Great service and great food! Our waiter was amazing and brought our food out quickly. He also kept our drinks topped off and was right there when we needed him.

Warm greeting when we first walked in. The waitress Abigaili was prompt and courteous and we never ran out of coffee. But the best thing about this visit to ihop was the food. The chef Danit. I got the eggs Benedict, and my mom got the easy breakfast. The eggs Benedict was the best I’ve had in years. The eggs poached perfect. Along with all my special requests. Couldn’t have been any better. Thank you!

Had T-bone steak and pancakes and it was FANTASTIC. Not one item that I didn't enjoy. They treat you right. Only 4 other guests when I was there. It was quiet and very peaceful. People need to get out and enjoy life more often and quit acting like it is the end of the world. I sure am.

The food and service was excellent. I was so hungry that day that I didn't stop to take photos but I should have because the food was just that good. I was full half way through because the omelet was so big and took some home. Even the leftover were delicious later that night! Family friendly atmosphere and the waitress was great! She checked if we wanted refills on our coffee so many times while there.

We really had a great experience here. Our server was great and the food was really good. We visited on Christmas and were met with the most friendly smiles and service I have received in a long time. The server split my order for no charge ( even splitting my eggs and bacon ) and allowed my wife and I to enjoy separate plates. Food bananas foster combo and Coffee were great!!

The food here was one of the best meals I have ever had. The steak was on point and the shrimp was devoured very quickly. Then you can never go wrong with their amazing pancakes. Can't wait to come back for national pancake day and eat my fill. 10/10 will come again!

The food and the service was amazing. Hot and brought out quickly. The waitress was so attentive and remembered all the orders we was a party of 8 with specialty items and she got them all right. And gave to the right person. If was wealthy she would have gotten the biggest tip ever.

The food was my favorite part the reason for this review. I have never wanted to rave about IHOP before but whoever was cooking this evening was doing it with LOVE and I appreciate that! So delicious, really! Perfection. I wish I had a photo actually but I enjoyed it too much to think about that.

Our visit here today was great the lady that served us and brought our food was very nice and on top of it, we got our food in a reasonable time and it was delicious, just as the pictures showed. Overall it was a nice visit and great outing for my wife and I and we are thankful for all those working and making our visit great!

I have been to different I hops, but the I hop on Stanford Ranch in Rocklin I really like. The servers, are VERY friendly, more friendlier, super nicer than other restaurants I have been too. I give them a 8+, Kathleen is so awesome, super friendly, nice and above. Plus Navi is very nice too.I will start going there a lot because of them. Awesome servers.

We came in for breakfast at dinner and we were blown away by the service from Adrian. He really rocked. He was so on point with every table he had. He couldn’t have been more courteous and prompt. His personality was an A+! When does this guy work as we would not hesitate to have him serve us again. What a great experience. Thanks Adrian.

Love coming here to eat. Clean store, and the server was nice. Can get very busy depending on the day and time. They usually have only 1 or two servers at the time, which makes the service slow. But the food was delicious. Best Ihop location in the area.

This place is great overall. Food is delicious for the most part, I wish they hadn't discontinued the stuffed French toast. Also drinks can be very hot for kids even if you ask. Service is okay, I feel like sometimes they are packed and only have like 2 servers, which makes the service a bit slow depending on the day and time. This is one of the best ihop locations in the area, though.

Awesome meal I had here at IHOP. It was breakfast crepes! A whole meal wrapped in crepes, and I highly suggest trying it! You’ll love 💗it! And you can’t forget to get cinnamon balls! They’re to die for as well!

I thought I could eat a lot during the unlimited pancakes for $5. But I tapped out after 5. I think I got my moneys worth. But if I didn’t have food earlier I think I could’ve done more! Disclaimer: the $5 unlimited pancakes ended on 8/27/23. I don’t know if they’ll be doing that promotion again but if they are I’ll be ready 😂!

We came and dined in. 2 adults, a 9 y/o and a 3 y/o. The food took pretty long to come and didn't come out together. The food tasted fine and as expected. The waiter asked if we needed anything else, which we said no, but.....we ended up needing stuff....to which he hardly came to check up on us and by the time he finally did, we had already asked the busser for our things. Anywho, everything else was fine, what you'd expect.

It's been a year and little has changed Tried the online, curbside order. I arrived at the appointed time. After 5 mins of waiting I went inside to find out that they had not begun my order. After 2 mins a staff member returned to let me know that they'd run out of PAM cooking spray to use on the waffle iron, and would I prefer Pancakes or French Toast. It took another 15 mins to complete the order They appeared to be at an average level of busy, as there was no line and people were being seated immediately. I was not thoroughly disappointed, but it may be another year before I visit again

My son and I go on a regular basis, they treat us like family, and accommodate us to the fullest. Food is always fresh and tasty. Our server Tiffany is the best, and always takes time to make sure we are enjoying our vist!!

