Great experience! We were asked about arrival order which was great! We were able to tell them that the car ahead arrived before us. Fast service and the drinks were great!

How does this place not have more 5⭐ reviews??? The service is always great, everyone is friendly and smiling. I frequent this Dutch Bros everyday and to my surprise earlier this week the broista hand delivered my drink at my car AND a cute little key chain!! I think they all know my order now because I get the same thing everyday. One day I forgot my purse and my tap to pay on the phone wasn't working, rather than turn me away they made my drink anyways and sent me on my way. This place is a gem and so is everyone that works here!! Dutch Bros > Starbucks

I am so glad we have a dutch in our town. The team is amazing. I went today and the line was crazy. They had people outside taking orders. People at the window Taking orders. It was about 1pm. I see so many people complaining about the wait when it is busy. I am ok with a wait as I know every drink is made to order and fresh. I love the music, the energy, the options and the team. I also love the price and points for free drinks. The quality is worth the wait for me.

I have fallen in love with Dutch Bros. Wife and I go everyday, sometimes twice a day. The personnel are amazing as if they were hand picked for personality and work ethic. I have done quite a bit of research and I now have invested snd will continue to invest heavily in your company. I see great things coming, pray the growth is not in haste. I can see a thousand stores pop up in the eastern states over the next 10 years so I'm in for the long haul. Great job to everyone, keep doing what your doing. Success doesn't come overnight

I am a newbie to Dutch Bros Coffee. I wanted a sugar-free caramel iced coffee. The young lady taking my order suggested a sugar-free Golden Eagle. It was great! My dog was with me. The Barista asked me if he would like a pup cup ! So my little man got a pup cup with a dog bone! He loved it! I downloaded the app, so next time I can get a free drink! I will definitely be back! Great product and service!

2025- I tried their Cocomo iced coffee which is a smooth creamy sweet mocha and coconut coffee, yum! They have new dessert-like iced coffees available including pumpkin and cookie butter. 2024-I felt like an iced coffee on my way home and I saw this on the side of the road. I stopped for an iced coffee and I ordered just a mocha iced coffee although they had all kinds of very interesting combinations. It was nice and rich and creamy just the way I wanted. It looks very clean on the outside and they had servers that would come up and take your order on an iPad while you were sitting in line. Sometimes I do like just an iced coffee rather than a Frappuccino and that was the mood I was in so this just hit the spot.

I’m down here for job training, and decided to try Dutch Bros as we don’t really have them locally. I went very basic. I only ordered a mocha, chocolate milk with espresso. I worked at dunkin’s so the menu is very different style compared to that. The customer service was amazing! I wish I asked for the workers name. She went above and beyond during my order. She gave me another coupon for a drink. I’ll come back and try the rebel next time I think :) . I manage fast food and was more than impressed with my interaction. I did pick up my order around 12:42 pm if that helps.

Recommend! Love me some Dutch Bros. Driving through the area on way from Dallas, always glad when a Dutch Bros is near, decided to stop at this location. They are wonderful. Great service, delicious drinks. Tried the Kicker for the first time, recommend if you enjoy a nice coffee drink.

So freakin happy that there's finally a location in Rockwall!!! The atmosphere gives off fun and chill vibes. They're quick to come out and take orders from the line if there's a huge line of cars. The conversation approach to customer service makes that time waiting in line seem short and you don't leave feeling angry that your drink order took longer than it should've. My go-to order has always been the Nutty Irishman, flavor is always on point. I tried the Hazelnut Truffle this past weekend and now have another favorite drink!

My new favorite coffee spot!! All the staff is so sweet and so helpful.. drinks are so much better than Starbucks.. honestly I don't think I'll ever get another Starbucks again now.. Dutch Brothers is my favorite.. I suggest trying to drink called the annihilator so good.. and you can sign up for rewards Really great place super easy super fast and super good priced way better than Starbucks as well!!!

First time here. I ordered the carmalizer. I should have asked for only 20 pumps of syrup, instead of the 40 it seems they pumped in. I can't drink the syrup. I wanted coffee. Revising my review. The company immediately reached out and made it right. I wasn't expecting that at all.

I'm not a huge pair of these syrups what they use. The service was always great. Everybody always has a smile on their face and it's always served very quickly. Though I do feel like everything tends to be poured a little short with tons of room left in the cup whenever you're asking for coffee or any other drinks. So I'd recommend that they add another twenty percent to actually fill their cups.

I am used to a Dutch that feels like your friends, other locations where they talk to you at the window and are almost trying to make friend with you. That used to recognize me and know my order, I was there for a pick me up and upbeat conversation with the Broista not just a quick coffee. I've held off in writing a review for a while but it's just disappointing every visit.

For paying 6$ for a hot coffee you’d think you’d get the coffee you want. Gave it a few shots here but will just go out of the way to go to another location.

Their shakes aren't shakes, they are milk poured over slushie ice. I got a cotton candy shake tonight, it was absolutely terrible. I immediately noticed it was the consistency of colored milk, the girl said "I can hand make it instead".

My husband and I usually love Dutch bros, the Forney one is great! But I don’t think this location has gotten our order right a single time. We always order on the app. Today we put in an order and arrived more than ten minutes after submitting. Not only did we still have to wait. It was wrong. And we didn’t have the time to do anything about it.

Haven't ever been to a Dutch Bros before. Definitely disappointed. Got a medium Golden Eagle, waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and I got a drink that was basically all milk with some caramel in the bottom, couldn't taste any coffee whatsoever. Won't be coming back.

Rockwall location by Walmart always get my orders and they taste like crap, the one in mesquite is 10x better

Ordered on the app and set it for a pickup time, I arrived 20 minutes late and they said it wasn’t ready yet and I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes.
