We came in for some classic Red Robin comfort food and were very happy with our experience. The mozzarella twists are always so fresh, our waitress was very kind and overall we enjoyed the consistency Red Robin always brings.
Today, Neva went above and beyond serving us, handling everything quickly, professionally, with a smile. Her service made our experience great today. Also, I wanted to mention how the new weekly review process that Damien introduced is already showing much improvment in the service. It’s a great idea to stand out.
Red robin is always delicious and the people are always sorry nice. I have yet to find a restaurant with better fries.
Jack, our server was amazing. Jack provided excellent customer service and was attentive to us. Anthony, the manager was very active in greating the tables in the restaurant and providing customer service as well. Wonderful atmosphere to dine in.
Definitely one of our favorite places I would give this place six stars if I had the option. The People who serve and work here are amazing. The weight was not long and I have lots of stuff for kids.

Went to Red Robin for the first time in a long time and I was not dissapointed! The food just as good as I remember and the service was the star of it all. Kalani Neves was fun, quick, and a joy to be around. He made us laugh and smile the whole time. I appreciated his service and loved the experience he provided with Red Robin.
Our server was great! But the manager Anthony was too pushy on the fundraiser gift cards. We didn’t appreciate that he was a little pushy when we said no. But again the server was great! Checking in on us and respectful.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Red Robin. Both our waiter (I believe the name was Shay) and the manager ( I believe the name was Damian) were super friendly and attentive. Forgive my bad memory skills when it comes to names. After learning it was our first trip to the restaurant we were immediately brought fries with sauces to try. The experience I had today makes me want to come back and be a regular at this location. The food and service was just phenomenal.
Went to lunch with my daughter had great service and very pleasant atmosphere! Fried pickles were amazing as well as the shrimp and chips!!

Fantastic Dining Experience! After shopping, our family decided to go to Red Robin (Galleria Blvd.) for lunch. From the moment we sat down, we were treated with exceptional service. Our waitress Candace went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Our kids really enjoyed their food and I was very happy to see that Red Robin has the Impossible Burger option, which helps vegetarians like me when I dine out. All around everyone in the family was happy we went to Red Robin. I can say without a doubt that we will be dining here again very soon because of the great food and service. Thank you!
Was my first time at Red Robin and I have never received such lovely service, the manager even came out to greet us. The food came out hot and fresh. Given it was our first time here, we got complimentary steak fries which was extremely kind on their end. Our server, Matt, was a lovely server! Very friendly, funny, and attentive to what my table needed. We live around 30 minutes away, but will definitely come back out here. <3
After a movie, my son and I decided to grab a bite to eat. The service was exceptional! We didn’t wait to be seated and our waitress helped us right away!

On 04/25/25 my mom, dad, and I came hungry and "hangry" lol 😆 and we left FULL and HAPPY! BEST Customer service from the waitress Dee. She's such a kind, and attentive individual. The place was packed! And she still found opportunities to come by our table and not just do her job but engage in friendly conversation. Kind lady. I spoke with the manager Ms. Jaz and informed her that Dee is a wonderful waitress and person. I also want to compliment the professional behavior of the staff overall and it's a great reflection of Jazz as a manager. My family and I will be back! Cant wait! -Dominick :)
Red Robin never fails to impress! The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, and the bottomless fries are always a win. Service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. My wife and I recently had gluten-free cheeseburgers and bottomless regular and sweet potato fries at the very clean Galleria Boulevard Red Robin in Roseville, California. Though the burgers and fries were the usual high quality, the gf buns were better than any we’ve had anywhere because they were tasty, not too thick or fluffy and didn’t fall apart as we ate. Even though they were quite busy, our waiter, Evan, was friendly, efficient and attentive to the progress of our meal and drinks. We have to give the restaurant overall, food and waiter five stars.
I haven't been to Red Robin in years. I found on in Elk Grove and I Love it. My new go to spot, Y'all!! 😃

We had a great experience at Red Robin thanks to our server, Kalani. He was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He answered our questions about the menu and gave great recommendations. Kalani helped make our visit easy and enjoyable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Daphne and she was friendly as well. We’ll definitely be back!