The food was pretty good and came in a reasonable amount of time, though not quite as fast as I would have thought for how busy it was. For being more expensive than Denny's I wouldn't say it was all that much better. The manager we saw around a couple times and he checked us out at the end and he was less than friendly. He did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. Our waiter was a young guy and he was far more friendly and hospitable. Kind of disappointed and weirded out that theyre all into burgers now. Seems like they're spreading themselvss too thin and aren't doing well enough with what theyre known for that they have to branch out.

We go here a few times a year and although we've had some poor experiences with not being seated once and one tine of being seated and then forgotten, we've seen an improvement regarding experience. One waitress remembers us and even knows our daughter by name. Totally helped cancel out the neg.

This is a nice location and they have great service. They offer plenty of, well... pancakes and breakfast food, and gluten free options also. The staff will even let you know of other locations (restaurants) that offer gluten free menus if they run out themselves. They're polite like that. It's nice to see these days. Other than that, if you're not looking for pancakes... (It's in the acronym you know); you're in the wrong place. I guess you should try IHCW. International House of Chicken Wings. If you're looking for syrup over your breakfast all day go here! As Tony The Tiger says, "THEY'RE GREAT!!" If you're still reading this far in this review, I applaud you for your attention span, or being very bored.

It was fairly crowded so service was a little slow. The first pot of coffee was cold and stale tasting. It took quite a while to get our waitress back to ask for another. We then notice two of our cups had lipstick marks on them. We got the new pot of fresh and hot coffee. Also new cups, one of which had lipstick on it. Someone needs to train the dishwasher to check for this before presenting it to a patron. Manager should be on top of such things. The was good, usual IHOP quality.

We love IHOP, we visited this location after an event during the week and the service was great, our waiter was attentive. However, my pancakes were a bit dry, the booth we were seated at had duct tape on the seats, Our table was not the cleanest but, our waiter made the difference. He came to our table several times to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be back for breakfast and see if maybe that makes the difference.

I've been to this location 2 times. Basic IHOP. Our waitress this time was super on top of things and brought refills of drinks as soon as they were nearing empty. Very nice to everyone the whole time, especially our baby. I did find a chocolate chip in my food, I was eating an omlette, so that was a little weird to get a mouthful of chocolate and avocado. But otherwise fine.

Looking for a decent dinner (or breakfast for dinner) place on a Friday night without the hassle of waiting for an hour to be seated? IHOP is your place. We came it at 9p and there where there or four parties of 3-5 people each dining in. We were seated right away. My wife ordered the 10oz t-bone steak and egg while I ordered the mega monster cheese burger (2 steak burger). Our kids ordered pancakes and waffles. We all enjoyed our orders. Horacio, our server, was attentive and accommodating to our special requests.

Always good food and service. My daughter and I like to eat breakfast 🥞 at all hours of the day and it's a good place to go at anytime if your craving that. The servers are polite and check in on the table often.

I was there early Saturday. It was not crowded. The service was great, waitress friendly, quick, helpful and attentive. They don't have sausage patties only links. I had to ask for half and half.... non-dairy came otherwise and the hash browns could have been cooked better, other than that food was good. I have no problem coming back here. I found out the waitress was clearly overworked, the shift before did not complete their jobs she had to do it. Shout out and 5 stars to Adrienne for going over and above. TIP people!!!!! Waiters work very hard for very little and usually do it with a smile!

I personally never had a bad service at Ihop. I have only been here for a few times now. And yes, I had a slow service and not that friendly service, but orders were correct all the time, food were pretty okay, and servers were okay too. (I don't expect them to be super friendly or polite anyway, as long as they are not rude and racist)

Food was good, but something about poor service just takes away the enjoyment of a meal. Started with watching/listening to the waitress having a heated conversation with a co-worker for the first several minutes before she acknowledged me. Then minutes later she showed me to her seat...more drama convos with coworker, then takes my order. Slow slow slow...and there was only one other customer there. So it's not like she was busy. Worst service I've had at this ihop.

Unfortunately they haven't been able to keep workers so it's hard to get in and eat breakfast we were turned away the other day due to not having enough staff and the wait being over an hour. Staff was very nice but it was a bummer. Hopefully management will get some more workers the menu is great!

