it used to be my go to location any time I wanted to order pizza. Nowadays I think I'm going to look for another location or pizza shop. The only good thing is that the pizza here is probably the best of all the dominos I have tried locally.

Had a very hard time to get my correct order. Went back & they still didn't give me my correct order. I called on line large all toping extra sauce the first time they didn't do it. So the first manager gave me a book credit. He told me over the phone to keep it. I came back days later that manager gave me a whole lot of trouble with replacement of my order even with my receipt & I told him what the other manager told me what to do he refused. So I reported him to Domino's went back in there asking about the credit he was really 😐 mad 😠 that I reported him. He made me another Pizza with totally no sauce at all when I got home to eat it. I pulled back the toping again nope not a bit of sauce at all.

Ordered sausage, peperoni and onion and that was the worst pizza ever. Doesn't seem like sauce is 9n it. Throwing out a half a pizza as no one wants it. They don't deliver here

Pizza at this store & in SE used to be great & now hand-tossed pizzas are TOO THIN at both locations . I feel like we’re getting less pizza. Flavors & customer service are good.

1830 today 1/29 I went to pick up my online order that I placed earlier. Their parking lot was dangerous ice and packed slippery snow everywhere and extremely minimal parking. As I made my way slowly around to the entrance , I asked for my order then asked if I could please go out the side door because they parking lot is dangerous...? The short male with shoulder length slightly curly dark hair told me No and that I would need to go around( through the dangerous side) the side door and get my food. Again as I slowly made my way around to the side door he brought my food to me but as he was handing me my food the White man that was in line behind me was coming out of that same side door. When I asked how were you able to come out the safe side with your food? He said I asked him (pointed to the same male that told me no) and he said yes. I asked the dominos employee what type of racist crap was that? He ignored me and closed the door. I am disgusted with this establishment. Thankfully the customer grabbed my food and escorted me to my truck. He was amazing. Where I see ugly ignorance , I turn around to beautiful strong tall kindness Also my 360 dash cam atleast caught everything that happened at the door and after. Im going to file my complaints EVERYWHERE and give the dominos Manager Owner a chance to rectify the situation. Because telling a black woman to get her food from the back all while allowing a handsome white man to proceed through safely is clearly a disgrace and racism.

Sat on hold for over 35 minutes. The guy working would come on every so often and just say “hold” then back to elevator music. Don’t waste your time here.

Driver did not leave the order when they came. Called and they sent the driver back out, supposedly. 20 minutes later they cancel the order. Last time I will be ordering from this location.

What type of business can only break 20 dollar bills it's something they should put on the app before ordering it's unprofessional in a waste of time "DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION"

This location regularly screws up your order. Then they tell you they will give you credit towards your next order. When you try to use that store credit, they claim that you have no store credit. Manager is always someone new, so they blame the previous manager.

They don't want to deliver in your area but you see them driving through then you try to place an order for pickup and they tell you the lobby closes at 9:45pm every night. I myself don't want pizza from this location because the people working there look dirty and the drives come in without washing their hands getting the pizzas out the oven, coming in after smoking not washing their hands. I'm wondering what happened to management and showing videos on cleanliness and this is not the only fast food restaurant that does this with these young workers that don't believe in washing their hands or the quality of food they are giving. I can see a lot of these major fast food places going under because of this.

I’ve never had an issue before with this location, but yesterday my order looked like it was just tossed on my porch. No notifications as to when it was delivered. Food was left open. When calling to speak with someone, I was placed on hold for about 40 minutes total.