The Galleria Red Robin was at one point my families preferred sit down restaurant. (the endless fries with Red Robin seasoning was what originally got us hooked on Red Robin..) Our family would visit this specific location roughly every other month. We actually stopped going to this location at one point however. For some reason, both the food and service started becoming pretty poor at this location. Our previous experiences also started feeling as if the staff was always trying to rush us out the door from start to finish of our visits.. At one point a busboy started bussing our table before we were even finished eating.. It got pretty bad, to say the least. On 07-14-25 we were hungry after a long day at the Waterpark. So, afterwards we decided to give Red Robin another try. Evan was our server and Daphne was the manager on duty. The food was actually amazing tonight, just like it used to be. I got the "keep it simple" burger, my wife ordered the chicken salad and my children ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken wrap. We were given fresh orders of hot fries before our food arrived. Our drinks and fries were kept refilled by our server Evan and our main order came hot in a timely manor. All of which are very important to us and one reason why we loved Red Robin so much. The manager tonight, Daphne, also checked on us to make sure everything was alright. Her double checking to make sure everything was going well was very much appreciated! With our experience tonight I genuinely feel that the food, service and atmosphere was amazing, just like we had become accustomed too. Well done to all the staff at Galleria Red Robin!
Received outstanding service by manager, Damien Holloway. Damien was super attentive, exceptionally kind, approachable. Damian quickly helped us correct an issue, then went above and beyond to ensure our experience would be nothing less than delightful. We felt like we were only table be receiving 1:1 service during a busy hour.
This is probably one of my favorite Red Robin locations. The staff are always so friendly and attentive, the food is always amazing. The manager always stops by the table to check in on everyone as well.

The restaurant was busy, but we were seated quickly. Out waitress Dee, was great! She kept us informed about our orders since the kitchen was backed up and checked in on us often. The burgers were yummy. It was nice to see the staff get along and work well together during a busy Saturday evening!
This was our first time at the Roseville location, and we will definitely be back. My burger was perfect and the Caesar salad was perfect too. My husband's burger was equally delicious, he says their sweet potato fries are the best. The manager Damien was so friendly and we will be back. Thank you.
Red Robin has always held a special place in my heart. I grew up loving this place—the bottomless fries, the fun atmosphere, the feeling of being somewhere special. It’s changed a bit over the years, and while I can’t say it’s exactly how I remember it as a kid, there’s still something about it that draws me back. We came for dinner tonight, and I left feeling so grateful. Not just for the food (which was delicious and totally hit the spot), but for the people. The team here clearly loves what they do. They were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in the service they give, and it made the whole experience feel more meaningful. Red Robin might not be the same as it once was, but there's still so much heart in this place—and that matters just as much, if not more. Thank you for the great service and for keeping the spirit alive. We’ll definitely be back.
I love eating at this place! Poor Wendy’s across the parking lot is not getting any of the action. Lol Thier food is always delicious, thier restaurants are always clean, and thier staff works hard to keep people moving! I might be the only one to order thier grilled chicken sandwich with the honey barbecue sauce, super good!
We had some great service tonight. We walked in and were sat right away. Nicole came to the table to take our drink order and ask about appetizers. Someone delivered the drinks before she walked away from the table. Nicole and the food runners were on top of it tonight. They provided great service and quick refills on drinks and food. The burgers were awesome. Another trip and more great service by Brandi.
Kassie was a phenomenal server, friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. This was my first ever visit to a Red Robin and it was just amazing. The manager brought out samples of the fries and introduced herself, Corinne. The food was hot all full of flavor! Needless to say, this location and team nailed the service. We will be back!
