Oh man! My first time there & it was delicious. I had the brisket & cheese sub(forgot their name for it). It was SO good! I kinda can't wait to go back & try something different even though I found it to be a bit pricey for a sub shop. Downloaded the app so hopefully that will help me save a few $. I like that they donate to charity. The kids working weren't overly friendly but not rude either.

Well I frequently go to Firehouse Subs in Rockwall. I always get the BBQ Beef & Cheddar as that is my favorite. They are always polite and give good service. HOWEVER Today, I went and the bread roll was thin and flat. Did not even hold up to pick up the sandwich to eat. It was awful. So disappointed. Hope they have not changed their rolls.

It is so refreshing to walk in somewhere and the employees are kind and willing and happy to help you. I am here right now and the guy you have working is amazing. Even sitting here eating he is yes ma’am and yes sir to everyone. Way to go on hiring such an amazing person. Everyone working has been great too!!

Tonight was my first night trying Firehouse Subs. T-mobile had the hook up for a free medium sub with any purchase this Tuesday. The guy at the counter (I don't remember his name, but he was there on December 8 and said his shift started earlier that day at 4) was very kind and helpful. He gave my husband and I some recommendations. I got the Jamaican turkey jerk, and it was DELICIOUS. Highly recommend. Thanks for the good food and great customer.

Kind staff, fast service, fresh ingredients. Love how the rewards rack up pretty quickly. Only con is I wish there was a plant based deli meat and cheese option for vegans but not this location’s fault.

It was myfirst time trying Firehouse Subs. We ordered it to go, they were having a promotion for leap day of BOGO if your name began with an L, E, A or P. We decided to try the steak and cheese subs on wheat bread. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. The meat wasn't salty and the sandwich didn't give you that heavy feeling. I loved that they offer wheat bread. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely beback again to try other subs!

Might just be the best sandwich shop I've ever eaten at! They make some really good food here and you'll know how much effort goes into each sandwich when you take a bite. The first time I ate here I thought they were taking too long, but the sandwich I got just took that long to make. This isn't the place for a quick lunch, but if you are looking for a meticulously crafted sandwich that's worth the wait, definitely try this place out!

So when choose a sandwich place, I tend to gravitate toward jersey Mike's or subway. Firehouse subs was a place I was forced to go to with my school's basketball team. I ordered an Italian sandwich on white bread. Solid but nothing more. I can't say I have any desire to return but I also have not many complaints. In economics terms, I'd call firehouse subs an inferior good. If I gained new income, the demand for me eating here would go down. Down the drain. Into the sewers. And taken my sewer rats. Other than that, I'd say firehouse subs is good but I definitely don't want to return.

Saturday, 3/13 - around 1:15. My husband and I order for takeout - very simple, 2 sandwiches nothing more. He gets his steak & cheese - fine. I ask for a small turkey w/ provolone, all the way, deli mustard, no onions. I get home (30-minutes away), I get turkey, lettuce and a dab of Mayo. I even repeated provolone & deli mustard - young man said yes, he got it. Seriously, do I need to dissect a simple sandwich to make sure it’s correct before leaving? It’s just so irritating. And then - no pickles on the side. Grrrrrr

Giving it a 3 star because this is the first firehouse subs I have walked into and not recieved the "Welcome to firehouse" greeting it is so greatly known for. As well as all the tables were dirty!!! I had to clean my own table and saw multiple customers have to do so as well. The staff was nice but there were also tables with number signs for customers but they were yelling peoples names out and leaving them on the table. I was here for 30 mins and dont really post negative reviews. I hope this helps spark a little change in a restaurant that makes great food!

I clearly saw he could have good customer service because he was kind to the customer ahead of me. Yet when I came up, I was served a nasty attitude that I was very unprofessional. Nothing wrong with the food or the service, place is just overpriced and overrated. Order came up to almost $20 and it was just a kids sandwich and a medium size sandwich. At least the staff is nice.

