Fleming's Steakhouse - Roseville

Second time here and had great experience both times. Better to have reservations. We got a table next to the musician and it was fun! We got seafood tower, desserts, aged steaks and some sides. Go for the steak. I had the better seafood in Vegas. Teens got mash potatoes and mac and cheese. Food was delicious and service was good. They gave my husband a special bday surprise. :)

Celebrated with a birthday lunch. From beginning to end everything was excellent. Karen our server was so friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. I will definitely be back and recommend dining here 100%.

The 11oz Main Filet was superb. The Diablo Shrimp was spicy and perfect. The barbeque King Salmon was very good. Mashed potatoes were so good. Asparagus cooked to perfection. Everything was great. New favorite place.

Dined at this new Roseville location to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant is nicely furnished and very clean. All of the restaurant staff were dressed professionally and presented themselves as such. Kaytee provided us excellent table service, in fact all of the wait staff were friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic and our steaks were cooked to perfection. Definitely would recommend Fleming’s Roseville!

Overall, a great experience. While the appetizer took a little longer than expected, the floor manager went above and beyond by removing it from the bill and comping our wine, a gesture that really stood out. The food itself was phenomenal (5/5), with the steak cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the wine. Service was top notch (5/5), attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, never stiff or awkward. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food is beyond words in fabulous! This is the best restaurant in Northern California period. Customer service is top notch, beautiful private diving rooms, bar, kitchen and dining room. Well thought out design. If you want a flavorful and tender steak go there! I have been here almost weekly to try something new and haven’t been disappointed.

Flemings is my new favorite steak house in Sacramento area and hands down the best place to go, whether it’s for a celebration, a nice dinner or a drink and a snack at social hour at the bar. Every time I’ve been, the food, drinks and vibe are immaculate. They also have some great vegetarian options for non meat eaters. I’ve been there a couple times now… I went last night for dinner and it was soooo good!!! The manager Brandi is amazing!!! The best hostess and service I’ve ever received in a restaurant, she really cares about making sure it’s the best experience possible and accommodating above and beyond. She puts the Q in quality and makes me want to return everytime, even though the food already does that. To say Flemings is a great experience is an understatement. It’s everything!!! I will be back every chance I get! If you want the best food and experience possible in Sacramento and Roseville area, i highly recommend. If you’re a best lifestyle ever girly like me, you will love it too!!! Thank you Flemings!!!

Had an awesome time at this new location. Service was on point. We reserved a table for their Social Hour, they have a lot of options and a bar menu. Drinks are pretty good, and the dry aged ribeye is packed with flavor. Wayne was great and I believe it was Candace who took care of a cook of my kid steak. Christopher and s doing a great job running this location, keeping everybody upbeat! Food and drinks are Delicious!

A group of us had lunch to celebrate a birthday. They added some birthday decorations and a birthday card fir our special guest. The Service was Amazing, the food was fresh, hot and Delicious. Highly recommend and would go back in a heartbeat. The restaurant is nicely decorated. A beautiful experience was had by all.

We came here on vacation and had the opportunity to be served during opening week. Big foodies from Missouri, everything was so delicious! Try the lobster roll & tomahawk steak. Management was friendly and took time to personally introduce themselves and of course cocktails were affordable. Excellent server the entire night. Highly recommend, I wish we had one back home! Wishing success to this establishment.

My wife and I went here to try out their Social Hour (Happy Hour LOL) to celebrate our 20th anniversary. It was really good! The food and drinks were delicious. The portions were big, even when ordered off their Social Hour/Bar menu. Our server Kaytee was really friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to make our celebration even more special. She took a photo of my wife and I, and had it printed out on site for us as a little memory. She even gave us complimentary champagne toasts!! It was an anniversary and experience we wont soon forget.

We went for a friend’s birthday dinner, and Flemmings did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the craft cocktails were excellent, and the restaurant itself was spotless. They even had live music the evening we visited, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend stopping in for cocktails or enjoying a full meal!

This is the best place I’ve ever eaten at. A core memory was made here. Me and my boyfriend came on our 2 year anniversary and they made it the most special day in the world. They had a happy anniversary card waiting on the table for us and they even took a photo of both of us and framed it!!❤️ Our server was incredible and so kind I wish I remembered his name. I will be coming back here!!

Ashley was wonderful!!!!!! We went to this place on Friday night to celebrate our birthday and wedding anniversary so we met Ashley who was assigned to serve us. She amazingly treated us like VIP guests. Our table was nicely decorated with candles, stars. She gave us the welcome cards with congratulations messages. Very patiently explained the menu and offered some options as a side for the Prime Eyebone steak. She took our photos and gifted us a frame with the nice photos with soft drinks and a gift box of F-made chocolates. The steak, pasta, and Caesar salad with chicken were amazing. She deserved to be promoted. We have never seen a person like Ashley ever beforeore. She speaks different languages to make her guests happy and comfortable. I will definitely go to this place every month and will recommend our friends and family as I believe it's the number one restaurant in Roseville.

