Fun store and great selection! They let you try whatever flavors you want to make sure you get what you want. I had their lemon custard and it was delicious. My husband had the mint chocolate chip and loved it. The small cone was plenty.

This place is the best. Alan, the store owner is the sweetest person. This store has so many flavors to choose from and each flavor is better than the one before. I make it a point to come here once a week, sometimes twice a week. My doctor told me to cut it down die to my pre diabetes, but I can't help it. I'm a gelato fanatic.

I just got off the phone with a young man, and I felt a little bad having so many questions while trying to overplan for some of my SPED kiddos to have gelato for the first time. We’ve never had it before and we can’t wait to try it! The young man on the phone was so gracious and kind—just so happy. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that kind of customer service before. He patiently explained the different sizes and options and gave me great, important details about what he would recommend for the kids based on the flavors they have this month. I also asked about their hours, and he gave me everything I needed to know! I’m genuinely pleased to know Miabella’s has this man—it’s nice knowing a family business truly cares about the people they serve.

$5 for the smallest cup size seems a little pricey, but there was actually a good portion of gelato in it. So much so that most of us couldn't fully finish it, lol. It was good, so was the service. Love tiramisu flavor. Overall a good place, but when was eating found hair inside my ice cream.

Gelato was delicious. We were surprised when we got to the bottom of the cup and there’s a false bottom to make it seem like you’re getting more than you are. Not necessary since it’s already expensive for a small cup.

I've been to many ice cream and gelato shops in Roseville, Lincoln and Rocklin. By far I found the best taste here. However, I regret to see that the employees are extremely sullen. I think a lot of people will think like me, when I enter a business, I expect a smile first. Sometimes I come across shops that are very friendly and taste average. But believe me, smiling can sometimes get in the way of taste. When you smile at a customer, you make them feel that you value them. Whenever I go to this shop, I see that they always say "something else". No smile, no "welcome" almost, no "goodbye", I think "something else" means "go now". It's painful to run such a good gelato. I think the business owner should find a way to motivate their employees.

This is not how you treat customers and if a mistake is made you should work to fix it not mask the problem with excuses. You guys should properly train your employees how to serve ice cream with mutiple flavors in an equal balance. I would also recommend using ball scooper instead of the amateur kitchen flat spatula you guys use which makes it difficult to properly divide the ice cream equally. Just a heads up! 👍

Galato is good, but I have ordered a double espresso 2 pieces and got the absolute two different coffee, one delicious and the other ordinary coffee, in my remarks said that their coffee equipment was working so much. I just wanted to get two double espresso .

After many great trips to this gelato shop, my mother in law and I visited and both of us found multiple hairs in our ice cream. I am pregnant and almost threw up. Unsure what happened here, but I’m writing this review so hopefully the shop prevents this from happening again. It will be a while before I can go back here and not gag.

I went to get and enjoy my ice cream and they started acting very cheap. Last time when I went they would put huge amounts of ice cream on my cone, but today they put 1 scoop and it was very small. That one scoop she did was apparently too big and she started taking off that one scoop and making it flat. Also, she charged me $7 for it. When I asked her to put another scoop, she said that I could buy another when the one scoop she put is small. I do not recommend going here.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this ice cream shop was extremely disappointing. The manager’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — dismissive, rude, and completely uninterested in addressing customer concerns. When I politely brought up that the ice cream tasted off, they brushed it off without even a basic apology. Speaking of the ice cream — it was freezer burnt, with a strange, icy texture and dull flavor. Clearly it had been sitting around far too long. For a place that specializes in frozen treats, this is unacceptable.

me and my kids get the same flavor every time, this time it had a freezer burn taste. they refused a refund and said thats why they let us try the flavors beforehand even though its the flavor we get everytime.. never coming back. EDIT: they did offered to switch for a new flavor even though flavor wasnt the issue it is that it’s freezer burnt old ice cream, recieved 1 and wanted a refund for the 2nd one! Was denied a refund.