Firehouse just tastes better than most fast food sandwiches. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION, THOUGH! Last 3x coming in over a span of about 6 months practically had to beg the cashier and manager to simply attempt to use/redeem my rewards. They still have a sign saying rewards not working, but each time, they worked. It may be employee laziness, or purposely trying to not honor customers’ earned rewards. Last I looked, they still had not removed the sign, and they made my earned free sandwich considerably smaller than the ones you pay for.

Let me start by saying that I love this place. It is my to go place for sandwiches. I was very disappointed yesterday when I was there and none of the staff making the sandwiches were wearing a mask. I know it is not mandated but you would think they would when making food like that. My other disappointment was the cashier was so rude. No greetings, I felt I was bothering her when ordering. Definitely thinking where to go next time I want a sandwich.

I was just in the restaurant and ordered 3 sandwiches to go. We waited at a table for our order. The order was completed promptly but when I got home none of the sandwiches were correct. I ordered 2 club on a subs and 1 turkey bacon ranch. I got 3 turkey, ham and bacon with everything on them. Next time I will have to open each sandwich to check if it is correct! I am not please and do not like these sandwiches. Wish I got what I ordered!

Ordered the steak and cheess sub. Seemed packed way too light for the picture on the menu. From one angle, you could hardly tell the bread was parted by anything in between. Just tasted like bland mush. I think I need to make my own subs, I can do this better ... and cheaper.

Jesus(was sweeping) said "yall gonna order?" When we got our food no one spoke until I said "thank you, yall have a good night!" And the female (mopping) mumbled- yall too. They were all very peachy(que sarcasm) we generally frequent this location but tonight was not a good experience at all.

My fiance and I walked in to Firehouse subs in Rockwall yesterday, (10/1//23 about 12:30) after a bad experience next door at Freebirds. Being a loyal customer of Firehouse subs, there is standard greeting. Someone looks up and says "Hi, Welcome to Firehouse!!" Not here. We walked in and 4 employees looked up but not one said anything. I got to the counter to place my order and I had to say Hi to the cashier, a young kid who I interrupted on his phone. He didn't even acknowledge me. I shook my head. Looked at my fiance and said "Let's just go somewhere else". Not one single person in that place was friendly to us. I came here to leave a review and the bad thing is that's all I see are bad reviews about the terrible customer service and the young kids working at this store that are not polite to customers. You guys lost business yesterday.

I have made sure to tell family, friends, and associates to not come to this location! They touch everything including their hair and nose then touch your sandwich! When We politely said something to Hector, he shrugged his shoulders and laughed. Also, We were trying to use our points but because the system was down they couldn’t honor it. Hector was the most rude employee we’ve ever come across! We asked for a manager which of course is his sister! Who else would hire this guy! So, his actions will NEVER be reprehended since it appears to be a family ran location. Hector laughed at the fact we wanted to complain to his manager who’s his sister. he went back and forth arguing for minutes. You’ve been warned to go to another cleaner location and one with better customer service!

The kid running the cash register needs to learn some manners and be more customer friendly. If you’re not up for a customer facing role please hand it over to another person. There are plenty of people who needs a job and will go above and beyond for that position. You just lost a loyal customer!! Very rude service. Terrible service. The cashier wasn't paying attention when I walked up to the counter to place my order. The ice wasn't working in the drink machine. When I asked if I could get ice due to the issue I was given a sparky remark and no solution, so I had my order refunded from a combo to just the sandwich. Very rude customer service and the lobby was absolutely trashed. I'm very disappointed because I enjoy the food. They also forgot to give the pickles with the order too. I won't be coming back to this location.

I placed a catering order online Tuesday for a Saturday pickup. This was lunch for a wedding party. This was two sandwich platters and a cookie platter. I received my confirmation of order. Saturday morning at 10:48 I get a phone call stating they just saw my order and there was no way they could have these ready by 11:00. I then asked if we backed off until 11:30 could we get them? I was placed on hold only to be told they only had 2 people and their 11 o’clock person was running late. One excuse after another. This was the second chain store to do this to me I’m a month. The first was for a memorial service. Both were important events. Needless to say I called an independent business owner who was more than happy to take my order and rush it. The day was saved. I will never trust another chain for an important event again. Such a fail!