From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable evening. Yes, Fleming’s is on the pricier side, but everything we ordered was worth it. Dining with a group allowed us to share and try several dishes, including perfectly cooked steak, tender salmon, flavorful sea bass, and a grilled lobster that was a true highlight. We started with a creamy burrata and a side of crispy, well-seasoned Brussels sprouts. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The wine selection is just as impressive as the food. We ordered a bottle of Biale “Black Chicken” Zinfandel from Napa Valley, which paired perfectly with our meal. There are so many great options on the list, making it easy to find something you’ll love. The service was friendly, attentive, and professional, adding to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a place in Roseville for a special night out, Fleming’s is well worth it for the food, atmosphere, and service.

We had an amazing experience at Flemings in Roseville. From the time the valet took our car, to the hostess, to the manager and everyone in between they were so courteous and elegant. The food and drinks were to die for!! We especially loved our waitress Jacqueline (0142a) she was so kind and she had so many small touches that truly enhanced the evening. Thank you ❤️

Tim’s EXCEPTIONAL service as a server will have me raving about Fleming’s to everyone I know! It was my first time at Fleming’s and Tim made a memorable and fun night for us! He is extremely kind, personable, thoughtful, and attentive. He thinks of everything that you may want and need. Tim is a master at his craft. This is by far the best service I’ve ever received! Hey Hey Vanessa here! I came to this place 2 days ago for my late birthday celebration with my friend. All I can really say is the service was absolutely phenomenal and amazing! Everyone was super nice, super patient while I was still deciding on the appetizers and main course. I enjoyed staying there and definitely recommend this place. I tried their flemings potatoes with their lobster and it definitely makes you full but also tastes amazing. One of the workers there (Victor) who served us as well did an amazing job. Professional but also very funny as well. I’ll never forget that day, the workers and people who served us definitely put a smile and laugh on my place. I don’t recall a lot of names but a lot of them came up randomly just to wish me a happy birthday. Shout out to Nadia, Victor, Victoria, etc for a good small company. 5/5 and will visit again. Mwah!

Gorgeous place for dinner or social hour. Food was amazing. Best ceasar salad I've ever had. Steaks were all top tier.

What can I say, Flemings did not disappoint, at all. Oysters were super fresh, and the ribeye delicious. Was a little disappointed there was no sauteed mushrooms on the menu, would be an excellent side with the steak. Limited non carb options on the menu, but overall a great experience!

Amazing! We were anticipating the Grand Opening of Flemming's Steakhouse. Coincidentally, it fell on our anniversary. I put in our reservation as soon as the grand opening date was announced. Wow, everything was perfect! Our waiter, Kernal, was fantastic and stayed on top of things the entire evening. Everything was delicious. The crab cakes were easily in the top 3 of any restaurant where we have dined, lobster bisque was creamy with lots of pieces of lobster and also rated high on our favorites. The aged ribeye was cooked to perfection. Honestly, it was the best ribeye that I've ever had. My wife's filet and lobster were perfect with lots of flavor. Even the bread with two different spreads. One was a very tasty butter, and the other spread was tomato based. The only food item that wasn't our top 3 favorites was the chocolate melting lava cake.... it's a number one, the best ever!! Opening night was really special with lots of friendly staff and the trainers like Ikeely who was flown in from Scottsdale Arizona. There must have been a minimum of 15-20 trainers there from other Flemming's locations from Florida, Arizona, San Jose, Southern California, and other locations. If you are lucky enough to dine tomorrow (July 1st), you will get to meet some of the trainers. They are the ones wearing the black ties. They have been here for a month training the staff at every level. It was fun to engage with them to find out where they traveled from. Flemming's did it right! Beyond friendly... we were wished "Happy Anniversary" by a minimum of 10 staff members. From Kernal, Ikeely, and everyone else (including the valet, Isaiah), we were treated like royalty. It was a great dinner and a great experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit. It was a perfect evening!

I had trouble booking through the website but when I called it was an easy fix. Food was delicious, atmosphere was Fantastic and service was excellent. I enjoyed my experience.

Finally, a place that raises the bar on all aspects of the dining experience. We celebrated an anniversary and we’re taking care of every step of the way they spoiled us. The entire crew was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Looking forward to many more experiences.

