My daughter attends Adventure Cristian Academy and this has become my family’s go to spot for years. So do yourself a favor make the smart choice and don’t gamble on lunch choose Togo’s. 5 stars every time!

For Togos, this has been one of the best shops we have visited. Always easy to get in and out of during lunch rush and orders (even large ones) have been spot on every time. Will be giving them our business more from here out.

Service is friendly but a bit slow. Ordered the California club and it was packed. The produce was pretty fresh but the avacado was all over the bottom of the sandwich. Very messy. But it was still tasty. They seem very short staffed so the wait could take a while. We were the only ones there and it was about 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches. I would say they are a bit pricey as well.

To me, their pastrami(or #9, as it is mostly known), is the best and beyond comparison anywhere else! The recent pairing of Togo's locations, under the same roof with Baskin Robbins ice cream, is a very smart, yet logical concept. It allows patrons to enjoy either food venue by itself, or in combination. Pricing is on par with similar sandwich shops like Subway, and offers the occasional featured sandwich items as well. Definitely worth the food dining experience, in my opinion.

This is the second time in a week there has been an issue with the soda machine; last time it was down completely and today no ice at all, and no lemonade - which is what I came for. Had I known that, I would have saved myself a few bucks and not ordered a drink at all. Soda is ridiculously expensive these days. I ordered my usual sandwich with no onion and no pepperoncini's (I HATE onion) and it had both on it. You can't get the onion flavor off of the sandwich once they are put on and typing this, I can still smell onion on my hands even though I have washed them twice (another part of why I hate onion). I can tell you guys are trying, truly, that's why I didn't give one star. I am not trying to hurt someone's paycheck with a bad review - but this location has left a lot to be desired for the last few years I have lived on this side of Roseville. I think it is under new ownership and I don't want to see you guys go anywhere (I love my hot number 7, been eating them since I was a kid and I just got my 12 year old hooked on them), so please step it up so more people will make it their regular spot - your sandwiches are really good and so is the bread.

It’s has not only been once but honestly about 6-8 times I have had issues with this location. In person or for delivery. They are ALWAYS out of things!! I’ve had many orders cancelled because they don’t have what I’m asking for. I love the broccoli cheddar soup but they seem to always have none made and then end up saying they have none in the back. Their drink machine is always out of options and again no refills in the back. I’ve been told as well that the “manager only had the key to the drink machine and they were not in the store”. I’ve been there before in person waiting over 15 minutes to be helped because they had 1 poor employee doing both the ice cream and the sandwiches alone with multiple customers waiting, when there was a manager clearly there counting money and another worker doing things in the back! No one acknowledged us customers waiting nor tried to help the 1 employee doing all the work. I hope this location improves their customer service and stock management because it is right near my home and business.

So I'm ordering my son I could sandwich and instead of giving me a kids menu price ordeal they charge me for a 3-inch sandwich a chips and a drink. I didn't notice until afterwards that they offered a kids meal. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch wrap and ask for the ranch on the side. The gentleman acknowledged that would be fine and went ahead and put the ranch on the wrap. I asked him for the side of ranch he said oh you want more? I said no I wanted it on the side is it not? They were just very unorganized and sloppy. It takes a lot for me to actually give a place a poor review but I definitely wouldn't recommend this one I will however try another Togo's just to see if it's an across-the-board problem

BUT this time was not at all enjoyable. Ok I can excuse the wronge bread Dutch crunch instead of sour dough BUT it was so dried out & stale I guess thats was why ALL the extra Mayo so much mayo made it slimmy not Edible had to change bread, twice being half was my lunch & dinner & extra peperoncini means more than 2 whole peppers including the seeds so very disappointed Especially paying 35$ for a couple sandwiches

I ordered a large Clubhouse sandwich and returned home to find a completely different sandwich. It was too long of a day and drive to go back and tell them the mistake, but at least now I know not to order online with this specific Togo's.

Ordered two sandwiches for delivery on 9/18/21… the order was correct, however when eating my pastrami sandwich I bit into a dime! I’ve been trying to call them about the issue, and the phone just rings. Pretty disappointed!

The place was disgusting. Slow part of the day 4:00. All tables empty and none wiped down. Literally food scraps on every table. Floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Trash cans overflowing. One restroom out of service the other looked like a gas station bathroom. I don’t leave reviews however doing this one felt necessary. The place was gross.

This Togo's off Top can never get my serves if it was the last place to eat on earth. I walked in They looked at me like Stunned....! I waited in line the Employee ask was I lost, & what did I want. Didn't speak to me like they did with everyone else, Rude, No Customer Service Skills, & to be honest i toke it as a Raciest thing. Sad but true....when I go to tell her what I want she hand me a menu starts helping the guy behind me as if I wasn't ready or needed more time to look for what I wanted. I looked at her & told her to have a great day, walked out pissed. They laughed...yes they laughed. Overall the place was nice, clean, & in a plaza with a lot others stores or food places. Really nice clean area I must say never this problem in the other places in area I go to on my lunch break, hurt my feelings people can be so rude. ....

I was very displeased with the workers I encountered in the morning who showed less than satisfactory customer service showed they have no initiative to properly serve there customers! It appeared the air conditioning unit to be broken due to the disgusting heat inside the building

I ordered the ceasar salad and it was really bad. Mostly the flopping greens almost no heart of the romaine and the cheeses was old and hard even had green mold on it. Very poor quality.

I Came in 3 weeks ago and they didn't have paper to wrap the sandwiches so they told us that they couldn’t make them. Then i came in today with family to get the pick 2 with the broccoli cheddar soup 2 hours before closing and they had refused to remake the soup for the rest of the orders and didn't tell us there wasn't enough before we ordered. Very upset and disappointing I guess i will continue to go to Panera since i know they will always have it ready to go.

The staff needs to care and or be restrained. Always miss s condiment e.g no mayo or pickles missing. All meat in the middle of sandwich. Stations not clean and they're not busy. Just dont care. I love a 9 but theres not another togos near but im getting tired of remaking my sandwich when I get home.

I was very displeased with the workers I encountered in the morning who showed less than satisfactory customer service showed they have no initiative to properly serve there customers! It appeared the air conditioning unit to be broken due to the disgusting heat inside the building

Recently ordered the Hot Pastrami and had it delivered....The delivey driver was great the sandwich? I was VERY disappointed...The meat was less than over 1/4 ib (as advertised) which is bad for a 9 inch sandwich, there was barely any Thousand Island dressing or Mayo ( which I requested); leaving the sandwich dry and swimming in bread . The bread was very dry and may have been sitting for quite awhile, and there had to be a total if 8 peppercinis on the sandwich. I don't mind paying the price for a sandwich that provides good value for the money but this? Definitely a cut corners on MY DIme kind of action. Shame on you!