If I could give them -5 stars I would. I went there two different times within months of each other and HAIR was in my food. The first time I told them about the hair they said 'grossss' and I asked why don't you guys wear hair nets the young lady said she was never told to wear one. The team couldn't give me a refund because they didn't know how to process the refund and the manager was off and wouldn't answer the phone. They took my name and number so she could process the refund but I never got a call back. I went back to Rockwall probably 3 weeks later for the refund and the owner/mgr gave me a refund apologized and even asked me to give them another chance that he was short staffed due to covid and I understood where he was coming from. I went back a couple of months later, noticed the workers not wearing a hairnet...I still ordered(I shouldn't have). I checked my sandwich before I left and there was yet another long black hair in my food. I cringe thinking about it now. This time the team was able to give me a refund and he said 'we will go ahead and refund my entire order as a courtesy' basically since I made my drink and I was drinking it already. I left it all there and will never return. Imagine how many people have had hair in the food and didn't check it. I now check all of my food especially layered sandwiches.

If the kid that helped us would have put his dam phone down he might have gotten our order right....3 21 24 1200 Not ever going back. Live 30 minutes away. Get home to find out wife's order has no provolone cheese she asked for but has mustard she said she didn't want. Gave 2 dollar tip but they took 2.78. FOOD SUCKED!!!! Hope you all go under...

Very unprofessional. I walked in for lunch and the young lady at the cash register was very rude. The whole store heard her arguing with a customer because the employee didn’t wash her hands after taking out the trash and handling food. She stated she used hand sanitizer instead. She was very loud with the customer and snatched the food she payed for back from her. It was a very unpleasant experience. But based on the reviews it doesn’t seem customer service is a priority at this location.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been on multiple occasions and they close down the kitchen 15 MINUTES EARLY. This has been the case every single time. I understand cleaning the dining room early and most of the sandwich machines, but to shut down every single one of them is outrageous. It’s really disappointing.

The service here is extremely poor! The way the workers treat and curse at customers is ridiculous! Then when you call and ask for a manager the lady is (something Garcia) should not be managing! She's just as bad if not worse than the employees. We will not be returning to this location I'd rather drive to Garland! The owner needs to make a surprise visit and witness the mistreatment of the customers that are invested in his business.

Must be under new management. I will not be going back when I used to go every day. I ordered my sandwich, which wasn't supposed to have onions. When she brought the sandwich, they actually gave me a medium instead of the small that I had ordered. A pleasant surprise. But the sandwich had onions on it. I told her and she took it and came back 5 seconds later. I asked if she had just pushed them off to which she says yes. I told her I need a new sandwich. Instead of fixing it with the med size she had given me to begin with, they gave me a small. Waited from 1:02 to 1:18 to get my food and nobody was in front of me or waiting for food at the time. New manager got rude when I pointed out what was wrong.

So I went there to get food with my gf. They didn’t seem friendly at all when we first got there. Waited a while for us to be greeted or acknowledged, even though they saw us. My gf ordered her sandwich and got it correct. I ordered the hero sub, with everything. I didn’t bother to look at the recipe, but when my food was ready, I noticed the recipe and sub was the new chicken sub. I don’t see how one can mistake hero for chicken. I ate it anyways, as I’m not picky, and just won’t eat here anymore, I’ll just go to the Mesquite location which has amazing service. Also, they didn’t bother to tell us it was going to be a long wait time until AFTER I ordered and paid.

Just picked up our family order... Missing a drink and chips off one order. And then the apple juice and chips off my kids order. 😒 My sandwich didn't have extra cheese on it and none of the sauce I asked for. When I walked in the guys just kinda pointed to where I was supposed to pick up my order. And I said thank you they didn't say anything back.... Also none of our sandwiches came with the pickle spear. Huge let down

Placed a DoorDash order at 12:33pm. Order said ready at 12:50. 120pm still no order as I watched everybody else get their orders. Workers seemed very incompetent. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m hungry and pissed at the terrible service.