This is by far the best Red Robin in the area. We went to the one off greenback a little over and month ago and the service was slow and they messed up our order. This one, located across from the roseville galleria was EXCELLENT! The service was so quick. We had fries and drinks within 2 minutes of submitting our order. We also had a server checking on us every 5 minutes or so. They asked if we wanted refills on our drinks before they were even empty. It was just the best service we've had in awhile while out to eat. And to top it off... they got our order correct, and the food was so hot and fresh and ultimately DELICIOUS! I will definitely be going back to this location! So satisfied with the whole experience. Highly recommend.
Pretty good! Our server was Brandie, she was very sweet, very attentive, checking in at the perfect times and the restaurant accommodated my granddaughters service dog extremely well. Price is a bit much but that’s not the end of the world.
Our waiter Julio was super nice and so funny, he matched my energy and I was really happy for that. The food was amazing and so good. The service, everyone was nice and very sweet. And the atmosphere felt cozy and amazing.
They were understaffed with only 2 waitresses on a Friday afternoon and still managed to deliver great service! My husband ordered the burger with the fried egg and it came out burnt on the edges and after he showed the worker, she got a new egg for his burger in no time which was perfect! Our cups stayed filled as well as the bottomless fries/chips. It was my son's pick for his 12th birthday and all 6 of us were stuffed and satisfied!
First time coming here, best service I’ve had in a long time. Brandie served us and she went above and beyond for us. She was quick, kind and on top of everything. March 2, 2026. My wife and I went to the restaurant today on Monday and the actual restaurant manager, I believe his name was Anthony...Came by to see how we were doing and if there's anything he could help us with. In fact, he went to every table and did that several times with each customer. Kind of like the old days when the maitre d' would come around and check on the tables. That's the kind of value and service that makes the experience for the customers come back. Kind of a lost thing but he was not too good to where he wouldn't bus table or deliver food. He was doing everything. That's the kind of boots on the ground manager you want. It makes the experience so much nicer. He really was trying to keep the restaurant customers happy and wanted you to come back and furthermore give personal reviews like this.
Had a birthday celebration for 12 people from our Equestrian barn family yesterday. Exceptional service. Good food. The manager made our experience. Definitely will return. 🐎
Red Robin is one of me and my family and friends favorite places to eat and we visit the Roseville location a couple times a week! The servers and the management team are extremely nice and are all very positive. Our favorite server is Brandy and Manager, Damien is a true professional and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! We have been extremely disappointed recently to find out that Red Robin has changed their fries and they do not compare to the original fries that Red Robin is so well known for and loved! We have also heard other tables complain about this as well. We really feel like Red Robin will certainly lose business over this staple item. We are hoping they bring back the original fries soon!!!!

I have visited many food places, but I have never experienced hospitality like that of Damien Holloway. He is truly amazing and treated us exceptionally well. He has a wonderful understanding of customer needs and ensures complete comfort throughout the visit. A genuinely kind and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend that anyone who visits here should definitely meet him he will take great care of you.
Today my family and I visited the Roseville location by the galleria, and we were absolutely blown away with the service that we received. Our server immediately greeted us and offered us drinks and to get some fries out for us to much on. And the whole meal always knew exactly when to come over and offer refills or just was on top of it and brought them without asking which is awesome. Gentleman's name was Steven and for anyone who goes to this location do yourself a favor and sit in his section. In times were things cost a little more now n days we can't go out as often as we would like but we are truly grateful and happy for coming into Red Robin on this day to receive such exceptional service. Steven you are the man and thank you again for taking care of myself and my family.

Went in today Shay the sweetest girly helped us. Will definitely come in just to visit her again. It's always nice when you're so comfortable. the food was Amazing!! Lunch was fantastic I'm a WLS girl and I share a plate with a friend and they split the plate so nicely. Z our waitress was amazing!!
Not the best burgers in town but good enough. The endless fries are great option. We usually come here Fridays to meet up with friends. I tried the fish and chips today and it was ok. The fish was white and flaky but the batter was a little hard. Edible but if it was a little lighter and more crispy, it would of been a home run! Service is always fast and great. Shaun is the man!
