Always order from here for personal and for our dealership. My fault I am last minute on our large orders of 40+ pizzas but this location always comes through and makes sure it happens! They are great at communication if the large orders will take a little longer. Very happy with them!

I got to admit this was the best dominos location I’ve ever been to! The pizza was done before the estimated time & the portion of my topping was more than usual which I loved! I will return (: P.S. I ordered a Philly steak pizza with Alfredo sauce

I came to Domino's Pizza to order the 'gluten free' crust, Supreme topping Pizza to go! The gluten free crust wasn't any different tasting than the regular type and the entire pizza was great! I wouldn't hesitate to return to get the same pizza again. You should give it a try.

Let's make sure we know what sauces go in the perfect combo dishes that way when we order for delivery; we are not missing items we paid for. Also please get paper plates it's a highly essential item. Also please do not precook pizza then warm it up and serve it to customers. It should be made cook to order always.

I always order dominoes because it's my favorite, and it always taste good and looks like it cane right out of the oven and it's not hard to chew. But I wish they would add more sauce and cheese. I always have yo order extra cheese on the pizza so it can have an actual regular amount.

I was impressed, though not awed, at the flavor of the pizza. Back in the day we'd order Domino's (when it was just pizza) and it was never that great. In fact, when Little Caesar's finally showed up in town with their Big Foot pizza, dominoes was only something we did at my great grandma's house from then on out. However, they've upped their flavor game quit a bit these days and while it hasn't reached Mod Pizza levels, Domino's is a great go-to for quick pizza for large get-togethers, or solo Netflix binge nights.

Pizza was good but we never got the offer for our "emergency" free pizza and we've ordered 3 pizzas so I'm not sure what's up with that..kinda disappointed but the pizza was good

There was so much sauce on the pizza it was soggy. The toppings just slid right off. I would rather have the pizza from Sam’s big box. That says a lot!

Craved for Domino’s as we had it at work the other day. Was excited. Place order online and picked it up. Order was wrong, and burnt. Asked the lead guy to personally remake it and thankfully he did. Noticed one of the other staff members was working at the cashier register, then touched his cell phone, and afterwards went to the line and handled pizza toppings without washing his hands. I informed the lead guy, and nothing came out of it. I understand work can be busy and being short staffed doesn’t help, but it’s not right to sacrifice hand hygiene especially in the restaurant business. This is the first and last time I’ll order food from this location.

Quick and speedy service. Only good thing I can say. Person on the phone didn't have good communication skills. Or at least decent. Delivery driver was acting like he didn't want to be working. No thank you, no have a good night. And finally when I open my jalapeño and pepperoni pizza, I don't find any jalapeños. It's covered in olives! I loath olives!

Disappointed that my order was misdelivered. Pizza may be simple, but I was looking forward to a treat at the end of the week. I will credit to the service guy at the other end and the store manager. They did try to make things right

Just get curb-side and don’t bother with delivery. Maybe it’s because they don’t have enough people to deliver or something of the sort, but two hours for a single pizza? This establishment should change their tactics of business cause it’s not working out so great. I’m still waiting on it as of now and I doubt it’ll be even warm.

Online site says 42 -52 mins for orders. It took 2 hours and the pizzas barely had warmth to them. Spoke to the manager he said they were short on drivers and pizzas are kept under a warmer. Clearly the warmer is broken.

Called to place an order for delivery at 5:04, was told it would take 30-35 minutes. I called at 6:00 to make sure the driver hadn't had trouble finding us as it had almost been an hour. Was told everything was fine. 6:30 rolled around, so I called to make sure everything was ok with the order. He checked my phone number, said they were very busy but that the driver was out delivering and should be there any minute. When 7:15 rolled around (still no pizza) I called to see when I should be expecting it. I was put on hold, then their end hung up after 7 minutes. I called again, was put on hold for another 7 minutes and then told my order had never gone through. She said she wasn't sure what happened but that someone may have exited out before completing the order when I called and placed it. I asked how that wasn't caught the other few times I had called and was not given an explanation. Their being busy I can understand and wouldn't have minded waiting an hour, but lying to me on several occasions is unacceptable.

