My experience here started off a bit shaky but by the end, there is no question that I will be returning to this location. B, the manager, is amazing and made sure that I was happy with the food and service that I received. The food was great but the service I experienced ended up being above and beyond what I would have ever expected! Thanks B for taking the time to communicate with me and make sure my overall experience was great! I’ll be back for sure!
I moved away to a roundtable-less state, and it was hell. the first thing I ordered for dinner on day one of the move in was this pizza. it even put the out of towners on notice that this pizza was not waiting for them when they left California. their exact words : this pizza is better than any pizza in our whole state!

Delicious pizza tonight! Huge turn around from a few months ago, the store smelled cleaner and met the new manager today and received a gourmet veggie that was the freshest I’ve had in months. The store has many new beer and wine options now and a beautiful salad bar the manager suggested the pizza buffet with all you can eat pizza and salad that they run the first few hours they are open in the morning so I’m going to stop by to try that next!
I've worked at multiple Roundtables throughout my life and came to this one as a customer today. My spouse and I ordered a large King Arthur Supreme with a few modifications. Great customer service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Super stocked salad bar - looked great! Happy to see the football game on so we could watch while we ate (ordered to go but decided to sit down, relax and eat some right from the box...plates were offered but we declined). Pizza was made perfectly and super good. Big arcade, clean high chairs/booster seats (as a mom, this is something i pay attention to). Alex even showed us the pizza when he brought it out to our table...nice! Definitely coming back!
I recently just went to the Rockland Roundtable on sunset boulevard and had a terrific time. The place was well kept the staff was awesome. Everything that I asked for they helped with no questions asked and promptly. The Pizza was perfect. I couldn't ask for any better that night. And I'd like to also speak about sarah and alex.They were so professional and courteous to my family and me, they made us feel very welcome and on top of our order making sure that everything was right. We couldn't have asked for a better service. I will definitely be coming here again with my family.

Brooke took orders, handled customer complaints, and kept things moving. Great job. Also the small army in the kitchen was working fast to stay on the orders so huge shootout to them. Love the quality of this Round Table. Always been delicious and prompt. The staff is great! Sarah was very friendly and kind in helping me access my coupon from my phone! Got a good deal!