Revisited Red Robin today after a few mediocre experiences. They seem to have gotten a new manager who was very engaged. Today, We came in with a party of around 20. They were quick to accommodate us and make sure that we got the help we needed. The wait staff didn't give us any hint of annoyance at having such a large party of mostly tween soccer girls. They kept our drinks coming and the food arrived in a reasonable time frame. The food was pretty decent as well! Shout out to Bridget and her co-waitress who navigated multiple orders of split checks, excited kids, and indecisive adults. Big shout out to the manager at the time, can't remember his name, but he insured that hospitality was maintained throughout our time there. The last time I went to Red Robin was about 2 months ago during an evening food service. The experience was a little bit rough. I'm happy to see a substantial improvement since that time.
The food and the service was good. We had to wait for a table for only 15 minutes, which was great for a family of 5 at dinner time. The staff was good and very professional. My kids love it with the endless French fries, my wife loved it, I loved it,.. you will love this Red Robin 👍
Damien Holloway was the best part of our visit to Red Robin. We hadn't been to a Red Robin in probably 5 years and he made this visit an extremely enjoyable one. I asked for a Blue Moon shake and he tried his best to make one. We googled it later, and found we were missing a couple of ingredients but I was happy he tried. My husband ordered the pizza appetizer and would come back for that alone. We both had the hot honey chicken sandwich and loved it. We will be back to try the burgers next time.
The food was okay. The first order of fries that came out were awful. Cold, pasty, and tasteless. However, that day, the manager was going from table to table asking how the food and service was. When I gave him my complaint, he came out with the hottest, tastiest fries I've had in a long time. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza and it was just all right. My husband's burger was pretty good, but he couldn't finish it because it was pretty large. Every restaurant can have a bad day, but the fact that they were willing to make good on it so quickly makes me willing to try again.
The food was great and the rest of the team seemed really sweet. Issue is that our server, not going to name drop but dark hair, glasses and name starts with a K was beyond rude. Very rude when speaking to my table, closed our tab without asking us if we’re done and kinda just slammed everything down. Look if you’re having a bad day, it’s fine but don’t take it out on others.
The cocktail menu has no prices listed, which is odd. The freckled lemon ade was a lot sweeter than expected, with sugar soaked strawberries instead of just fresh fruit. The impossible cheeseburger was pretty good though. My friend ordered the heatwave burger, but found it to be far less spicy than expected. I reminded them it's a chain, not a specialty place,😂
6 of us went to this Red Robin to celebrate my grandsons 13th birthday. We told the staff numerous times it was his birthday. End result, my daughters order was wrong, the birthday boy never got the milk shake he ordered with his meal or the ice cream for the glass of root beer they brought him so he could make his own root beer float, I guess they don’t make those. Our bottomless fries weren’t refilled. We finally said something about all the errors and they did make it right but we were almost ready to leave by then. The one thing that angers me the most is after telling them numerous times it was my grandson’s birthday, they never came and sang to him. They sang to the table behind us but NOT to my grandson. I even told the waiter, you didn’t bring my grandson his milkshake and it’s his birthday. None of us will be bringing any children here for a birthday again!
Food and service were good. Manager came around asking if we wanted to make a Salvation Army donation! (We didn't) Never had that happen before.
Delicious burgers, but slow service...especially when you sit outside. We waited a long time for our drink and fry refills. No fries to enjoy with the yummy burger, and no drinks to wash it down with :( I suggest the digital table side kiosks include an option for waiter service (especially for outside dining). The only real options on there is buy more food. But we just wanted fries and our lemonades refilled. What’s the point of bottomless if no service? All that aside, the burgers are still delicious. I loved my tavern burger with fried onions. And hubby inhaled his burning love burger. Mmmm!

This particular trip, I had to try to find someone to seat us. First try we both could barely fit in the booth (we're not obese) so we got moved to a table (directly next to the bathrooms. Great). After ordering, the food arrived and we still had no drinks, utensils, napkins. When my tea finally arrived there still was no sweetener which I had mentioned a couple of times already. I waited to find someone again, which happened to be a manager, and it still took almost 5 minutes to get the sweetener. We were not told that getting crispy chicken would cost extra. Worst visit ever. Made sense that the parking lot was pretty empty.
