Came into this location on Saturday afternoon. Food was great, restaurant was clean, and lastly the customer service I received from a young man at the counter named Khaid was exceptional. He was so polite and attentive. I could hardly see the menu as I had left my glasses in the car. He noticed that and offered to read the items off the menu for me. How sweet! His parents should be proud of the respectful and courteous young man they have raised.

The drive thru line moved quick, while there were a few cars ahead of us. The young man who took our order had the perfect voice for it; Very clear, kind and polite. Our food came quick and boy was it delicious! We only went through the drive thru, but the outside is very well kept. No trash flying around their lot, and their trash cans weren’t full. Families were outside enjoying their food at their tables.

I live in Little Rock and there is no Culver’s here. Recently discovered them on a trip to Florida and again to Cincinnati. Was delighted to find one in Dallas. They seem to be sort of a high-end fast food without a high end price. Food is served on plates instead of Styrofoam packaging. I would never eat fast food other than Culver’s if given an option. They would always be my first choice. The food certainly did not taste like fast food typically does. How do I give them a 12 out of five? More stars needed.

I haven't eaten at a Culvees in almost 18 years. I recently heard of a High school classmate of mine that opened one up in Denison. Training for work brought me to Denison for a week and I decided to support an old friend. Needles to say he did not disappoint. I ate lunch there 3 days in a row with several coworkers. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and service was amazing! Brad, you are doing great things! It was great to see you and your mother.

Culver’s has hands down the best fast food burger around, but I rank it third on their menu behind the fried pork loin sandwich and the fish & chips. As someone who grew up in a family owned seafood restaurant in New England, my mind is always blown by how good the fish and chips are. The fish is amazing!

We were in the area and wanted to grab a bite to eat, so when I googled nearby food options, Culver's came up. We have never heard of them before, but I saw that the reviews on Google were really nice and the photos looked interesting, so we thought we'd give it a shot. When we walked in, the cashier that attended to us was Joseph. I explained to him that we've never been there so please bear with us. Joseph explained the menu very well and gave us the options to change an entrée into a meal, and just really helped us to order our food. The food was really good, I only wish that the serving portions were bigger for the price we paid. We had the butter burgers, spicy chicken sandwiches, and a jumbo shrimp platter with fries and soup. This review MUST include a word about their custard!!! It was really really good. So rich and creamy. The kids loved it too. Now, to explain this restaurant would be to say that it's like a cross between a fast food restaurant and a dine-in restaurant. You go to the counter and place your order, and pay, then they give you a order number decal (to be displayed on your table) and tell you to be seated and that the food will be brought to you. I met Reed, the manager at the time and complimented the service we recieved. He was also a very courteous and polite individual. I mentioned that I would be posting a review and he was delighted. We will definitely be back. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 STARS FROM ME.

I love Culver's. I love the food there, especially the hamburger. The bread is super soft, I always eat the Bacon Deluxe, almost every week I go there, the ice cream is really delicious.😋😋

The food was very good! It seemed like really fresh ingredients and like a burger cooked at home on the grill. The bacon was good and crisp. They also have delicious custard for dessert. Plus lots of shakes and malts. Prices seemed reasonable too. It's a fast food place but it feels more primo than most big name fast food places.

It was my first time here and a customer helped me order. I ordered the kids butter burger meal which came with fries and a drink with a scoop of custard with one topping(nuts, fruit or sauce). Next time I will get the grilled cheese sandwich. Since this is a Wisconsin company; cheese curds can be substituted for fries. The good was great, delicious and non-greasy.

First time trying this place and I went maybe 20 minutes before they closed and honestly thought the food would be cold but my burger and fries were cooked to order. Even the vegetables on the burger tasted fresh. Patty could use a little more seasoning but overall it was pretty good.

Always a 5 for us! We traveled 2 hours to get Walleye. Which brings me to my next point... Please, please, please put a Culver's in Longview or Tyler. This was my first time here. I tried their single patty mushroom and swiss butter burger with a small French fry. Their fries came out freshly cooked, crispy on the outside soft on the inside, and they are crinkle cut fries. The butter burger was very juicy, the bun was very soft and flavorful and they included plenty of mushrooms as well. I'd say they were a step above many fast food burger joints I've tried and I enjoyed the meal this afternoon.

This location was very professional, consistent and the food was delicious. I am actually driving 40-45 minutes to get a burger once a week should say something about the multiple options around. Restaurants don't care anymore about the food or the people working. But Culver's gets it right every time.

Great place to grab a quick meal. Basket deals are a good value. So far, we've tried the Wisconsin Swiss melt, fried cod sandwich, Reuben melt, and double cheeseburger. All were fresh, hot, and delicious. Friendly employees and clean store help to make it a pleasant experience. Haven't tried the custards yet, but plan to, soon.

