Great option for a town with way too much greasy fast food. Got the Ceasar salad and a Rise & Grind smoothie. The smoothie was outstanding. The salad was also very good: lots of greens, toppings, and dressing. The options here are wonderful. We needed this type of place! We had no service issues. The raspberry lemonade was fresh and unsweetened! Love love. We will return.

Pretty darn amazing! We came by to try something different and we were not disappointed. We had the Thai bowl and the Seoul bowl and they were both amazing. The staff were super friendly, the food was legit, and the store was super clean. We will have to try an açaí bowl or a smoothie next time - enjoy/disfruta! 💯🔥😁

The atmosphere is very nice. Clean lines, bright colors, mostly physically clean. They have some delicious sounding options. They offer grain bowls, salads, acai bowls and smoothies. They have house-made drinks as well. The produce is fresh and crisp. I knocked off one star for price. One salad with an added warm topping plus a drink was $20. It's a good amount of food, but it's unsustainable pricing for the average person. There are places like Salad and Go where you can get a giant fresh salad for 6.99 that are better options for a daily salad need. This place is worth trying at least once if you can afford it. But I would say this is the high end for salads. For price point reference on good salads, Salad and Go is cheapest, Salata is mid range, and Crisp and Green is high end. The two drinks we tried didn't have a lot of flavor but I appreciated the options. The parking is also slim.

I liked the place it is an interesting concept of salads with toppings on them and they also have some pre-made recepies that you can choose from. The inside is cool and pretty modern. The persons making the salad are pretty nice. The salads are good , they also have smoothies. They also don't have traditional drinks like coke and sodas. They do have tea and flavored lemonade and other fruit waters. The only down side is that it can get pretty expensive if you start adding alot of things to your salad. Over all its a good place to try but can be expensive. They have alot of different things you can add to your salad alot of diffrent toppings and proteins and even an egg. They have several diffrent dressings. that you can get on your salad tossed or on the side. They have the crispy things at the end like blue chips croutons crispy onions and some rice cracker thing too. They have smoothies I tried the rise and grind I believe it's called its banana with coffee and other ingredients. The smoothie was pretty good too.

I ordered two bowls, the bold and the buffalo & the classic chicken ceasar. The rice was not fully cooked and still a bit hard, the parmasean crisp were hard and chewy and the bacon I added and paid for was missing. Overall I was a bit disappointed.

Fourth visit at this location and salads have been very good. Ingredients are super fresh. My last experience was a little bit unpleasant. Ordered my salads to-go, got home and realized there was a piece of plastic sticker from the avocado in my food. Ugh for the price you pay I would expect better attention to detail. I went back the next day to complain. Store associate laughed it off didn’t offer any apology.

Amazing food and vegan options. Customer service could definitely be improved. No one looked happy to be there. I waited several minutes with my toddler to order with 4 people in the kitchen just staring at us. Will definitely be back but just won’t expect much.

I really want to love this place, but the quality has been inconsistent. It often seems understaffed, which may be contributing to the variability in service and overall experience.

I’ve tried so hard to love this location but sadly, I given up. I typically get 2 Fiesta bowls delivered at least once or twice a week, sometimes 3. If it isn’t undercooked rice, or dry chicken, it’s either missing or wrong ingredients. Last week was the worst, I took one bite, the bowl tasted and smelled off, not fresh and the jalapeño lime dressing was an oily (almost slimy) clumpy mess. It actually looked gross. With all of the recent recalls on food lately, we were afraid to eat it and threw both bowls away and didn’t bother calling to complain yet again . Prior to this, I hadn't noticed that the Rockwall location is no longer on the Uber ap, and accidentally ordered from the University Park location. Even though delivery was 1 hour the bowls were perfect, very different from what I was getting g on the regular. I wish I had taken a photo of that locations jalapeño lime dressing to show how different they were prepared. Truly a bummer because there aren’t too many healthy food options in this area. The managers are courteous and seem to be trying. I hope this location can eventually get it right.

The counter service is extremely slow. The poor girl working had just started, and no one else was helping her. 5 of the 6 customers in the building were literally waiting for food. This is counter service, and should take less than a minute to build your food order. The taste was ok, or even a little bit good, but not great. Many of the ingredients seem to be low. My wife literally got 2 slices of cucumber. Most of the ingredients were literally be scraped out of the bottom to get “enough”. $38 for 2 people (2 bowls and 2 drinks) is too much for very slow service and mediocre food. First time visiting, and probably the last.

I just ordered two bowls for delivery through the app. The Bold and Buffalo the rice was not cooked all the way and was still very hard. I couldnt eat it all. :( The second bowl was the ceasar classic and the parmasean crisps were rubbery and did not eat and they forgot to add the bacon that I paid extra for. We also ordered the acai bowls. They were very good.

We have been to this place several times in the past. The first few times that we ate here, it was good and we had no issues. Then, they started charging significantly more for the same bowl that we always got and the employees were not friendly. So, we decided to give it another try yesterday (Saturday) for lunch. We walked in and the three employees there barely looked at us and ignored us. We stood at the counter for about 2 min before anyone acknowledged us. Then, the female employee said someone would be with us. We waited another 1-2 minutes and a male employee walked over to us. He didn’t smile, greet us, or even asked what we wanted. He acted like we were an inconvenience to him. He was SO unfriendly! Most places you go, the employees will at least greet you and ask how they can help you…..not here! After he made our bowls (which were not 100% correct), he rang us up. He mumbled our total and didn’t even thank us. Honestly, he looked like he was on drugs. Then, we asked for a fork (they were out in the canister). All three employees acted like we were bothering them. A male employee dropped off some forks in the canister and didn’t say anything. The whole experience was just not good. The food was “ok.” I don’t know how this place is still in business!

To whom it may concern my visit at the Rockwall Texas location was a complete disappointment and has been for a wait. I’ve never been to a salad restaurant that runs out of lettuce. Do not go to this location at all. I preordered two salad today for a 7pm pick up and what I received was a disappointment and a waste of time, gas and money. Tennile'