Watch out to be upcharge with out giving notice. Strawberry lemonade. They bring you and extra not asking. If they asked for side and suggested onion rings ya thats extra. Manager asked how you are and sells you holiday cards theres. Geez just want to have a valued dinner.
I usually enjoy this place, but my recent experience was disappointing. The lobby smelled strongly of marijuana, which set a negative tone from the start, even though it was likely from other patrons. We waited an excessive amount of time – 2.5 hours total, with only 20 minutes spent eating – after being seated and placing our order. Our server was inattentive, promising to check on our food and drinks but never returning. We had to repeatedly ask for our bill, which was initially incorrect and required two corrections. I hope this was an outlier, but a few more experiences like this, and we'll be seeking other dining options.
Service at red Robin roseville has definitely gone downhill. At times we thought our waitress forgot we were here. The endless fries and salad had both ended. The price was right though. We got the big yumm. Food wasn't bad. Just took forever to get it. We do understand that the waitress was new. But all in all not good .We won't be back to this burger joint
The worst wings I have ever had at a restaurant. They tasted like frozen supermarket wings, soggy and luke warm. The ribs were also quite abysmal, full of fat. It was also luke warm and very unpleasant. If you guys are only good at burgers, then I recommend taking everything that arent hamburgers off your menu. This was a complete waste of $107. The service was good, he was attentive and very prompt. This the better part of our dining experience. The food was pretty awful.
Food wasn’t too bad. Fried weren't as fresh and hot . At time it felt like the server forgot we were there. Took nearly 20mins to get drinks. Honestly, the booths and restaurants was not clean. Dust & chunks of crumbs in the booths and window seals.
Dine in experience here is good, however the pickup experience has been awful for me on multiple occasions. Poor communication between the front and back always results in me waiting 10+ minutes for my order which I can see sitting on the shelf in the back getting cold.
Used to come to this place a lot! After today I’m hesitant! Bathroom looked like a gas station’s bathroom off the side of a highway that you choose not to use. After that I was not thrilled to be here. Maybe that’s why the food tasted bad. But it definitely did!
We were sat and then completely forgotten about for about 20 minutes. Multiple staff members passed by, each saying they’d find our server, but nothing happened until someone finally realized we’d been overlooked. All we got was a quick “sorry for the delay.” No basket of fries, no gesture of genuine care, just an apology and back to business. A disappointing experience. I’d customer service is important to you, look else where, you’ve been warned.
Unfortunately this was not a hood experience for us. The server seemed overloaded. Too many customers for her area. She brought us drinks pretty quickly but then didn't come back for 15 minutes to take our order. The food was cold, especially the fries. We were given fresh fries but after another 15 minutes. Then the assistant manager came around to try and convince us to purchase $100 gift cards, which we found insulting after our terrible service and food. This was the store in Roseville. I like the store in Elk Grove better.
The food was pretty darn good. However, for me personally, cleanliness of a restaurant is very important. If you look closely at this restaurant it's dirty. The women's bathrooms were gross. You can tell that they are not cleaned well. The doors are red and yet around the locks and all the way down it is black. The walls are dirty, the wooden mini blinds are disgusting and it's just overall a very dirty place. Kind of makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like.
A lot of things didn't go right. The hostess gave my daughter a kids menu when she's definitely eating full burgers now. Another group came in 5 minutes after us and was served first. My beer came out in a mug straight out of the dishwasher, still hot, which the waiter apologized for but... what? Like dunk it in some ice or something first. Made the beer about room temperature. They charged us $2.99 for an entertainment fee which we didn't remember approving, and it took them over 5 minutes to remove it because the manager was eating. Overall, we did eat, the food was a step above fast food, so it was successful.