The place was packed with all walks of life and the atmosphere was refreshing. I got a butter burger and onion rings and my wife got a fish sandwich and cheese curds. Oh my gosh!! I cannot get enough of this restaurant! Their food is so good. I had their North Atlantic cod. The portions are large and both the breading and the fish are absolutely delicious. If you get the dinner plate it comes with 2 large breaded pieces of fish, fries, coleslaw slaw, and a roll. I can never finish all of it. I also tried their shrimp and they were really good, very high quality. Try the cheese curds, they are quite tasty. Be sure to save room for their frozen custard. On my last visit I had their "Flavor of the Day" and it had chocolate & vanilla swirled frozen custard and caramel topping and brownie bits. It was really good and creamy! If you like root beer be sure to grab a cup because it's some of the best I've ever had.

I stopped by Culver’s at 2475 Ridge Rd in Rockwall, TX, and wow what an amazing experience! I ordered the ButterBurger combo with a strawberry milkshake, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ButterBurger was hot, juicy, and perfectly cooked with that signature buttery bun that melts in your mouth. The fries were crisp and golden, and the strawberry milkshake was thick, creamy, and bursting with real strawberry flavor definitely one of the best shakes I’ve had anywhere. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. You can really tell they take pride in their food and service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend this Culver’s location if you’re in the Rockwall area! 🍔🍓🥤

never had any issues with service nor have we ever had to wait more than 5 mins for our food, their butter burgers are just the best, the buns soft and toasted to perfection. cod sandwich isn't bad either, lightly breaded and flakes just right, not overly salted. generous hell point of fries too. strawberry shake is a huge favorite of mine, it's got chunks of strawberry blended perfectly with vanilla custard.

While I’m sure the faire is delicious- This isn’t going to be a food review…. This restaurant is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in. Literally spotless- the trash cans., completely sanitary. And that (usually) nasty little kick plate in restaurants behind the counter? GLEAMING... These windows are so clean not even your mother in law could find something to complain about. Not one gross thing in this restaurant. Even the bathroom smells good, and not like fast food food. Like smells better than my bathrooms at home. Shocked and awestruck, Oh ya and the custard is pretty commendable too, I would nearly drop my icecream on the floor and maybe just initiate the 5 second rule here. But I might just come back in to just admire the windows…..

I had been wanting to try Culver's since I saw it in Chicago. I'd heard they had delicious hamburgers and Fries. Well they were right. Their Butter Burger made to order was so fresh and tasty. Their Crinkle Fries and Onion Rings were good too. They also sell chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, cape cod sandwiches, salads and frozen Custard in different flavors. Their place is nice and cozy. Everyone is so friendly. I've already been twice. I suggest you give them a try.

Went to Culver's just to try it, and I'm glad we stopped. I am the type to ask a lot of questions. Every question asked an answer was given. The lady that helped me, I can't remember her name it started with the letter S lol I know, very vague, but yea. She was so good and patient. She walked me through everything, made this visit a 5 star. It was very busy. I would say this establishment is a place for families and large groups to meet up. It was packed but just enough room for all of us. You order and pay at the front counter, and they serve you at your table. It was one person kinda walking around making sure everyone was good, but for the most part, it's really self-serve after you order. Our food was good. Fries might have needed a little bit more salt, but nothing major. Overall, I'd eat here again if I was in the area. Thanks to the lady for the great service 👍🏽

Today was my first visit to a Culver’s and I was NOT disappointed. We went through the drive through and the woman that took our order was SO NICE and helpful. She gave helpful suggestions and told us what they have, and what comes on each thing. When we paid at the window, we got 3 free small spoon samples of their custard! I thought that was nice. I ordered the shrimp, which was pretty good, especially for fast food, and my son ordered a chicken sandwich which he said was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Someone from Wisconsin told me that I *had* to stop and try Culver's because of the amazing fried cheese curds. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could swap my fries for the cheese with a modest upcharge. Sadly, the cheese curds disappointed and I prefer what is offered by A&W Restaurants. In a surprise, the sugar-free root beer and butter burger were the winners during my visit. I will probably return as there are other interesting options on the menu that looked appealing.

Ummmm, it feels like a burger place out of the mid-ninties. Old school restaurant atmosphere as far as decor. Food is pretty good if you want a smash burger with no frills. Food comes fast and the ice cream is amazing. Reminds me of my dad taking us to the local mom and pop burger joint when I was little.

Home of the butter burger. Burger was pretty decent, although they go a little heavy on the mayo! Not a huge fan of the crinkle fries, but they were hot and crispy today. Service is arrays friendly, inside atmosphere is slightly more upscale than your usual fast food joint. Bit higher priced than your typical fast food burger chain, but a vary large menu that includes things not usually seen in a burger restaurant, like a pot roast sandwich, or Rubin. They are famous for their custard, but I've never tried it, always too full after eating.

