Lululemon in Roseville is the same as most of the lululemon stores. It is relaxing, there is no pressure, and all the customers feel comfortable and welcome. The employees look happy and enjoy their jobs. The store is very organized, and all merchandise is well displayed. I love to shop here because of the atmosphere.

I came in today with my ESA dog and i was waiting in line to get in and the worker asked to pet my pup and i told her “sorry he’s a service dog” and she was so understanding and made sure the other workers knew not to pet him as well. I never get asked if they can pet my dog at other stores and so I really appreciated the worker doing that! The staff was so friendly and so nice as well!!

Great selection of very comfortable, well made clothing for men and women. The men’s clothing is mostly for sports - lite weight, wicking type of tops. Sizes for pants and tops are accurate. Staff is very helpful- if they don’t have your size in stock,they will order it and have it shipped to your home (free). Clothing is pricey, but worth it if you don’t mind spending for quality goods.

Lululemon staff has always been great, however Leah stood out to me when I went in. Thanks Leah for all the help!! I walked in having no clue what to purchase as a gift for someone and she took the time and was very patient with me until I found the perfect gift. She has the best personality!!

Awesome customer service! I was looking for the Lululemon everywhere black belt bag and I asked this one employee we’re I can find the exact one as on the site and he went out of his way to find me he right one he told me all the sizes like the “1 and the “2 and he also told me a tip that really helped me so I told him that he one I was looking for was on Amazon and he told me that “if it’s anywhere that you didn’t get from Lululemon exactly it’s mostly likely fake” so definitely a 5 star

I never come up to the Roseville lulu location, but after my experience, I’m coming every time! Lindsey, who helped me go through what felt like a million pants, was amazing. That girl needs a raise and all the praise for her amazing customer service <3

I wanted to give a shoutout to Emily, who helped me with my translation. She helped me exchange an item with one online, even going as far as to order it on the spot for me and helping me transfer the funds to that purchase. She was both professional and friendly, and I had a great experience thanks to her. Overall, I’ve always been greeted or helped when coming to this location.

The best in-store experience I’ve had at a Lululemon (of the ones I’ve visited so far). Nate, David and Noë were all excellent, I was in such a good mood, I happily bought an anorak I probably didn’t quite need yet (weather wise)😊.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Officer Brown was completely out of line tonight. My friend and I were excited to check out the lululemon in the mall quickly while waiting for a food order downstairs. As we started walking in the store and for absolutely no apparent reason the security guard or officer in the store literally physically stopped us from entering, (while letting others in)! We were shocked, confused, and honestly offended . Why where WE.being judged and treated different then the rest of the mall-goers. When asked why this treatment he snarkly said "ha yeah not happening. I'm not stupid. Not happening. GO!" I was like what are you talking about? Again he blocks us from entering, (literally touching us). And keeps saying "get on go". This man should be fired. His judgments were obviously not just absolutely wrong and way off, his prejudices were embarrassing, incorrect, shocking. Hope this review reaches someone who can get this man to think twice or get some more life experience before passing judgments on others or treating someone else the way we were tonight. Mind you we are educated, put together, clean cut, young women in brand new, nice clothes. I still can't even imagine what is the deal. Mistaken identity? SHAME ON YOU SAN FRANCISCO LULULEMON!

Back to shopping at Athleta. I went to get my pants hemmed. They didn’t want to send to my address. I told the educator that the other Lulu in other location has that option. She was caught lying and was saying that their store policy is different and that they only offer if you live at certain distance away. Dude - she didn’t offer that initially and just skipped to having me pick it up. And tried to give me excuse after excuse.

I used to come here, but after what just happened im sad to say I can't bring my business here. My BF (mixed) was possibly being profiled by one of the employees there. He walked around us 4 times and while didn't glance an eye at me (I'm white btw) was dead staring my bf. We both felt uncomfortable so we left (employee was STILL staring at my bf as we walked out the door.) While I understand a misunderstanding may have happened, I cant confirm that, so I will be taking my business to ardens store. Id advise they give the man a course in how to be better in a work environment and not cause people to feel harassed and uncomfortable.

Spend a lot of money on this brand and I feel like the brand should stand behind its product. Attempted to exchange an item that was deteriorating at the seams and was told “it looks like a snag” and then followed by “it’s kind how the shirt is made” so a $120 shirt is just suppose to turn to trash after a few months. Plenty of competitors to change to but won’t be planning on purchasing any items here there’s better brands that have far superior customer service and make doing business simple.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life today at the Lululemon store in Roseville. I went in to return two pairs of pants and the employees refused to offer any exchange or refund. I explained calmly that I was not asking for money back or even a gift card. I simply wanted a reasonable solution. Instead, the cashier and the staff completely ignored what I was saying and showed zero interest in helping me. Their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. They did not listen, did not offer alternatives, and made no effort to resolve the issue. I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable and it honestly felt like a scam. I strongly do not recommend buying anything from this store. If something goes wrong with your purchase, do not expect them to help you or stand behind their products. This was truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.

There’s no one really helping, they are sarcastic when they do speak to you. There’s no signs for where things are or what line is for what. The quality is the same as so many others for 3 times the price - for no service… I’m good.
