Wonderful place to visit and sit and enjoy some good breakfast or any time of the day. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Love the home made tortillas being made in full view behind the glass. Have enjoyed weekly Saturday mornings with a local men’s breakfast for the last several years.

I love the crispy beef tacos here, very much. Every time we come back to Texas to visit, I have to get their tacos and chicken tamales. The chicken tamales have the perfect spice to them, and the chips and salsa are amazing. My family also loves the tortillas. They are soft and enjoyable. I can't wait to come back and visit again so I can get my taco fix. I also know I can get them anywhere, but I can actually eat the Rosa's tacos. I think it's because the potato pieces that are in the meat offsets the flavor of hamburger meat. I can't wait to visit again.

Went there for the 1st time on a Tuesday & we all ordered Taco Tuesday for $6.39 or a total of 5 plates. Had to bring some back since we didn't get the chips & then 1 plate had 2 soft tacos instead of all crunchy. I understand they are very busy and they also changed it without attitude or whatsoever. Food was very filling and got a bunch of soft taco shells for free.

Quality is always consistent. Food is always prepared very quickly. Margaritas are plain but good enough for how cheap they are. Salsa bar is always fresh and clean. I wish they had hotter salsa but that is a personal preference. The Chile verde is my favorite thing on the menu. I love that there is always plenty of seating and the tables are always quickly cleaned and ready for guests.

We lived Rosa's great food ,fun, beautiful atmosphere. They make the tortillas right there and you can watch through a large window. It's order at the counter and pick up when ready. Large seating area and lots to look at 3 fountain drink areas, a salsa bar, and did I mention food is amazing . Large portions and fresh tortillas. It's a must visit for me. They also have drive thru .

This was my first trip post pandemic and the first stop was here after leaving the airport. There were many good selections to choose from but decided on the fajitas. The portions were great for their price. I did not have to wait long for my food after I ordered which was a plus. The customer service was impeccable from start to finish which is a rare find in NC. When I am in this area again, this will truly be on my list of places to dine. I will be recommending Rosa's to my traveling friends.

Some of the food is great (tortillas, queso, chips) but some of it isn't that good (rice, taco meat). There a drive through but it doesn't lean too hard into the fast food vibe. They will bus your table when you're done.

Great sopapillas! Taco Tuesday is the best day and good food for the value. The margaritas are lacking in taste/flavor, size and alcohol (while then being overpriced due to those limitations). Charge for chips & salsa is a bit high... Can be a mad house at prime dinner hour. Hard to find a table and especially for large groups over 5-6 (fitting at one table). Good tea, soda, etc. and salsa stations great! Been a long time Tuesday customer, long live 🌮 Taco Tuesday 🌮 😁

3.0 stars. 1st time to eat at this location. Stopped in for Taco Tuesday special. Caught off guard as it’s been a few years since eating at Rosa’s and the pricing for the special has increased. Chicken was lacking in quality. My hard shell tacos were soggy and beans watery. Restaurant had a good many tables that were dirty and sticky.

Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory is a counter-service spot we really enjoyed. The ordering process is simple, and their menu is easy to navigate. Prices are reasonable, especially considering it’s a casual place with indoor seating and air conditioning—a nice bonus compared to many other counter-service restaurants. The dining area stands out: it’s very clean, colorful, and bright, giving it a more inviting atmosphere than the typical Mexican restaurant. Another highlight is their salsa counter, which offers a variety of options to customize your meal. Their tortillas are made in-house, and you can even watch the process, which adds to the experience. Location-wise, it’s near Costco, so the area can be busy, but parking hasn’t been an issue as there are enough spaces. Restrooms were also clean and well-kept. On the downside, I did have some stomach issues afterwards, which I hope was just an isolated incident since everything else about the visit was positive. Overall: A colorful, clean, and reasonably priced counter-service Mexican café with fresh tortillas and plenty of salsa choices. Worth trying if you’re nearby, though I’ll be cautious on my next visit.

1 ⭐️ – Not a burrito. Ordered the Fajita “Burrito” with guacamole. What arrived was basically Taco al Carbón. I even confirmed with staff that this is how they serve it. Calling this a burrito is misleading. There was no full burrito wrap or typical burrito ingredients. Just fajita meat in a tortilla. For the price, the portion and presentation were not worth it. Menu descriptions should match what is actually served

I had a bad experience on Food, we order the fajitas for 2, first the fajitas were Not Hot!!! They were warm then when we move them around the bottom part were Plain Cold!! Second they serve us fajitas like if it was for one Person, I even ask them if we were missing another plate cause that wasn’t enough!! Not worth this Place The Tortillas were just warm. Wouldn’t have mind but serving Cold food! Our total was more than $60 bad bad bad

Visiting our son who recently moved here from Colorado. He heard the food was good, so we tried it. He says Texans must not have taste buds or don't know anything about mexican food. He misses the food in Denver. If you like Del Taco, they are much better than this place. The interior is great but the food was not so good.