Ordered today a couple hours ahead of time, pick up our sandwiches, get home, and they're totally cold and soggy like they were made at the time of the order vs. the time of pickup. On top of it, the steak sandwiches we ordered only had about 1/2 the meat as the last time we ordered. Plus, they forgot the pickles. This location almost never provides the sauces ordered to accompany the sandwiches, either. Trying to locate the manager's contact info, which isn't available on the site or anywhere, so leaving this review here to share my experience with the community. I'd recommend taking your hard-earned money to another location or sandwich place, cause this place has been disappointing for months now.

Ordered two subs through door dash both subs were incorrect called the store asked if next time I come in they could remake it, was told no I had to come right then or it wasn't happening even though I had mentioned to them I work 20 minutes away and was about to be in a meeting. Took photos for reference when I spoke to the manager she was rude about the situation. Edit: Went back to have my sandwich remade and was denied and was told it wasn't their problem.

I went to FireHouse subs and placed a order online. My sandwich couldn't have been more wrong. I finally got hold of customer service and they got hold of the owner of this store Vance Reynolds. He offered me a free combo. I thought that was really nice of him. I go to the store and showed them the email he sent me. They laughed at me and said that's only for a drink and chips. I was in shock. I wrote him. And he said that's correct. I said my chips and drink were correct it was the sandwich that was wrong. Simply wrote back im sorry. Have a great day. This location has horrible reviews and now I know why. With the Owner being the way he is to his paying guests I hope this place looses business because of these reviews. His staff was absolutely horrible. The girl that worked the cash register should be fired for laughing in my face. I will never be back to that location.

When I go to Firehouse I order the same thing every single time the Hook and Ladder. When I went Tuesday I ordered the same thing when I got home I had one slice of turkey and one slice of ham on a medium sandwich unbelievable. I tried calling, no answer and I even left a message and I still haven't received a call back.

This location consistently locks the doors before their posted closing time. Last time I could see the employees looking at me as I anxiously rattled the door. They then darted to the back area like little rats. I finally made it in 30 minutes before closing and they actually accepted my business. This location consistently locks the doors before their posted closing time. Last time I could see the employees looking at me as I anxiously rattled the door. They then darted to the back area like little rats. I finally made it in 30 minutes before closing and they actually accepted my business. No smiles, no thanks and a pretty hastily made $20 sandwich combo which tasted nothing like the ones I’ve had for the past 15 years. This location is a poor example of the Firehouse brand.

Ordered two subs through door dash both subs were incorrect called the store asked if next time I come in they could remake it, was told no I had to come right then or it wasn't happening even though I had mentioned to them I work 20 minutes away and was about to be in a meeting. Took photos for reference when I spoke to the manager she was rude about the situation. Edit: Went back to have my sandwich remade and was denied and was told it wasn't their problem.

When I go to Firehouse I order the same thing every single time the Hook and Ladder. When I went Tuesday I ordered the same thing when I got home I had one slice of turkey and one slice of ham on a medium sandwich unbelievable. I tried calling, no answer and I even left a message and I still haven't received a call back.

I went to FireHouse subs and placed a order online. My sandwich couldn't have been more wrong. I finally got hold of customer service and they got hold of the owner of this store Vance Reynolds. He offered me a free combo. I thought that was really nice of him. I go to the store and showed them the email he sent me. They laughed at me and said that's only for a drink and chips. I was in shock. I wrote him. And he said that's correct. I said my chips and drink were correct it was the sandwich that was wrong. Simply wrote back im sorry. Have a great day. This location has horrible reviews and now I know why. With the Owner being the way he is to his paying guests I hope this place looses business because of these reviews. His staff was absolutely horrible. The girl that worked the cash register should be fired for laughing in my face. I will never be back to that location.
