The food is great. Most of the employees were awesome. There was one employee that was rushing. I think she was the manager because she seemed to tell the others what to do. She seems rude, yelling at the employees and had a bad attitude. Didn't smile at anyone. The other employees were nice smiling and very respectful to the customers.

At Five Guys, the fries are there real star. Made from fresh potatoes, not frozen, the fries have great flavor and texture. They're 1/4 inch cut, making them thicker than the typical fast food fries. And, if that wasn't enough, Five Guys provides a generous portion for your order - even with the little size. The burgers are OK. A bit sloppy, but they do come with any and all the trimmings you like. A little hamburger or cheeseburger is a single party. The regular is double party. You'll probably find the little burger ample, especially with the generous fries. While you wait for your order, get a bowl of complementary peanuts in shells. Nice touch! The decor in n the restaurant is rather spartan and the music tends to be a bit loud. But service is fairly quick and courteous.

Really great burgers and fries. The only reason I don't give them five stars is their hamburger buns. They just suck. Also their iced tea is nasty. Otherwise service and environment are great.

11-8-2025 Hamburgers & fries were good. The Reason for 3 Stars The staff had the temperature Cranked Down to 60 Degrees inside. When the Outdoor temperature was 69 Everyone had to eat outside All tables were full outside. No one wanted to eat inside because of the FREEZING temperatures This happens every time we Visit.

Live in Rockwall and my first time here! I eat just about everywhere in Rockwall, i gave it a three and here is why, 20.00 for a small combo? Maybe 15 or 16, place was clean and food was good, they ask for a tip on register and don’t even walk the food to you, the ice tea comes out of a machine and it tasted like water! (No Good) the fries are good and a small is enough for two people

Honestly, the food was good & service but the I couldn’t help but to notice how this lady treated her coworker. I will say I had no idea what was wrong with this young man to get treated like he did by this lady in a black shirt but some people don’t deserve a level of authority. This young man was TRYING & it was not hard one bit to just see he was TRYING but the patients she had with him was very unnecessary & immature. No customers complained beside this one lady who brought her fries back & the young man happened to make them. When i say this lady was impatient & disrespectful towards this man who was TRYING. She was disrespectful. I pray for his mental health & things of that nature because that lady did not take it into account. YOU DON’T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT NO MATTER HOW OLD YOU ARE OR THEY ARE! BE MATURE & HAVE SOME EMPATHY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH AND I’M GOING TO PRAY FOR HIM CAUSE YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE HE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND BUT HE WAS TRYING. I don’t wish unemployment on anyone but this lady needs it to be brought to her attention. Thats how people off themselves for real. Overall the food was good & when the young man took my order he it good because though he was messing up, HE WAS TRYING

The customer service was fine. I will be back. I wish some of the tables were a little cleaner but I understand they may have been a little short staff. Now my food. Half of my burger seems a little too done. It was good but Tudor what you pay there you don’t want burnt bread. And I don’t send food back. I just deal with it or eat around it.

If you want a 5 star rated meal for the high price charged, you gotta get the biggest burger possible with as much stuff on it as possible. Otherwise the burger is subpar in comparison to any Joe Shmo drive thru. I don't particularly like the buns they use, especially when a little older. The French fries are the absolute winner here and they will give you more than enough with the small size. Delicious! Prices are real high, understandably so with 9 people in the kitchen at all times. However, it does not translate into speed when waiting on your meal. I visit 3x per year for this reason.

Overpriced!! Not sure if it’s due to Biden policies or just greed, however $16 for a BLT, small fries and regular drink seems a bit much for what you get. As for the taste…not good either. Bacon was burnt and had the taste of previous-day’s leftovers. Fries were hot and tasty though. Would not recommend unless you have money to burn.

My wife and I went to the Five Guys in Rockwall on February 6th, 2026. We were kinda celebrating and having a cheat day. We have loved this place in the past. The arrogant young man met us at the register and seemed perturbed and lacking patience for some reason. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers 1 order of fries and 1 drink. When he announced the prices was $48 that was the final straw. Honestly, that is the most expensive fast food meal I have ever heard of. No more Five Guys for us or anybody I talk to until the company get back to reality. As a side note, if you over pay your hamburger flippers and try to jack up the prices you will lose in Texas. This ain't California. We have common sense here.

Walked in tonight and ordered some food. Now I worked in the food service industry. I've been there. Not too keen on people coming in right before closing time, but I'm grown. No one put a gun to my head and made me take the job. But whoever the woman is that works the night shift, with buzzcut, needs to fix her attitude. I am not the reason that you have the job you do, nor should I be treated like it. Because you don't like your position, does not mean you get to spread your negativity all around and quite frankly, be an angry heathen to any customer. My company used to cater from here, just did last Saturday. But you can believe, that Saturday was our last catering order. No more from me, or my dealership.

Ordered 3 burgers, got home, order is wrong, so I guess i’m just out that money and food. Tried to call, called twice, no one answers, voicemail box is full. Unacceptable. At these prices I expect my order to be correct.

Placed order for delivery directly on their website. Then got notice that order was ready for pick up. Told him this is for delivery. They said they work with a third-party delivery service and I would have to contact them myself despite the fact that everything I did regarding placement of the order for delivery was directly on their website. Incredibly poor customer service that I've never experienced with them having placed many orders in the past. What totally sucks is since we now have to go pick up the order that's sitting there already made which means it will be 30 to 40 minutes old by the time it gets home. Totally ruined eating experience!

DO NOT order delivery from the is location. They sent me COLD, half order, of a small fry. The manager offered a Gift Card but I do not have a car presently, so I won 't be physically heading out there anytime soon. Save your money and time and do NOT order take out fron this location. I have never had a problem with the price of food from Five Guys as the Burger is always worth it to me. But I don't think I will patronize this location EVER again

Your prices can take the piss. $13 for a fast food cheeseburger is price gouging and you suck. $5 minimum for fries? Get lost. It's not even that good. I went to Freebirds.

This is the first and last time in Five Guys United States. I’ve been to Brighton/UK restaurant a couple of times. The fries were edible there. My son got a cheeseburger and fries, he couldn’t eat the fries for the first time in his life. Ok I know, they do everything a bit more oily. But this is not fries, this is oil, the potatoes heve never turned into fries like this. Had to threw them in the first bin I saw. And as for the service, the girls here are great they were very kind. Prices? You cannot charge us 15.35 for vegetable oil!
