Greta place. Haven't been to an In-N-Out since we moved to Tennessee 11 years ago. Employees were kind polite and just as sweet as pie. Food was delicious and super clean place. Isabel H was fantastic and deserves a raise.

I was thinking of wow another overrated burger place. I was definitely impressed by the quality for price. Quick, clean, fast, and delish. One of the few times the hype lived up the reality!

In and out in Rockwall did not disappoint. Had it for breakfast at 10:15 am. Yet to have a bad experience at any in and out. 2 double double meals for 21 bucks is a great deal compared to other places. Thank you in and out for keeping prices down.

Took my sisters here while we were driving through on our roadtrip because they had really wanted to try in-n-out. After working at a fast food place with a menu way too diverse, it was refreshing to see a simplified menu here. The focus on just the burgers and fries shows as we all really enjoyed the burgers. I was not a fan of the fries but sisters liked them. Would probably eat here fairly regularly if I was local!

This is our third location we've been to, traveling 200 miles for this, and it STILL didn't disappoint... The food knocks ALL OTHER fast food chains out of the park.. Better yet, everyone here actually looks like they WANT to come to work.. Overall, a great experience 👍🏾

Best burgers at the best price anywhere. It is always packed, but anything thats that good, its going to be. But you don't have to wait long, they get it cooked fast. They also have pup patties for your dog, which my girl always gets! Highly recommend! I wish they would come to the east coast!

In-N-Out never disappoints. The burgers are fresh, the fries are hand-cut, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. You can taste the difference in quality compared to most fast food chains—everything feels intentional, from the toasted buns to the crisp lettuce. The secret menu is a fun bonus (Animal Style all the way), and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for what you get. I just wish they had more locations outside of the metroplex. It’s frustrating having to drive so far just to get that signature taste. Expanding into other areas like Abilene or Texarkana would be a game-changer—there’s definitely demand, and they’d crush it. Until then, it’s worth the drive every time.

I've been to this one many times. It's consistently excellent. A great alternative if you need to eat gluten free. Just order your burger animal style & they'll give you a lettuce wrap. I like it better than the bun. The employees make a decent wage there too. Makes you feel better because the job is probably challenging. Try it you'll like it.

In-N-Out has never failed so far! Their burgers are delicious!!! Fun atmosphere and they give out cute little hats for your kids! I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the area and looking for a yummy burger!!

Been going to In-N-Out for about 38 years now and it will always be my favorite. This location is probably one of the cleanest ones I’ve ever been to, which is saying something because they pride themselves on their cleanliness. The staff is also super polite which is another staple they pride themselves with. You can always expect a quality burger and fries here and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

During our road trip to Austin, TX, we spotted the iconic In-N-Out batsign and couldn't resist making a pit stop. What a fantastic decision that turned out to be! The double cheeseburger I ordered was an absolute delight – just the kind of satisfying burger I had been craving. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised by how immaculately clean the restaurant was, which further enhanced our visit. It's safe to say that we'll be eagerly returning for more of In-N-Out's delicious offerings in the future. Highly recommended!

This is my second time visiting In-N-Out restaurant since I was 16. The employees were very nice and helpful. Ordered a double cheese burger with animal fries. It was delicious and extremely affordable. Tasted exactly how I remembered it very good! Not too bad of a wait if you’re patient and is between 10-20 minutes for drive-thru. If in the area will definitely be back again. 10/10 ;)

In n out burger is always a great place to stop, this one in Rockwall is our go to stop because we live in Arkansas right now so this is the furthest east In N Out burger as of right now.

My first time eating at In-N-Out Burger with my dad and younger brother. One Double-Double, Animal Style and Protein Style One Double-Double, Animal Style One regular Double-Double and 2 Cheeseburgers -and fries I will say, it was flavorful and light for a burger which is nice for a change. It’s not enough to fill you up BUT enough to keep you satisfied until your next meal which is what you want! Now having one Protein Style (meaning no bread) is an option I believe every fast food restaurant should have for its customers, whether for gluten free sensitivities or not. If you do decide on protein style on your burger of choice, get two for buying your trip’s worth. Last but not least the shake- the strawberry flavor was delicious! Not too thick, just right. Better than Steak n’ Shake in my opinion!

Ordered drive thru on Labor Day before heading home to Houston. Was nice to see directly into the kitchen where food was being made as we waited in the drive thru line. Burger was good, fries were thin and crunchy, keeping us full for the 4 hr drive back. I know many praise their burgers and fries for being freshly made but I couldn't taste the difference vs another fast food. However, for the sake of my health, I'll chose this over other burger joints if given the option as fresh usually means less preservative and processing. Price point is also on point!