I normally love Red Robin but my service was terrible at this location. My burger came out cold and the frys were over cooked. Alejandro abandoned us for 20 minutes after drinks. No smiles. Barely acknowledging us at all. Same great atmosphere as always, if a little minus for a wobbling table. I'd skip this location and wait until you're near the Citrus Heights location.
Our experience was terrible. We were a party of three and we were there for almost an hour. I understand it is a Saturday but other parties arrived after us and received their food before. Our server was Neva and only took our order and never checked up on us. Our food took forever to come out and it was cold. When our food finally came out we asked for 2 sides of ranch and we were waiting for almost 20 minutes so we decided to leave. No one else came to check up if we needed a refill on our drinks or a box for leftovers. I noticed our server was at another table that they knew since they stayed talking to them and never came to our table.
We got there at around 11.10, 1115. We had to wait 15 min before someone came to the front to seat us. We got sat and waited wither 15 min for sobering to bring us our waters. We ordered immediately and had to wait over 30 min for our food. It was closer to 40. There were maybe 3 tables with people sitting at the restaurant. ... Our food came out cold. It was really disappointing. Even the fires were cold. It was supposed to be a fun mom and son date and he was just sad about the food... Won't be back here.
I have always loved going to Red Robin and do not know if I'll ever go again. The restaurant was empty with only a couple of tables occupied and the rest of the tables were filled with old food and dirty dishes from previous guests. Because all the booths still had not been cleared of previous guest food and garbage, we were seated at a little table right in the middle of the walkway. Our meals came with just a few fries with the promise from the server to return with more, but that didn't happen until we were almost finished with our burgers. I remember previous visits have fries delivered throughout our meal and even the offer of a fresh order to take home. One of our burgers was completely raw inside. My husband didn't want to bother the server, so he ate it completely raw. I could barely eat after looking at it. I saw another table send their food back, so there must have been an issue with the kitchen this night. We never had our drinks refilled either and I tried to reorder using the table top kiosk, but it did not appear to be set up for that function however we were charged a $2.99 fee for using the kiosk which was really disappointing.
Terrible customer service experience. I called Red Robin about a problem with my order and asked about a refund. The guy on the phone, Jacob, was extremely rude and dismissive. His exact words were, “What am I supposed to do about it?” — seriously? That’s how you treat a paying customer? No attempt to help, no apology, just attitude. I won’t be ordering from here again if that’s the kind of service they think is acceptable. Do better.
We went in for a takeout order and a bald middle aged worker brought us our food out in a really rude manner, then after we said we’d leave a negative review to a different customer who was waiting for a longer time than us, he came out to our car and took our food saying they put two extra burgers in there. We did not trust this food after
It appears they no longer cook their burgers in the store it’s heat or maybe not heat their burgers sent them back twice and still cold. Ordered it medium rare and no pink to be found. Waiter couldn’t move any slower and the worst case of apathy I have ever seen
IDK what happened to Red Robin but man this place sucks. Bad food, dirty dining area, BAD $20 burgers, depressed staff. The thing that really stood out to me was just how FILTHY the dining area is. It's obvious the staff only wipes tables down because every other surface is covered in dust and grime. My parter's chicken sandwich was wet with mayo. The bread was falling apart it was so wet. My burger was mediocre at best. Everything was over priced. TL;DR Red Robin is late-stage capitalism burger. Everything is a little bit worse and a lot more expensive than it was 8-10 years ago.
Honestly the worst customer service me and my family experienced in a long time. Server came over dropped off napkins and said there’s also a menu of drinks on the table and walked away without taking our drink order left and didn’t come back for a long time. We called the manager over and he seemed very annoyed and was not apologetic at all. Server asked us when she finally brought our drinks over if we wanted a batch of fries and we agreed and we did not get. Ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese and did not bring the blue cheese or silverware had to look for our server to get utensils. Overall just a bad experience all the way up to the manager. This place also takes a long time to get food it. And lastly server dropped ice cubes down and a toddler fell ! Told her about it and she dismissed it and was like oh is he ok and we told her yeah but somebody should probably clean it before someone else falls she walked over and put a wet sign and never came back to clean it ! And then they sat another table where the puddle was. This place is totally unprofessional.
