They only do burgers, so there good at it. They also have very good customer service friendly atmosphere and people that work there. They all act like they enjoy their job which I hope they do they do make good burgers and fries at a reasonable price. I Always recommend
What a refreshing experience and a change from my visit to McDonald's in my previous review. All of the employees are smiling when they greet you and are kind and helpful. You can see the food being made it's not hidden in a back room like McDonald's latest remodels. This is truly a wonderful experience. The food is fresh and real!
How does a company get things so right. Fantastic food and staff. Fairly quick to serve considering how many people flood this place during busy hours. Couldn’t ask for much more other than a better and faster drive through.
Burgers are great! Fries need an upgrade but I came on here to bra about the cashier Braylen KE as it says on receipt. He soooo professional & demonstrates strong customer service! I hope his leadership is aware of this. You don’t see many young men that amazing! Great job kid! I can see him in a leadership role one day.

I stopped by this location and ordered a Double Double with well done fries and a strawberry shake. The food delivered strong flavor and everything came out hot. The fries had a crisp texture. The shake tasted fresh. The staff stayed friendly and kept the order accurate. This spot gives you a solid visit every time.

Food was very good and affordable. I love how there is only 4 different options on the menu. It takes out all of the indecisiveness of ordering at a restaurant. The burger was really good with a juicy flavor. I highly recommend getting the special sauce with your burger. It makes it taste amazing. In comparison to most other restaurants, this place was AMAZING. PERFECT BURGERS, thick, SMOOTH MILKSHAKES, and FINE FRIES. I genuinely haven't tasted any better food (and my big self knows a lot about food). The service was great. Pleasant workers and all that. The atmosphere was also great. Overall, it's a perfect restaurant. 100% would suggest. The food's REAL food, believe it or not.
One of my favorite places to eat! Their French fries are the best homemade fries around. I also love the grilled onions they put on their burgers when you ask for it. Great food at a very affordable price. I get the #3 every time I go there.
You have to go early morning on the weekend! As in: Right when they open! Otherwise, you'll be waiting in line forever! My husband and I went right when the doors unlocked and bought 2 animal style fries and 4 burgers. The fries we enjoyed at the table and the burgers we took home. This place rocks when it's empty. The burger is perfectly cooked, the grilled onions and extra spread take it to the next level, and the fries? Definitely get them animal style too. The staff is always polite and keeps the line moving quickly, even during busy hours. The place is clean, well-run, and delivers that classic In-N-Out quality every time. It’s easily one of my favorite spots to grab a quick, satisfying meal. If you’re in Rockwall and craving a solid burger, this location won’t disappoint.
Very friendly staff. Eva, at the register was very quick to take our order and kept on smiling. My burger was so delicious with extra vegetables. All the food came out hot and fresh.

We love going to In-N-Out Burger when we find one. The location was good right off of the interstate. The atmosphere was also good. Service was great really fast. The food wasn't as great as we have had from other locations though. The burger sauce didn't taste right like it was about to go bad. My daughter ordered the animal fries from their secret menu and the sauce tasted bad so then I tried my burger and the sauce tasted the same like it was going bad so I scraped it off and put ketchup on it. We were disappointed with the food. Hopefully it was just a bad night for this location and it's not like this everyday.
First time tried their burger and I like it. Better than other franchise and a close tie with A&W, imo. One thing I didn't like is their super small menu, you don't have any options than their three burger variations. Will try again.
Should have gone for the double double, some items in other visitor pictures are not on menu and being busy the server probable skipped the part what other things I can try. Burger tasted overall good fries were fresh.
We love in and out and the food is always delicious! The staff is always super friendly! The only thing is the restaurant needs a little more cleaning especially on the vents where people sit down to eat! When the air turns on you see the dust fall.

**EDITED 1/2026: I have to unfortunately update this review. Since I initially visited this location a few years back- the quality of the food has gone downhill. I recently visited and my fries were dried inside and tasted like they had been refried multiple times. The burger lacked everything it once had what a shame, this place used to hit all the marks and now doesn’t come close to my original review. My absolute FAV!!! This place is a must! The burgers are so juicy and simple yet bring so much flavor to your palate! “You want some onions on that?”
1st time here. Place was clean and the staff was nice and professional. It wasn't to busy but it took a little extra time to get my order. Personally I didnt mind. The burger was ok. Small buns and patties. Im glad I got the double double (double meat and cheese). The fries was hot and good when I got them but once they cooled in 3 minutes I couldn't eat them. I didnt realize I could get chili and cheese on them as it's not on the menu. Maybe that keeps them good longer. I would have ordered the animal style fries had I known. Maybe it's a secret menu thing??? Pink lemonade was good. No other options other than a burger, except fries. That's the extent of the whole menu. I dont understand what the hype is about. Must be a nostalgia thing from out of state people's childhood.