Very crowded on a Friday night, so we expected slower than normal service. What we didn't expect was to find every empty table in the place unbussed. But, we only saw one employee cleaning tables. We moved all the stuff from a table into a other table and felt lucky to have a seat! We waited about 35 minutes for our pizza, but noticed an employee searching the restaurant to deliver an order. It looked like what we ordered so we asked what number he was looking for. Turns out it was ours and the number was written down wrong on his ticket. That pizza was lukewarm by then, but we took it because we had to be somewhere. The salad bar was virtually empty of produce and was a sticky mess around the bins and salad dressings. Probably a one-off situation. Round Table is usually pretty spot on. Not going to write them off yet.
Where to start? First and foremost, let's state the obvious one that we who live in Ca already know -they're overpriced. Are there other places near by with similar prices, yes. But that shouldn't be the justification. Pizza is great, so let's just get that out of the way. My only complaints are: 1) They charge you for extra ranch. Employees need to be trained on who you charge and don't charge. Translation, if someone spends $100 there, they get extra ranch. Whether that's 4,5 or 7 cups. Versus someone who ordered a personal pizza and acts like they're at Raising Cane's and demand a quart of ranch on the side. 2) when I order a pizza can I get extra cheese on it? Yes. Can I order extra red sauce? Yes. Could I order extra toppings on my pizza if I wanted to? Yes. However, apparently if I order bread twist and want extra garlic butter topping on it, it's always met with a confusing look like you just asked them the meaning of life. Not only is this just poor practice but the employees there are actually preventing the business from making more money if that's what the customer wants, charge them for it. Deflecting to, that's not an option because I can't do it on the computer. It's not only one, not truthful but second, lazy on their part. You can easily customize a special note or a single word on your POS to the pizza makers and back. Then all they have to do from there is go to the walk-in, pull out the big tub of spread and put more garlic butter topping on it before they put it into the pizza oven. Again, this accomplishes two things, one you're not telling the customer no (for some bogus reason) and second, you could potentially make an extra Buck or two by charging for an extra topping on a twist. It's a win-win!
Not sure what is going on but this place was struggling. No soda fountain, half the beer on tap were out, and service was slow for us (although it did appear they were working quite hard and other people were served quicker). For water they had jugs of water(thinking camping jugs) that would spill and took way too long to clean(looked liked patrons finally started cleaning it ). Very well could be I caught them on a bad night, but only thing that spared a sub par review is it is still roundtable pizza.
Cool place, awesome menu, good drinks. We go there a couple times a month. I've got to edit my review. 7/19/24 I've ordered pickup and delivery more than a half dozen times from this location. Without fail, something is always missing. Not a small item. Most of the time, it's like 8 or 12 wings, a salad, or some big food item. I should check my order before I leave and will from now on, IF I go back at all. I was curious to know if a body else has this problem as well. Turns out the answer is, YES. I ran a pole on the Nextdoor app. In under 12 hours, I found that nearly 50% of the time, people are missing items they ordered. I think the employees there are doing a great job. Maybe they haven't been given all the tools or systmes necessary to be more organized and efficient with to go orders. I hope ownership or management will see this as an opportunity for improvement.
While the food is good, what you'd expect for a Round Table, this place is very poorly run. Chronically understaffed. The workers do their best, and want to help, but tables don't get bussed, and the salad bar is always bombed out. A couple extra bodies, and a manager who cares, would make all the difference.
Pizza dough was very hard to chew. Didn't taste fresh. Jalapeño poppers tasted like they are microwaved. Not happy with my order. Won't be coming back. Spent money on pizza that tasted worse then $6 pizza down the street.
This location changed to full service... no. We will not return. Pretty sure this location just isn't big enough and this is their solution. Shouldn't have built a bar if you need more seating. I felt bad for all the Togo orders sitting in a tight area and some standing room. It was inconvenient for those of us "dining in" to get to the salad bar because everyone was waiting there. We really hope this isn't a thing happening at all round table locations. This is our favorite pizza spot and this was a bad choice. People don't come to round table to be serviced and wait for a table. Order WELL ahead of time if you are coming to this location. Pizza also tasted a little different tonight too. Ordered a basic Hawaiian and the sauce was overpowering.
It was a clean and pleasant restaurant. First time I, tried their buffet lunch. Expensive for what it was, not very good pizza selection (decent at best). Salad bar choices were sparse. This is the first and likely last time I'll likely eat their lunch buffet.
3/4 of our past orders have been completely incorrect. Called after the first two mistakes and got a half winded apology. Will not be bringing my business back to this round table going forward. The quality here used to be good. Find a different local pizza shop. This ain't it.
The place only had a few customers but was filthy. Tables were dirty and weren't bussed, floors looked like they hadn't seen a vacuum in months. They had expired promotions advertised that they refused to honor. Employees were standing around joking and wasting time instead of cleaning or attending to the few customers they did have . Been coming here for years but there must have been management changes because this place Royally isn't Royalty anymore. Certainly not worthy of a knight at this round table. We won't be back.
Don’t like the customer service phone system and don’t like the new delivery service. We pay enough for good food we should have good service. When you had your own delivery service the driver would have pepper and parmesan packets, napkins, and sometimes even offer plates if needed. you don’t get that type of service with DoorDash.

Overpriced, undersized meh pizza. Delivery app is a rip off. Ordered delivery from the app which posted large size specialty pizza at discount. Everything looked fine in the cart. However, after entering card info and pressing purchase, the app updated to the full price. Store delivered a tepid, freezer quality pizza with
Wife ordered two pizzas, I went to pick up the order and they gave me only one pizza and I didn't catch *their* mistake as I was unaware of the second pizza. When i returned home, I called and offered them two solutions: they could deliver the pizza or give it to me free if I picked it up. I was given an immediate "no" to the two suggestions and was told I could instead pay for delivery. Horrible customer experience as I was given only the choice to pay for their mistake. Been there many times and thought the place was OK. I was wrong. Stay away.

The cashier was new and did the best she could but over all as management that noticed she should’ve came in and at least apologized for the inconvenience. By far the worst service and roundtable I’ve ever been to.
Ordered a pizza online at 430p and was given an estimated pickup time of 530p. Arrived at 6p and waited until 630p. STILL NO PIZZA! Eventually cancelled the order and requested a refund. There were a lot of other customers there getting frustrated and angry at the extremely LONG wait. They even mixed up a customer’s order! Pure incompetence! Will NOT be coming back. If you want terrible customer service and extremely LONG waits (>2 hours), this is the place for you! We’ll be sticking with Papa John’s, Dominoes, and Mountain Mike’s from now on!

