Very nice sit down restaurant friendly fast service good for a quick bite

This McDonald's was far the best one I have been to . It's clean behind the counter to the lobby. The manager and staff are very polite. The Staff that prepare the food where hair nets and gloves. I highly recommend this McDonald's as a ideal symbol for McDonald's advertisement

I walked in and there is a machine where you place, customize and pay for your order. Then you take a round disk with lights an a number. When the lights light up, it means they are BRINGING YOUR ORDER TO YOUR TABLE !! I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED !!! AND IT IS **CLEAN**. CREW IS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL !!

This McDonald's is conveniently located two blocks away from my house. The fries are really good and they also didn't mind when I went there to pee. Satisfied.

Great covid protocol here. I wish the bathrooms used the Dyson blade hand dryers instead of the antiquated technology they're using but other than that no complaints.

I love the cold caramel coffee latte with whip cream and drizzle. Once in a while a Happy Meal with a prize. Just when Oct started they gave out the cutest Snoopie toys with the meal. Nothing wrong with a little fast food meal once a month to satisfy the brain A cheeseburger and some fries! Yip yip!!!

Nicely designed. This MCDONALD'S takes your order and delivers food to you table. The quarter pounder with cheese was the best I ever had.

Service is fast and efficient. Manager has been there for quite sometime, so he is seasoned on how to manage during busy periods (lunch/dinner). Establishment is very clean and they also have kiosk ordering, as well as through the McD's App.

Wow, I was amazingly surprised. Place is smaller than normal (my normal), but the young lady brang out the food to the table, and the 🍔 burgers and 🍟 fries were freshly hot, not warm , Luke warm, hot 😋. It's also clean and tidy. Tranquility place to eat and talk with family and friends. Friendly staff.

Stopped into this McD's to get a quick meal. The drive-through was busy. The lot seemed full. Went inside to get my meal and was greeted by the manager who took our order and made our meal. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, but our food was hot, and the customers didn't wait long. I feel that when a manager gets their hands dirty and in the grind with their employees, the employees tend to step up and work hard to support the manager and get the job done. Food was out quick and hot place clean. Good job to the manager and the employees!

Ordered the " j balvin meal " on their poster and was told the mcflurry wasnt part of it despite being charged for the meal because i didnt use the app. Also the sign didnt say that the sandwich was a simple big mac. The sign said NOTHING about the app and there was no sympathy for the false advertisement. If i wanted a regular big mac meal i wouldve just ordered it.

There's not much I can tell you about McDonalds that you don't already know.. burgers, chicken and fries. Unfortunately they always seem to make a mistake on the drivethru orders.. missing items or just the wrong thing.

Drive thru had too many cars decided to go inside instead. The employees were very welcoming. First rate service all the way.

Service was great, however, I was taken aback that they close early as I was rushed to place my order at the drive thru. I am used to McDonald's drive thru being open until late or 24 hours. Nice convenient location but don't go if you're hungry after 10pm.

It's a McDonald's, nothing more you can expect from food quality, but the service was nice. It was also very clean and cozy as there were outlets to help keep charge. Also nice peaceful view of the highway as well

Too many spots are being used for the drive thru pick up. People are parking in the handicap spot that aren't handicap. I don't know how they only have one for that place.

Mcdonald's in my opinion has made a huge mistake. The sunrise highway Rockville Centre location has totally changed. They closed for weeks to do a total renovation. It was not for the better. They took a very comfortable atmosphere that was pleasant to sit in and made an austere ,cold, miserable place. As per Mcdonald's new policy the drink fountain is gone. Very poor corporate choice. Food is the same . Front counter was changed so when entering in early morning you are blinded by the sun. The menu board was changed and is extremely hard to read especially with the sun. They closed off the kitchen. Very unusual. What are they hiding? Handicap parking is available. I drive from two away to use this Mcdonald's. It was always my favorite. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Now I don't need to make the effort to use just this Mcdonald's. Whoever did the design needs to go back to design school. Again they should have left what was not broken untouched. Poor choice Mcdonald's.

The service here is almost always perfect. A few flaws are that they don't get the order right on occasion, and that their ice cream machine isn't ready sometimes. Otherwise, this is a great location.

This is our "go to" place when our stomachs desire 'nothing of nutritional value.' We love the fact, that you can sit (nearly) all day and you won't be asked to move. Of course, the prices are decent, the staff is young and quite respectful and the news plays in the background on a variety of mounted tv's... But the last visit was a bit disappointing (6.10.17) as the place was FILTHY!!! The tables weren't wiped down and there were globs of food underfoot... Not good; for an establishment that sells food! (Please note, this was the first of many visits that the place was unkept-- I hope it will be the last!)

Went here at breakfast time some of the employees were rude. It is very small area for ordering food. Front doors are right there so if there is a line waiting to place an order people coming in & out are going to have to find a way thru

Great place to get obese. Keeping this real, this establishment offers very affordable food at great taste, but be very careful eating this food as a complete meal. They make great snack food, but as a meal, leaves very little to be desired as nutritional food. The only menu item I can safely recommend is their unsweetened iced tea.

Yesterday morning, I stopped to pickup breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The counter help was efficient and friendly. All employees were wearing masks. Unfortunately the woman assembling the breakfast sandwiches I ordered was wearing her mask on her chin. Her mask was not covering her mouth or nose. We all know this is how germs are spread. There is no excuse for a food service employee not to wear their mask properly.