My wife and I came to Flemings for the first time, to celebrate our 8-year anniversary. Our server was Hasan and he was fantastic; he was attentive, personable, and took his time at the table with us. The food was second to none. I had the dry-aged steak and my wife the Chilean sea bass. The restaurant decorated our table, provided a signed note from the staff, desert, and some delicious chocolates, all in recognition of our anniversary. In addition to that, I don’t drink, so for the champagne toast at the end of our meal, they provided regular champagne for my wife and a non-alcoholic alternative for myself. Everything appeared to be very intentional, professional, genuine, and the food… I can’t say enough. Thanks Hasan and the rest of the staff.

We came to Fleming's for the first time to celebrate my husband's birthday. I shared this information upon making reservations. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and they wished my husband a happy birthday. Our table was decorated for the occasion, what a delightful surprise. Shonda, our server, was exceptional. Her suggestions were spot on. She is knowledgeable, friendly and made our evening special with small surprises. Melissa, another staff member, was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The dry aged ribeye steak is the best steak that we have eaten. All other items that we ate were equally tasty. Thank you Shonda, Melissa, and all of the staff that made our visit so special. It was her first time here. My brother had recommended this place as my top 2 food groups is beef and more beef... The ambience was amazing, the weight staff was very timely, cordial and attentive. Tommy was our waiter, he made sure that we had a five star experience at this place. The tomahawk steak was the centerpiece and it was grilled to perfection at medium rare. As we concluded our dinner at Flemings, Tommy, knowing that It was our first time there, went above and beyond by getting the kids, and I a little champagne glass and filling it with some tasty apple cider. We all enjoyed this forever moment made even better.

We were looking for a new place to have a really nice dinner and some wine. I remembered seeing Flemmings previously so we made the trip down the hill to grab some food. Everything was great! The food was delicious. We ordered the bone in filet and the 11oz filet both with mushrooms, brussel sprouts and the flemmings potatoes. Now...let me start by saying that the filets were declious, but man...the sides were sooo good! We had the Sommelier come to our table to pick out a nice bottle of wine, and all the service was great. They had live music which was delightful. We ended with the Chocolate Gooey Brownie and it was out of this world delicious! We were very happy with the service, particularly since it's a chain. Chain restaraunts often lose that personal touch but nothing about this felt like a chain. We will definitely be back.

We've been to several high-end steakhouses but Fleming's is by far the best we've ever been to. The reason for this is the quality. So many we've been to have not lived up to their reputation. But the flavor and tenderness of the meat and fish, has well as the excellent service surpasses all of them. If there was one thing I would like to see more of it would be a few more big screen TVs in the bar. My wife and I like to eat in this area but we really appreciate having some sports to watch while we're there. I mentioned this to the staff and it's clear that the corporate folks don't want this kind of image but what they have to realize is this is Roseville. It's what we want. It will not take away from the reputation and quality. Roseville residents light the mix of high-end food and entertainment. Finally, add some more top tier tequilas.

We recently celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening special — from the warm welcome to the personalized birthday touches at the table. The food was phenomenal! We started with the Seafood Tower, which was absolutely fresh and beautifully presented — every item, from the shrimp to the lobster and crab, was perfectly chilled and flavorful. The steaks were tender and cooked to perfection, the sides were delicious, and the desserts were the perfect finale to an already memorable meal. The attention to detail and presentation made everything feel elevated and special. Our server was incredibly attentive and kind, ensuring our glasses were always full and that the birthday girl felt celebrated throughout the evening. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a special occasion. My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. The food, service, and ambiance were impeccable, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. The atmosphere is both classy and intimate. We had the pleasure of sitting next to the musician, whose beautiful guitar playing and vocals made it feel as though we were being personally serenaded, adding an extra layer of romance to the evening. My husband enjoyed the filet mignon and lobster tail, while I had the risotto with scallops and a lobster tail on the side. We shared the mashed potatoes, green beans, and asparagus, and everything was cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Hasan, was exceptionally polite and attentive. He even took a photo of us and returned with it beautifully framed. They offer both a private parking lot and valet service. To top off an already wonderful evening, we were surprised with champagne and chocolates — a truly thoughtful and memorable touch. I would highly recommend Fleming’s Steakhouse for any occasion.

We were able to get in without a reservation on a Thursday at 5 pm during their social hour . We got a nice booth in the bar. Angi made our experience truly memorable. We ordered oysters 21$ , Flemmings Salad , and the Cow Girl rib eye steak . Then we got a sage vanilla latte and cheese cake . It was lovely . Angi brought us a hot steam towel after our oysters . They even gave us a box of special in house made chocolates in a little special Flemmings box for a gift. This and wise villa are my two favorite placer county restaurants. Oh also the passion fruit virgin mocktail was yummy .