Very Rude Pimple faced greeter at 255pm rolled her eyes and made us feel like we weren't welcome when we asked to sit at the bar. She gave us the menus and we went on our way to seat ourselves. [Normally at the Citrus Heights location we seat ourselves at the bar. She made it a point to tell us that next time we have to wait for her to seat us. That girl needs to go as the elder couple next to us exclaimed they experienced the same snooty attitude.
The service was unbelievably bad. Servers were slow, inattentive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. We waited far too long to order, refills were forgotten, and checking on the table seemed like a foreign concept. When service is this careless, it doesn’t matter how the food is. Completely frustrating experience.
Our server Corrine, did not once acknowledge our presence when we sat down. It was quite busy, but died down fast. She started to take our menus from our hands when we weren’t finished ordering, trying to rush us. Also, she did not once ask if we needed anything (refills, napkins, utensils) or was attentive to every other table that wasn’t ours. Furthermore, whenever she did refill drinks and get us boxes; she did not speak one word whenever we said thank you. Asked to speak with the manager and he didn’t do anything to help us. He just simply said “I just clocked on so… I don’t know what’s happening”. Disappointed by the service because I’ve gone to Red Robin, specifically this location, many times and have had many other positive experiences but this one.
I had a server named Hayden and he has horrible service skills. He barely came to our table and brought us the wrong food. I used to love red robin but now he ruined my experience. Get a different server and enjoy the burgers.
This was my first time ever going to Red Robin, and I was actually excited. And trust me, I have a range from Dennys to Michelin Star. And Dennys gives me better service thar this place did. As soon as I walked in, No One was there to greet us (my bf and I). We waited 5 minutes then looked around and saw it was not packed and servers were walking right past me and didn't turn to look at me. I went around to the bar area and saw two employees talking plus the bartender. But the bartender seemed busy. My bf walked up ahead of me towards the two employees and asked them "do we sut ourselves?" They looked at him and ignored him. He walked up and asked them again. I also caught up and said "we didn't see a host and let ourselves in, where do we sit" One of the employees said, " you can sit wherever you want." And proceeded to talk to her co-worker. A server saw us sit ourselves and actually greeted us and asked us for drinks. We asked for water. But i was livid at how busy than one server was and those two employees just stood there talking, doing nothing. We respectfully told the server that we were leaving simply because of those two employees and their lack of customer service, and I apologized. The server apologized for them. I wish I got their names, but I hope they do better. I rated the food low simply because I didn't eat anything.
Terrible service. We were there with kids and waited over 30 minutes for food while everyone was hungry and frustrated. When the order finally came out, my side was wrong, and no one seemed to care. The food itself was okay, but the service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for families.
Got there at 8:15 and ordered around 8:30. We did not get napkins, straws, or silverware with our food and had to wait extremely long to recieve them. We accidentally spilt our drink and the waiter told us she would clean it but there isnt one clean rag anywhere in the place so she cant. They did not clean it up until we were about to leave. After about 40 minutes we recieved our food and our burgers were so well done that the meat wouldn't even stay together and it had parts that were rock hard. We both took a couple bites and couldn't do it so we asked if we could have the burgers removed from our bill. The manager came and said no problem and gave us a free dessert and took the bikl to correct it which took about another 20 minutes. I questioned the burger that was still on the bill and they said oh sorry we will fix it again, another 5 minutes goes by and they bring the bill back again and now both burgers are removed but now the (free) dessert was added on my bill. We are pretty frequent customers and were definitely shocked about the service and food tonight.
Do not go here!!! We came in around 3pm, and we're seated right away. We asked to sit in the bar area since a football playoff game was on. The hostess said the bar was closed (but had a couple tables of people watching the game and ordering drinks. With plenty of open tables.) Then we asked to sit near a TV somewhere else in the restaurant. The hostess went and cleaned a table and sat us in a small table in the middle of the room no where near a TV. Mind you we are 2 big guys who don't do well at little tables and the restaurant was at 10% capacity. There were a bunch of open booths about 6 ft away. I politely asked to sit in a booth near a TV instead. The hostess said those tables are closed. I get it, servers rotate their areas and maybe they were short staffed. Either way why can't I be served 6ft that way near a TV during playoff football. I don't get it. Anyways we left. This is the 2nd red robin this has happen to us at.