Just so-so food, unless it's pancakes or waffles. The coffee is bottomless, which I love. The server was the best I've had at any establishment, hands down. Super friendly but not hovering. She knows that menu inside and out and makes great suggestions. She could rule the IHOP world if they'd let her! It would be a changed organization... for the better!

For breakfast the food is pretty good. You just have to know what you're getting. Toast is a special order as everything comes with pancakes instead. The restaurant has become run down though. While they try and keep it clean the wear and tear has really caught up. One thing I did notice is that the bathrooms were very clean.

Bad service from our waitress. Once we sat down waited for a good 20 minutes to get someone to take our order and that was after I asked who was our server. She came in without greeting us and just said “what are you having”. After that it went downhill from there. Waited 40 minutes to get our food. Other servers there were seen working hard and checking with their tables if anything was needed. We didn’t see our server once. At the end had to get up and ask someone else for the check. The food was ok.

Sunday brunch time are always busy but the wait to be seated was not too bad. Ordered pancakes for four people and it took a while which I understand it was busy but its pancakes. Server was really nice and vey fast in getting our drinks and other requests. I gave it a 3 star because the dishes were dirty. My coffee cup and my silverware were dirty, that was gross. The floor and our table were dirty as well. It was not properly clean and wiped down before we were seated. Would I go there again? Not sure. Maybe.

The primary reason to go is for the pancakes, and on that point, they certainly deliver. In fact, the whole breakfast menu varies from pretty good to actually great food. The lunch and dinner menu is a very mixed bag ranging from borderline awful to great again. The decor is very much like being in an office building and the servers don't bring much more than basic friendliness which is definitely appreciated but strange in our modern Era of over the top smiles and fake enthusiasm.

The service was fine! Absolutely fine. They seemed to be understaffed, with only one server during the lunch hours. The food was pretty run of the mill, I got chicken and waffles and I’d bet my life’s savings that the chicken is frozen from a bag in the back. But hey, iHop is iHop. Likely won’t go again to pay as much for a meal as I would at a higher end restaurant (three entrees and coffee was about $70 😯).

Very disappointing visit. After waiting (Iwas the only one waiting and they were not busy)to be seated I waited a long time to order. I started timing after a while and it was 12 minutes before ordering. So I waited in all about 15 minutes to order. Trying to pay my bill took another 10 minutes. The Big Steak Omelette had all the meat packed in at one end.

The Service was horrible the Waiter, could not read the order tablet he was getting frustrated 😔. Gave tip any way, then he Compliant about the Caution Signs for the floor to the Handicapped man, and the Handicapped man told need to Worry about the Water on the floor were they did not Dry up the water😲😲😲

The worst meal I ve ever had. Service was disorganized and ordering was a far from being listened to. We had to ask for individual menus, they only gave us 1 for 4 people. She had to ask each of us multiple time what our order was. OM eggs sent back twice, not OM whites were runny and shimmy. The meat was overcooked and not edible. Hope management pays attention to these reviews, some major training need to be implemented. Asap!

Restaurant was almost empty. They didn't have all of the ingredients for their advertised special crepe menu, the only reason we were there. The only waitress was inexperienced and not very good. We got to listen to her and the cook/manager argue about what they were out of. Not going back, sad.

I can't believe I spent $55 on pancakes and eggs for 2. I ordered the combo plate. 2 pancakes, eggs, ham, sausage, and bacon with one orange juice and a hot tea. The ham looked like it had been killed three times and was removed and reused from several persons plates who didn't want it. The eggs aren't even real eggs. The pancakes were good, but the price was insane.

The wait was ok, three people told us someone would be with us. We were seated and waited for someone to take our beverage order. When our server finally came he took our order but our drinks were still coming. When we finally got our food it was warm. My husband who never complains told our server how our food must have stayed too long on the counter because it was warm. We then had to wait for our bill! We also noticed a couple seated across from us was also waiting. We won't be going back to this IHOP! All in all the service was bad the food was bad!

The service was great, but the prices, even with everything up, we're obsurd!! The pancakes are good, as they should be, but this isn't a generous portion country style restaurant - Average food and controlled portions - Unbelievable what your paying $17.99 - $20 + for!! They have a small 'value menu' with about a handful of choices and about the same with their over 55 menu, if over 55, which saves it some, but my friend and I still just couldn't believe it!!

Sat there 10 minutes with no service. She’s checking on everyone else but doesn’t acknowledge us. She comes over finally to get our drink order and then doesn’t come back in a timely manner. Again we waited and nothing, so we finally got up and left.