Came in expecting a casual dinner, but this ended up being one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Sacramento.I’ve fine dined all over the Sacramento area and honestly the service here beat them by a mile. The server and the manager Dustin blew my expectations out of the water hospitality that I have not seen in another restaurant and genuineness.Food was awesome and coursed out perfectly, and the wine pairing recommendations were spot on. Overall an amazing experience I’ll definitely be back.

We had our team dinner here and it was fantastic - the food, the atmosphere, and especially the service! Hassan was FANTASTIC.. our whole table was impressed with him. With 10 folks in attendance, everyone's food and drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back! Side note.. we observed a group of employees including a manager prep a table for a large incoming group. We were also impressed by how swiftly, quietly, and cohesively they worked to turn two separate tables into one large one for the next group. From clearing the old tables to setting the new, everyone was hands on and moved with speed.

Tommy our server was FANTASTIC. He truly went above and beyond along with the manager. We came in for a nice date night with the wife, and for no other reason than being sweet, we were treated with complimentary desert and very attentive service. This is my second time here and each time the filet is cooked to perfection along with all the other appetizers.

The restaurant is gorgeous. The food was delicious I had the filet and my wife had the Chilean Sea Bass. The service was good, but at this price point there were two things that we felt they could do better. We were in the process of completing our salad and were in the middle of a conversation when the buss boy comes to our table and interrupts our conversation to ask if he can take our plates rather than walking up and waiting for us to acknowledge him. The other issue was the waiter interrupted us just as we were starting to eat our entry to tell us he wanted to go over a desert that takes 20 minutes to prepare. Our feeling was this should have been done when he originally went over the menu with us. Both minor points, but something that can be improved.

I wanted to like this place. Initial impression was great. Visually appealing restaurant. Great decor. Sat at the bar while waiting for the table to be ready. Nearly 10 minutes passed before a drink order was taken. Table was ready at the same time drinks were served. Had to close out bar tab. Tab didnt follow to the table. Not a big deal but a little irritating. Waiter lacked any kind of personality. Super dry. Seemed irritated with life. Ordered the tomahawk with asparagus, potatoes, and knocci. All of it unimpressive. The tomahawk honestly was chewy and not well seasoned. Had a similar meal at a location in Old Sacramento (V's) and was 10 times better, from presentation to flavor. Im a frequent patron of fine dining establishments. This one will be a no return for me.

Sadly, our experience here tonight echoed the negative experiences of other recent reviewers. It started in the parking lot. Most of the lot was set aside for an expensive valet service that almost nobody was using (see attached). So despite a full restaurant there was a largely empty parking lot and customers forced to park at the mall and hike over. We were then seated in a patently uncomfortable half booth/half office chair setting, with the chairs sticking out in the aisle walk way. We then placed our order which included three orders of lobster bisque soup. Only two of the soups arrived and they were delivered with no soup spoons. Our server did not promptly check on us (as has been complained of by other reviewers) and we had to track down a person working as a runner, to request spoons and the missing soup (also complained of by another reviewer). After an unreasonably long delay, a third lobster bisque arrived at the table. After a third soup spoon was finally acquired, we ate our soup. But it wasn't that good. Contrary to the website, there was no taste of Sherry apparent to us in the soup. The soup was also a bit gelatinous. There was however, a reasonable amount of lobster chunk in the soup. Steaks then arrived. They were cooked as ordered but not well flavored and not particularly hot. We expect more for these prices. Aside from the cramped table arrangement, the restaurant was extraordinarily loud, and continual screams came from the bar compounding the loud environment. There were other imperfections in service and food (a portion of a tomato core left in the salad tomato, unidentified flavored butter provided, bland mashed potatoes, etc.) but you get the gist. UPDATE 10-24-25: after this review, we received a call from restaurant's manager who listened to our concerns. By the time we returned most issues had been addressed. At least 3/4 of the parking area has been re-allocated for regular parking, the lobster bisque has been reworked so the soup is more flavorful and contains more lobster, etc. They considered the review and made changes! Happily impressed by Kclyn and her team. She really seems to care about customer experience. Thanks!!!

First time at Flemming's. We ordered the calamari, Steaks , lobster tails, and the rizzuto. Calamari was really dry. The portion of the calamari that had the chili sauce was pretty good, but that wasn't much of it. I ordered a bone in filet, was really looking forward to that steak, I received a ribeye. I ordered a lobster tail.on the side, it was really dry, and we didn't receive any butter. My wife ordered the filet lobster combo. Her steak was cooked correctly and she enjoyed it. Friends that accompanied us ordered dry aged ribeye and the scallop rizzuto. The steak was good. The rizzuto was overcooked to the point where it resembled pureed potatoes. In my honest opinion not much better than a Texas Roadhouse. We will definitely be going to Ruth's Chris for our next Wedding Anniversary.