Parents paid $40 for a pizza and two orders of garlic bread. They received their garlic bread and time had passed and they hadn’t received their pizza. My father went to the register to inquire about the pizza with the receipt in hand, and he was told that they didn’t purchase a pizza. My parents don’t speak English that well so they sent me a picture of the receipt to make sure they ordered it correctly. On their receipt it said one pizza, two sides of garlic bread and two sodas. I called and asked what was happening and why they weren’t getting the pizza they had paid for. The gentleman who answered the phone asked for the order number and for the cashiers name. Supposedly they the pizza was just made, granted the pizza was ordered at 5:32 and I had called at 6:30. They said they did not know why he was told that he had not ordered a pizza up at the counter.
Ordered 3 pizzas over the phone at 4:45 PM and waited until 7:15 PM to call the store and request an update. Spent 45 minutes on the phone with employees and management to track down my order to finally be told the order was never entered and they dont have time to make my order. The manager then hung up on me when i asked to expedite the order out of inconvenience. I then called Mountain Mikes and the order will be here in 15 minutes. Dont overspend and waste your time here.
Ordered delivery - 3 pizzas, garlic twists. At ~150 dollars it arrived 30 minutes late and barely warm. When attempting to call the location you are put on hold and then automated response tells you no one is available to answer your call before ending the call. Same across every option new order, check on existing order and speak with manager. Worst round table experience.
No one acknowledged us for 10+ minutes waiting at the front to order. The employees in the back were chatting about their weekend plans so we left and received amazing service and pizza at Cool River Pizza across the street.
I don't know if there was a change in management, cooking style, or what...but this location has gone downhill. The last few times I ordered for pickup, I was there 20+ minutes after the promised time, and my order was "still in the oven". Recently, my orders have been well done, even though I specifically ask for it to be undercooked a bit. Today was the last time I will go to this specific location. The twists I ordered were hard as a rock like they were cooked twice over, and the pizza was like a thick piece of cardboard. I have requested a refund for my order, as 90% of it was inedible and had to be tossed. The only actual edible thing I received was the prebottled soda.

After waiting in line for about 5 minutes, I continued to order a salad to go (I was on my lunch break). Spent a couple minutes preparing my salad and was ready to leave but noticed there were no plastic forks. I go back to the register to ask for a plastic fork, and I am told that they are all out. Of course I am irritated because this should have been mentioned before I paid for my TO GO salad. I’m not sure how I am supposed to eat this TO GO salad on my lunch break. So now I have to stop at multiple places to find a plastic fork so I can eat my lunch. By the time I get one I have just enough time to get back to work and I didn’t even get to eat a lunch.
customer service here sucks now and the manager named michelle did not accommodate my request after receiving the wrong order.did a online order included two large pizzas and two sides and one of the sides was supposed to be garlic Parmesan wings and they gave us the spiciest wings they have instead and when I called and talked to the manager michelle , she said we can come back for the right wings that we ordered and I asked if we could get more ranches ( total of 5) for the inconvenience because they wouldn’t give me more ranches when I was first there. my grandpa went to go pick up the correct order and when he came back, they only gave us one ranch and not the 5 that i asked for. Cmon food service shouldn’t be this hard.
The staff here is very rude when we got up to leave I guess we weren’t moving fast enough for their liking. When we got up to leave they were very rude and giving us nasty looks. Place was also very dirty and the workers were just standing around just talking being super lazy. 🥴
Call themselves a Clubhouse. "Pizza and Pub". Ordered a pizza to go and decided to wait over at the bartop until it was ready. The pub is just a bunch of boxes of supplies on the bar and nobody around to serve for 40 minutes with multiple people waiting because that person also has to work in the kitchen. Order was completely wrong as well somehow when only a few customers were in there. Yet they charge 40 dollars a pizza... not the employees fault, they're kids, but absolutely some of the worst management I've ever seen.
What is going on on today into 28, 2025 the employees have the whole pizza dirty!!! Food on almost every table!!!!! Trash!!! Trash can by people who are eating!!! That is disgusting Osha should come and shut them down!!!!
First, pizza was wrong, missing pepperoni so I go back, not mad or anything because mistakes happen. They cook only the pepperoni and scatter it on top of the pizza they gave me so a lil lackluster but whatever. Get home, take a slice and it’s undercooked like the breading is still doughy. It would be one thing if it was just undercooked but I specifically asked for well done/extra crispy. This place sucks, go to a different one because a pizza place that can’t even cook a pizza is insane. Drove back and forth 2 times just to get one pizza. What a joke.
I’m not sure if this restaurant has a new owner. All the employees are new, they work very slowly, there’s no trash can and there’s garbage everywhere. Even the pizza boxes are closed very carelessly and they’re all greasy. I’m very disappointed.