I was just called that my order could not be completed because “their ovens broke.” This is after the fact that I had already called that we had waited 2 hours for our order and assured that it would be made and on its way. They had the opportunity to tell me this information when I called the first time hours ago! Now it’s too late to get anything anywhere else! Corporate is going to hear about this for sure!!!

More often than not, the tracker indicates pizza is ready and it sits there for 40-60 minutes before the driver leaves with the order to deliver. Just cancelled another order that was ready and getting cold for 36 minutes. Ridiculous. They just can't get the job done at this location and have no idea why. Corporate should either train new management or shut it down.

Yea I guess it's too late to call for a pizza , because my call keeps getting dropped , as soon as it's about to be answered waiting on a voice to ones again see that my call is dropped , I'm hungry, I'm sick and I'm at work , and no options, on eating anything tonight. Thanks Domino's, real class act!

Do not order delivery from this location. Multiple reviews state delivery times are not close to the ETA. They are true. I ordered pizza at 3pm on a Friday and have been waiting close to an hour after 20-30 estimated. If you order, I recommend pick up only.

Picking up the phone is expected. I waited for 13 minutes. If they are closed, then make use of the phone system to inform the caller. I see that many others are experiencing difficulty with this location and am not surprised. I hadn't ordered Domino's in years and looks like it won't be any time soon if my only choice is this location.

Food was great but Matthew O. took FOREVER to deliver our pizza and showed a very careless attitude. As long as he isn’t delivering your pizza you’re in good hands

We were really looking forward to having a pizza delivered and a night in. It took this location over an hour to deliver our pizza and they delivered it to the wrong house. At this point we cancelled our order. I won’t be a returning customer

Placed an order on the Domino's App & stated it would be 30-45 mins, received a call from Domino's stating it would be 2 hours before I got my food because they were behind. I asked to get the order cancelled & to please refund my money, she stated it would take 3 to 5 business days to show & that it would be processed at night, I said okay Thank you & we hung up. I then changed my mind & called back to tell her to continue with the order and she stated it had been cancelled & voided on the card but before she stated it would be at night hmmmm okay... Which one is it?!

We called the store and they didn’t care and just hung up. Tried to ask the driver why they are so late, and they didn’t speak English. Which is interesting because they were driving an American car on Texas roads. How do you understand what to do or where to go if you don’t speak English? I mean I wouldn’t expect I could move to Mexico or some other foreign country and get a delivery job without understanding their language or driving laws

I had ordered a pepperoni pizza for my kids ages 2 and 3 I had most of the payment I was just short 62 cents ..and the guy has to call his boss to see if he can take the cash I did have unfortunately his boss said no I have to have $0.62 in order to get a pizza crazy right ! All I was just trying to do is give my daughter the best birthday ever because she just got out of the hospital from being on breathing tubes ... Don't bother ordering from this place !! Me and my hole family will stop ordering here 💯👎🏽 God bless tho

I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:41pm on a Monday evening and was quoted 45-55 mins to be delivered. I ended up not getting my pizza for almost TWO HOURS later which ended up being cold. Not happy with the service. I’m not the type to call and complain but with service like this I’m likely not to return

I figured no problems on the time since it is, after all, Friday and I know they are busy. When I got to the door to turn on the light, there I found my cold pizza sitting on the ground with the receipt sitting in the box on top of the Pizza. Are you kidding me? I called the store and found out that is was James who "delivered" the pizza. The person who answered the phone sounded very young and said "I am sorry I will talk to the driver." Unless he is the manager I am not sure what good that will do. I have no idea how long the pizza sat there before I found it. I was 15' from the door. There was no doorbell, no knock, and no phone call. I am hungry so I will reheat and eat it. However, if this is how your Rockwall location handles deliveries, you might consider a new delivery driver at least. Garbage service. I will never order from Rockwall again and have serious doubts about Domino's as a whole. Simply unbelievable!