Food is typical McDonald's premade/prepared food, which is what I expected. When confronted about a mistake regarding leaving an item out of the previous days order, they became a bit testy. All of them started to talk in Spanish, after I produced the receipt & then laugh as they looked at me. Then they threw away my receipt and told me to have a nice day. I did receive my missing item; $1.79. I did call the # on the receipt and it was a answering machine. They didn't believe me that I called. I don't need 3 workers looking out the drive through window, laughing and looking at me, just because I pointed out a 2 dollar mistake. McDonald on Merrick Rd in Merrick, is far better and respectful.

I visit this particular McDonald's at times and the food is always good. The line, however, is typically slow and the woman who took my order had an attitude due to a simple mistake of the order. Otherwise, the food is great.

I have been having issues with my coffee cup tab often already being opened when I go to drink my coffee as if something was put in the coffee. Also, sometimes, I do not receive what I ordered. Today, I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, and I did not receive it. Every time you call the McDonald's restaurant, the line is busy and you cannot get through to speak to anyone.

Drive through is fine. Regular McD's. Dining room has been renovated. DON'T EVER ORDER CURBSIDE!!! Gave them 2 chances. You wait line you're at a 5 star restaurant and they are preparing a 5 course meal from scratch. Longest. Waits. Ever.

I ordered ahead here for curbside pick up. It was the longest wait ever!! Perhaps I got there at a busy time because it is off the highway... but the lady next to me actually went inside to get her 3 kids meals. Perhaps this is why the employee followed her out with our meals The food was cold and felt reheated. I was disappointed. I'll give them another try at a different time and see if they do better!

It took 17 minutes, after ordering, to get my Big Mac and fries even though I use the drive-thru.

We ordered apple pies, we didn't get them. We were made to wait for our food. The staff was nice just a little jumbled.

Ordered from door dash from this store - while my order clearly has dipping sauces selected. The order was received with not one in the bag. The dipping sauce is part of the experience!! On a separate occasion ordered a happy meal via the drive thru and no toy in the box for my kids… speed is nice to have but I rather wait a bit more and get all items I paid for.

This McDonald's is terrible the staff is awful and they yelled at me for bringing a drink inside that doesn't belong to them. They yelled at me meanwhile I was with my friends and I wasn't doing anything and told me to leave . I suggest never to come to this McDonald's ever again

It is 8:50 in the morning when I approached the drive-thru window at this location and the employee taking orders must have been having a bad day. She rushed her morning speech so I couldn't hear her. As I went to order breakfast because she was mentioning lunch to me... (again at 8:50 in the morning) she didn't give me a chance to complete my order. Before I could continue to tell her what else I wanted, she rushed my order and told me to "pull up to the window" then told somebody else to come finish my order. I don't understand why I was receiving this attitude from her, especially this early in the morning. Instead of me letting her predict my day, when I approached the window I actually asked the person at the window who seemed to be her supervisor is she okay. He shook his head yes and continued on. I didn't feel the need to recieve this attitude from someone this early right before I had to start my own shift at work. I just wanted something to eat and her attitude turned me off. Not the best customer service so early in the morning.

To be clear, I only drove through late at night to get two plain cheeseburgers for my dog because it was too late to make his usual dinner. 🤣 This might be the 3rd or 4th time I did something like this in the 8 years I've had him. When he balked at the first bite I have to admit I laughed a bit! He eventually ate them. Otherwise, the service was fine, quick and accurate as I ordered both cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only. 👍

The Employees were NOT Wearing their masks Correctly and they were serving the public--Shame on them! The Managers should be looking more carefully and Correcting this as soon as they see it. After two reminders, they should be told to punch out and go home! It's Very Important during these times to wear your mask over your Mouth and Nose.

Had the “Big Lettuce” meal....... Yummy... Yum.... Yum! The Big Lettuce is Lettuce crammed in between two tiny slices of bun with a slight trace of some kind of meat product.... And the best part is it’s completely COLD! Such a treat...... and only 12 dollars for a stunning meal... NEVER AGAIN! 🤬

I am saddened by the fact that the service here really depends on who is on duty. I have continuously tried to support this location but the service is unprofessional and horrible. Mistakes are made too often. Too many of the cashiers are rude and unprofessional and the things that come out of their mouth is really unbelievable. Food is slopy when prepared. Why? Honestly, I hate to say it but they ALL NEED TO BE RETRAINED OR NOT WORKING HERE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT. THE FRANCHISE SHOULD HAVE A STANDARD THAT IS REQUIRED BY ALL EMPLOYEES. AGAIN, THIS LOCATION SUCKS!

I come here all the time and usually don’t have a bad experience but this time I was extremely disappointed. I use mobile order when I buy food from McDonald’s because it’s easier. I ordered McDonald’s breakfast at 10:49 am I live exactly 3 minutes away. I get there and the drive thru line is long and there’s cars in the mobile order pick up spot so I wait on the drive thru line and by the time I get to the speaker by 11:04 she tells me she can’t fulfill my order because it’s after 11 am. Mind you I already ordered it so not only should it not be an issue but I would’ve easily been there before 11 if the drive thru wasn’t long. Incredibly ridiculous and was not helpful what so ever obviously they could’ve given me the food or charged me for it through the system instead of the mobile order but didn’t care too… drove all the way to Freeport where they do 24/7 breakfast and will not be coming back. Told her I’d be writing a review and she said that’s ok! So here it is

Terrible service, I rather use one of the kiosks. I’ve had better quality at a lot of McDonalds in NY, the lettuce in my sandwich is old. The girl taking my order was rushing us to make a decision when there was no line. Then she abruptly dropped the bag with my food on the counter going, this is yours. As a customer service worker myself of four years, I expected way more, especially with the new minimum wage. My customer service was not worth $15 an hour. More like $2