Our experience here was extremely frustrating. Our waiter rarely came to our table, even though we saw him checking on other tables multiple times. My husband ordered a beer that took 20–25 minutes to arrive — we could see it sitting at the bar the entire time. It wasn’t brought over until I finally made eye contact with the waiter, and when it arrived, it was lukewarm. Our food also came out lukewarm, and when we asked for ranch, it never arrived. We ordered extra fries as well, but they took so long that we decided to leave — only to see them being served as we were walking out. To top it off, we were charged $2.99 for games we never authorized. I later saw another review from someone who experienced the same charge that night, which feels very shady. Overall, poor service, acceptable food, and questionable billing practices. We won’t be back
I don’t recommend this location, here’s what happen… my boyfriend and I arrived at the restaurant at 7:58 PM and were greeted and seated promptly by the hosts. However, after being seated, no server came to greet us or take a beverage order. We waited about 5 minutes initially and attempted to make eye contact with several members of the wait staff, but received no acknowledgment. After a total of 10 minutes without service, we decided to leave. Disappointing experience, especially after a positive first impression at the host stand.
One of the worst service experiences we’ve had at a Red Robin. The food itself was fine, but the service and handling of our table were unacceptable, especially given that we were dining with autistic children. We were never greeted by our server. A manager, still in kitchen attire, acknowledged us before our waitress ever came to the table. After finally arriving, Beverly took our order and dropped off fries, then disappeared for approximately 45 minutes. During that time, my drink sat empty with no refill. We never received the promised bottomless fries. There were no check-ins, no updates, and no explanation. Anyone who has autistic children knows how critical timing and routine are. Making kids wait that long for food without communication is not just bad service, it’s negligent. When we finally spoke to a manager, there was no acknowledgment of the issue. She silently dropped off the receipt and walked away. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to make things right. If Beverly is our assigned server in the future, we will ask to be reseated or leave. This experience showed a complete lack of awareness, urgency, and basic hospitality.
BEWARE please! I got a togo doordash order at this location, and there was a fellow waiting for his order which was less food than we got and he got his food much after we did and then they assumingly put his irder into our bag of food. Doordash gave me an option of ranch with one of the items i puchased, i chose to get ranch. When we got our order from the middle age to older man with bald, i asked politely and his attitude was horrendous about it, so whatever, i said to the other guy “just leave a negative review, im going to and im sorry about that” I got my food bag and left to my car. Once in my car, this worker the same one who was impolite in the first place comes out to my car not polite at all from their own mess up, and says they put extra food in our bag and needed to take it back for getting the extra food out. Came back and gave us our food back 3 minutes later. And said “i hope you have a good day” in a way that just obviously sarcastic. I have so much sympathy and worked in food before and understand frustration but this was just abhorrent when I was absolutely polite at first asking about ranch, and yeah i got a bit irritated towards the end because who wouldnt after being talked to like im the stupid one for asking about this. This was awfully sketchy, and i fully believe the food was tampered with and got a refund from doordash because i don’t feel safe eating that. We mentioned leaving a negative review which obviously the workers overheard and this is why i believe they came and took the food back and came back with it. I genuinely hope the worker has a better day because he obviously was struggling with something today and we dont know everyones lives and he could be going through something serious but its just the fact that my food was taken back to the restaurant away from my eyes after mentioning a negative review within earshot once receiving my food when i was already in the car for 2 minutes with it that makes me feel not so great and having to get food somewhere else with my refund from doordash. I hope nothing did happen, but i hope that worker gets the help he might need genuinely I have no ill will to him but this was just kind of a day ruiner for me personally. I want him to see that it says ranch right there.