You can't go wrong with the double double animal style, a side of animal style fries and a milkshake. I wish the seating was more comfortable but it is still one of our favorite places to eat as a family. Customer service is top notch.

When ordering the burger with the ring of onions as the bun, they can do a better job! I had maybe 3 onions on each side that didn't stand a chance at being stable enough to use as a bun for my burger. They were limpy, so I requested lettus and that helped a little. My family enjoyed their food immensely!

Obviously one of the best fast food restaurant in the states. I love the fresh Fries and the delicious burgers. Waiting time was very long, more than 10 minutes, even not a lot of customers were around... Will come back for sure!

Very good burgers, everyone loved them. I found mine a bit salty but coming from Spain and Europe in general, we find that a lot of American places add a very generous amount of salt to their meals.

I never thought I'd get less than 5 star food from in n out. It's my wife and my favorite burger restaurant. The 4 stars is for the Fry's. They must have changed the quality and brand of oil they use to cook them. They were very dry and lacking the yummy taste and flavor they used to have. They taste like sticks of cardboard. Not good guys. Go back to your original recipe please.

We love going to In-N-Out Burger when we find one. The location was good right off of the interstate. The atmosphere was also good. Service was great really fast. The food wasn't as great as we have had from other locations though. The burger sauce didn't taste right like it was about to go bad. My daughter ordered the animal fries from their secret menu and the sauce tasted bad so then I tried my burger and the sauce tasted the same like it was going bad so I scraped it off and put ketchup on it. We were disappointed with the food. Hopefully it was just a bad night for this location and it's not like this everyday.

Maybe it's better if you eat in vs to go but this isn't anything to write home about. The burger and fries were ok and everything had a decent price. Wildly fresh so I'm a bit confused how a 10 min drive home makes the fries go from looking amazing and smelling awesome to a solid clump. Nothing was on top of them other than a napkin. I don’t come to an In-N-Out often because my state doesn’t have them, but the burgers were exceptional. I cannot say much for the fries as they were clearly undercooked. Biting into them tasted like biting into a raw potato almost like they hadn’t sat in the fryer to get that fry texture. The workers were super nice and customer friendly. Anytime I ask for something they were so polite. I would definitely recommend someone go here because I’m sure the fries were just having an off day. Everything else was fine!!

I think the only reason I eat here is because my son lives the animal style fries and my daughter lives animals style fries and burger. We went on 5/21 and something was wrong with the bread. I don’t think it was fresh. It kept falling apart or something and it turned our stomachs.

I recently visited and my fries were dried inside and tasted like they had been refried multiple times. The burger lacked everything it once had what a shame, this place used to hit all the marks and now doesn’t come close to my original review. My absolute FAV!!! This place is a must! The burgers are so juicy and simple yet bring so much flavor to your palate! “You want some onions on that?”

1st time here. Place was clean and the staff was nice and professional. It wasn't to busy but it took a little extra time to get my order. Personally I didnt mind. The burger was ok. Small buns and patties. Im glad I got the double double (double meat and cheese). The fries was hot and good when I got them but once they cooled in 3 minutes I couldn't eat them. I didnt realize I could get chili and cheese on them as it's not on the menu. Maybe that keeps them good longer. I would have ordered the animal style fries had I known. Maybe it's a secret menu thing??? Pink lemonade was good. No other options other than a burger, except fries. That's the extent of the whole menu. I dont understand what the hype is about. Must be a nostalgia thing from out of state people's childhood.

Just got double double combos for my family and the the fries were reheated and stale, dark in color and the burgers were cold, quality is not what used to be.

I always eat here when I drive into Dallas and the food is always great and service is fast no matter how busy they are. This is a very inconsistent location unfortunately. The fries are always overcooked. Burgers get seasoning sometimes, its hit or miss. Today I took my fries back OVER COOKED, then they gave me new ones, MORE OVER COOKED THAN THE FIRST BATCH. Been In-n-out customer 40 years from California. Too bad they don't cook the same as the Cali stores. They just don't get it and the managers don't have clue how inconsistent they are.

Absolutely unbelievable experience tonight at in and out. Completely undercooked burgers, one of which practically raw. Had issues at this location prior and been given the gift cards from customer care, however I didn’t want that this time, I wanted a refund because I simply did not eat my meal and to be frank don’t really wanna eat at In-and-Out ever again, just to be told I could only get the refund if I went back same night. I wasn’t offering to go in a week, I offered to go tomorrow simply because I didn’t wanna take a 30 minute drive at 10:30 at night to get $24 back. So low and behold I almost got poisoned by y’all’s cooks, and y’all weren’t willing or “allowed” to offer a refund unless it’s same night, so I instead have 3 gift cards for meals that I do not care to eat, Thanks 😌
