What a bust so I ordered the #1 breakfast meal. Tell me why I got this..... no hash browns neither. This location is a joke, takes too long. Bad customer service and always getting orders wrong. Something needs to be done.

Very bad service now everywhere they have ads that do not take more than 30 minutes to eat. Even in the games of the children they intend .

Multiple times I’ve gone through the drive thru for a coffee and they either forget to add my sugar, or give it to me without stirring the drink without offering a stirrer. I’ve mentioned this before and still it happens to me in the drive thru. At least offer stir sticks to customers if you cannot stir the drink. If employees are behind and cannot take the time to add sugar or stir the drinks please make sure to tell your staff to hand out sugar packs and stir sticks to customers to get the drink correctly that we are paying for.

This is hands-down the WORST location. Wouldn’t help me with a birthday purchase months back and now my husband was just burned. Our order was completely wrong this past weekend. We spoke to a manager that helped us over the phone after we told her the receipt number. She said to come in and she would take care of our next meal. Fast forward to today, that same lady told us we couldn’t get food on the house and that we still needed to present her with a receipt. Really rude and not friendly. We will be taking our business somewhere else permanently.

I ordered a few egg and cheese biscuits ($3.89 each) the lady in the front charged me ($5.98). She basically charged me for egg and cheese with sausage. This store is a joke! Second time coming here and similar experience last time as well. Please change your staff!

10/13/2025. Here is my experience at the "24"hour McDonald's.. When we exited the highway at 3:45 am. The lady asked us if we will be using the mobile app, we said no. Suddenly the McDonald's went from 24/7 to "sorry sir our system is currently rebooting for breakfast, so we are currently closed at the moment." Whataburger down the street just made a new life time customer, we HAVE to start showing these corporations the power of our business, or lack there of.

Won’t be coming to this location anymore horrible service. Josue the manager very unprofessional. I placed a breakfast order at 10:25am 09/23/2025 . I checked in spot 4 at 10:28 since I live around the corner. He said I have to come to the restaurant before 10:30 and that’s what I did and yet he still didn’t ever try to deliver customer satisfaction. I’ve been a manager at multiple restaurants and this is not how you deal with it. Arguing saying I have to be at the restaurant before 10:30 when I checked In spot 4 before the deadline time. Just disappointed some people don’t have as much time and have to make last minute decisions. If this is the kind of manager y’all have I don’t think this place will hold up any longer. I hope corporate sees this because this location cancels any breakfast orders after 10:20 it’s happened to me and a few co workers multiple times.

I ordered 2 combo meals and a happy meal for my 4 year old grandson. I got the combo meals. However the happy was a complete disaster. My grandson got apple pie and chocolate milk minus the 6 chicken nuggets and French fries.

It gets old paying people to be rude and lazy. You shouldn't have to yell to get someone's attention because they are to lazy to come to the counter and serve the customer. Only needed a refill and they all look at you and dissappear so they dont have to do the work. And when your rude and I still say thank you , only to be ignored by a rude face. Are you really that rude and lazy you cant say your welcome to the people that pay your salary?

Food quality is getting worse and worse at McDonald's. Whatever that was i couldn't finish it. It made me nauseous. Is this how they were able to make so much more money than before the pandemic? It's worth digging into the numbers. Ronald McDonald House last year versus before the pandemic? Do franchisee founders ever come together for right? How do you guys like the new Canadian CEO so far? What are you most excited about?

This place used to be the best. This review should have negative stars. They 100% get the order wrong everytime, but the receipt is usually right. Now, I just went in a hurry for the kids, and didn't check. Got home and the food we had was not edible, and was missing a sandwich. So I call and a spanish lady answered, barely speaking english. I said i want to speak to the manager, she says (and I can kinda understand) im manager and I said, youre the manager? And the she hangs up! (P.S. when you go in to take your wrong order, the Mexican lady that acts like a manager lets you stand there awhile and then shes mean, once I her saw her laughing while she was back in the kitchen, which makes me think the orders are wrong on purpose.)

I can be the only person in line and no matter what this location will always park you to wait for your food. The whole reason I do an order ahead order is to reduce the amount of time I'm waiting. Not for the employees to clear off my order to lie on their drive thru times.