Might be good in person but Always messes DoorDash orders. This time they forgot two items and All the toppings for All three pancakes ordered... Could have made 6 bland, plain pancakes at home for under $5...

I've been here twice and unfortunately have had a bad experience both times. The first was during the all you can eat pancake promotion it was 3.99 I believe maybe 4.99 I had one stack, 2 pancakes the waitress came by about 30 minutes later after I waved her down. I got the second stack, which took another 15min to go and left very upset and disappointed. My more recent experience was a grumpy older woman who was extremely rude, and never checked in on us. I've been to a few other IHOP locations and had a great experience, this was not the case either times here. I will never come to the Roseville location again.

Well I've been going to I hop for yrs and this experience was horrible. Even though there was empty tables about 6 people including my mother in law and I had to wait approximately 20min to get seated. Then when we did get to our seats it was another 20 - 30 minutes for waiter. Bus boy took our drink order . However I guess he forgot. The waiter finally took our order. Well it was wrong. The eggs were cold, hash browns were burnt, and the pancakes were so cold the butter wouldn't even melt. I don't think we'll be eating there again.

I didn't eat here but only stopped in to say hi to a friend quickly. I can't tell you how the food was but I can say, as I was talking with my friend someone (manager type) walked over to looked at me like I was in the way and jestered with an air kick towards me to move. Out of respect for everyone else there I didn't react. However, that could have gone a lot different for that employee had it been someone else.

Not veteran friendly no discount. Bathroom was dirty. My feet stuck to the floor. Sink faucet not attached to sink. No paper towels. Service and server was great. Food is always good. Owner didn't do any kind of maintenance to restaurant.

You would think with pancakes in its name the pancakes would at least somewhat good, they were terrible with uncooked dough in every pancake uneatable!! The server could care less just doing the least to make it through the shift, the metal in her face made everything unappetizing

Do not come here especially because of Lacy, This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. I came to your store with my family, waiting for my 4year old to be dropped off and when I tried to order an item from the kids menu for her I was given a strict "No, we only serve breakfast to 12 and under or 55 and above with that menu." Not only was this disappointing to hear that they genuinely would rather lose a customer than allow me to continue my order. My husband ordered two breakfast items for us to share, one item for our daughter in front of us and one item for our daughter on the way. We left. Her service was not only brief and rude from the time we came in, she also complained across the room about wondering where her hostess was which I feel is extremely unprofessional. She then continued to loudly complain to other coworkers about how we were trying to be cheap and didn't want to order a full menu item. I feel so belittled and disrespected after having someone call me cheap in front of the entire restaurant. How dare they! I've never felt so brutalized by a server in my entire life! Thank you Lacy, I will contact corporate.

Absolutely horrible. First off it was hot which was miserable and very uncomfortable! Then my waitress said the air conditioner was broken and she was very sorry then I waited for a good 5-8 minutes waiting for someone to come to the register so I could pay. The manager came out and was so rude! He did not ask how everything was. He simply took my money and I told him that I didn't have a great experience today. His attitude towards me was dry and as if he did not care about what I had to say. Then I asked him about the air conditioning and he said it was the heat from the kitchen but his waitresses said it was the air conditioning. So now you lie to your customers?? In conclusion, I will not go back to this restaurant. period.

i ordered 6 milkshakes, which were 8$ each. When i arrived the cooks said it would be 10 minutes. One female employee took a phone call while making our shakes and ended up making the proportions way out of wack. We go 6 small soda cups filled with liquid milkshakes that were almost 80% milk. 43$ later lol.

I ordered a big steak omolette which was 16.99 more expensive than the other omolettes thought maybe because the steak to only get this piece which wasn’t even steak it was half of a hamburger patty that looked nasty so I basically got a hashbrown and egg omolette! Worse breakfast I've ever had definitely not going back

Worst experience ever at a ihop, ordered curbside pick up and was receiving notifications to keep waiting they were wrapping up my order, finally 10 minutes later I go in and have to wait another 5 minutes while the waitress stuffs her face behind the counter, finally the hostess comes from the back and asked if I’d Been helped yet, (as if there was a magical second hostess) I inform her I’m here for my curb side pick up order and the waitress is shocked and says “are you serious?” And quickly looks at the receipt, the hostess lies and says they cannot see that it’s a curbside pick up. Terrible shift of employees. Will not be back. Sad for Rocklin.

We eat at this location regularly but this time it was horrible, our food was ether raw or burnt, the French toast looked like the eggs were poured on one side and our sodas were flat and had black stuff floating in them. There was no manager working at the time we were dining so we had to relay our complaints to our server and could hear the cook getting snippy with her because she over heard our complaints.