The food was as good as at other Culver's we've been to in Utah and Arizona. The service was even better than some of them. The dining area had too many seats for pairs and not enough seating for families and groups.

The burger patties are thinner than we expected, for the price. They were still quite tasty. There are plenty of seats spaced apart, throughout this location. If you play Pokémon Go, there is 1 Pokestop here and enough Pokémon in the area to catch, while you eat.

My family have been a customer of Culver’s since before they came to Texas. We first became a customer in Branson, MO. Then within the next year of that initial visit, they started popping up in our area. I have been a customer of this location since they first built it here. Their food is always so good. From their perfectly cook crinkle fries, to their excellent cheese curds. I even love their butterburgers. Let’s not forget their customer service. Most of the time it is on point. Occasionally it’s meh, but not enough to complain about. Now this time. I usually skip around on the menu as to not get stagnant with my order. We go in and I see the advertisement for their new ( well, back ) burger called the Pepper Grinder Pub Burger. That first taste was good. But that’s where it ended. The burger itself was so dry all the moisture from it was completely gone. Making it taste like a beef flavored piece of cardboard. The bun was so stale that it cracked with every bite. The cheese itself was not that hot and not melted, kind of like it was put on as an afterthought. The peppercorn mayo was really good. I really don’t know what to think about this. Will this experience hinder me from returning to Culver’s? Probably not. Will I order the Pepper Grinder Pub Burger, again sadly probably not. Maybe the cook was having an off day. Maybe they were new. Who knows. I know it was not a good experience for me. Maybe yours will be better.

Updated review. Been coming here for awhile now. Lately when I order a hamburger they give me a cheese burger so that's been annoying. The food is good as always. Would recommend the butter burgers.

The burger meat was very tasty! We loved that our fries were super hot! The service wasn't the best. We had a large order (via drive thru) and after each order, the girl kept asking if we finished ordering! It was so annoying to have to keep telling her over and over we have more orders. And then after all that she didn't ring up our cheese curds but yet gave us the sauce for it. We had to go back for the cheese curds which took so long that our food got cold! The food wasn't that good to put up with the service.

I live 5 miles from this location. By the time I got home the fries were ice cold. The order wasn’t right. Order had 2 fish sandwiches the fish is only as big as half of the bun. No tartar sauce. I ordered a Wisconsin Swiss burger. It’s wrapped like a child did it. It was wrapped in a piece of wax paper which leaked through on to everything the was as thin as a kids ham sandwich. Dry as all with no flavor. Probably won’t ever go back.

I placed an order through the drive through and only ended up with half my food. I didn't want to go back through the line and it was in the evening. So the dining room was closed. There was only a car ahead of me, but it took 15 minutes to get a kids meal and what was supposed to be two sides and two drinks out. Overall I was disappointed.

I hate to be this guy! I love culvers, it's a daily go-to for lunch. The staff is super nice, burgers are always delicious but I have a small complaint. Granted, my order is a little out of the normal, but here it goes. I always order my burger to go and bunless, I always add mustard, mayo, and ketchup but they never ever put the condiments on or put packets in the bag. 8 times in a row for me I've just been sucking it up. Before I would always have to go back in and request the missing items, fork and knives included. I would just request that management get with the to go team and drill the process of following the tickets, making sure the order is understood and completed as listed. Never get my order correct. If I ask for no Mayo my burger gets piled with Mayo. If I say I want ketchup I get none at all. Terrible service , terrible line no condiments no napkins , no receipt just rushed burgers with mayo all over the bun… and Rock hard fries so disgusting… threw most of it in the trash I used to come there every week but the team you had there must of quit because service has gone way down hill! Try harder !

Manager on duty (Cassidy) refused to correct our order after another team member told us to keep the incorrectly made ice cream and they'd bring a replacement. We had eaten and thrown it out and the manager came out with the replacement, talked to us for 2 minutes about how people (like us?) try to scam them; I cut her off to tell her I wasn't interested in being accused of trying to steal ice cream and she took the replacement out of my hand and threw it in the trash Edit: contacted culvers per the response from them. No response.

Definitely "Under Construction" and "Closed until further notice" as of February 6th. An update on here would be nice. Drove 45 minutes wanting some custard, will just have to go somewhere else.

Yall, please update your hours if you’re going to have a closure for maintenance. I am pregnant, was craving Culvers, and just drove an hour to arrive and see that only maintenance trucks are in the parking lot and everything is closed. Literally love this restaurant, food is amazing, I just don’t want to have to drive an hour through traffic to realize that I can’t get the food I was craving, ESPECIALLY while pregnant🥲
