I went to the local Rockwall location and I had not had Jack in the box in a long time. So, I decided to order from there one night and the food was really good as well as the service. I ended up ordering again from in the same week. Thumbs up......

I'm giving this place five stars not because of the service or anything else it's fine I tried the new Jack in the box smashburger and I must say it is excellent 5 out of 5 stars for that burger and I am not a Jack in the box fan by any means but they just earned a new fan because of that burger!!!!!!!! 🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔

Ive never enjoyed going to a fast food restaurant like I have with Jack In the Box!! The workers in this Jack In the Box made my visit one of a kind! Christopher and Ector were the best workers and showed amazing efforts to keep us satisfied. Definitely going again👍🏽👍🏽

Not much to say place is a typical fast food place like anywhere else. Service is good,Clean inside. But ngl this place is open late so i love to come to get a quick bite but sometimes this place is so ghetto there are sometimes homeless men are outside and people in the parking lot drinking and doing drugs.

I went through the drive-thru.. my cashier was friendly, smiling and very pleasant!!! I wish I would have asked for her name!!! It was so awesome to experience!!! When I experience service like this I tip...I gave her $10 (I would have given more, however that was all the cash I had on me) and she was sooooo very appreciative! Made me happy! The food was great...fresh and hot! Long line that went very quick!!!

Honestly I feel so bad on how the workers here get treated.went thru the front behind a man that had inappropriate manner he threw food at this poor girl and he stated taking pictures of her, fortunately he missed and it didn’t hit her but that was so uncalled for. I asked if she was okay and she seemed a bit shaken but she was so kind and continued to do her job wonderfully. This young lady was so sweet even though she just experienced something so awful.

We went through the drive-thru we got everything we ordered except for a breakfast sandwich so we drove back around since they were closed at the lobby. I told the lady who originally took our order that we were missing a sandwich she had us drive to the window. she was so nice and helpful she even gave us a free drink and extra fries. I felt really bad considering I used to work drive-thru so I know exactly how it can be. She expressed her greatest sincere and apologized a multiple of 3 times before we drove away. She also mentioned she was short handed. As nice as she was I really hope she treats her employees good considering the place I used to work for management wasn't that great.

I always get jacked up at the very thought of some hot and juicey meat from jacking da box. I thoroughly enjoy an ultimate cheese burger with curly fries, of course. How many corporate bonuses I've paid for by now is beyond the abilities of quantum computational calculations. I'm quite sure there are entire storefronts I personally paid for in burgers and assorted goodies. I'm serious when I say, "Go get your jack on. I mean, let them fill your mouth with a big ol' piece of meat and lots of sauce to wipe off your lip. Get you some tonight, tomorrow & anytime you feel like a great meal.

Stacy you are AWESOME!!!! My vehicle would not fit the drive thru and I accidentally placed an online order without noticing that the dinning room was closed. I walked to the drive thru (from a distance) and let them know my issue. The young man turned to let someone know and let me know that someone would would it out to me. Stacy, keep it up!!!👍👍👍 Customer service!!!

Just drove through the drive for a quick bite. I was very impressed with charm of your drive through employee Juan, extremely pleasant, and joyful you could hear Juan smiling as he took my order over the outdoor station. The drive through was extremely busy and handled it seemingly effortlessly. I really appreciated his infectious happiness.

The Rockwall Jack in the Box is the best I have visited. The Monster sausage breakfast combo is so good and filling, I end up taking a well deserved nap after breakfast. The service and people are awesome !!!

Hands down the BEST fast food burger place I've ever been to. Burger was excellent, very delicious. The fries were also very good. The service was quick and friendly and the prices are very fair for what u get. Very happy I stopped here. This is my new favorite fast food period.

The burger came out hot and fresh, seemed to be made to order. They put in the extra detail of wrapping it in paper, neatly. The diet coke was refreshing, perfect mix of syrup and carbonation. I didn't walk in, I used drive through so I can't speak to atmosphere, but above average presentation of the food for drive thru.

Jack-in-the-Box manages to serve fast food that tastes like real food. For ex., the teriyaki chicken rice bowl, available with egg rolls as combo. The sticky rice is hot & perfect, the sauce resembles Korean BBQ. Not a menu item you'd expect at a Texas "burger joint." My only regret is a necessarily limited menu. What they do serve, they do well.

The Rockwall Store definitely works hard to get your orders out correctly and the food is always good and freshly made. I only wish the drive through would park cars when an order is changed at the window or is taking a long time to complete.

I ordered 6 tacos and a drink. The tacos were good but not as good as I have had previously. I love JITB tacos unique taste. The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. It was not busy at the time I was there.

Not a bad spot, always hit you with the fresh frys, not too much ice in your cup, and the food is solid. However the drive through needs to be revamped, the wait is a bit lengthy.

Love a good jack n the box!! I have came here many times for food and family. Staff in drive through I think for most fast food places around they do a good job with orders and having correct items in when you leave. Which is a huge plus!! ( if you hate that) Sad that sometimes curly fries are Luke warm as they were precooked… and not fresh. Happened many times at this location. Other than that they do a good job for fast food in this area.

I’ve never had any bad food and the workers are super professional. But, on occasion, the owner’s wife works the window and you can tell that if she wasn’t a religious woman, she would leave her husband for investing in the place. Always looking down her nose. She makes me feel like she would poison a Christian if they weren’t buying all the bacon. Makes me uncomfortable. But, I do love me some bacon.

Your. Best menu items are cutly fries & egg rolls...so i take advantage when near one of your locations. In my travels this weekend that location served lukewarm to cool fries that were over cooked & extra greasy eggrolls. My guess is the oil wasnt hot enough. As we were traveling, it was not condusive to return to the location to voice my concerns. I did feel the matter should be addressed for any other traveler with hopes & expectations.

Went through the drive thru order 3 bacon egg and cheese croissants and 1 sausage received the 3 bacon but not the sausage and no straws for the drinks. Had to park and go in to get those items!! Bathroom was clean!

Their curly fries are really good and the hamburger is good. But the last time there, the whole place looked closed because the outer lights were off. We mentioned to the window checker that we almost didn't stop because it looked closed. He did say too much, so we just got our order and left.

Closes inside before posted time, with open sign still on. I could see someone walking away with a fresh order on a tray, so either the employees were still serving themselves (whatever, but change the posted dining room hours and turn off the open sign), or customers were locked inside the store, which confused me, and strikes me as unsafe and probably against fire code. Seems to a good job when they're actually open, though.

Visiting from Michigan, so had to give it a try. Pretty average fast food. Prices aren't great for what you get. Edit: I see what looks like an Auto response asking for how to improve .. I already said in my review "Prices aren't great for what you get", like $4 for 1 egg roll. Changing review down to 2 stars for commenting on my review without reading it

My order went through pretty quick. The food was nice and hot service was a little slow understanding English. I asked for a large size. They gave me a medium. I ordered a chicken sandwich club large size and only got a medium fry and a medium drink. I thought the chicken sandwich was delicious. It was hot. Price was a little high. I would definitely recommend this for a quick bite to eat, especially if you know Spanish. The atmosphere was quiet, not very many people. I did not complain about the mix-ups therefore not giving them a chance to correct it.

My first Protein Bowl was OK. I ordered classic chicken that had white rice and black beans. The flavor was good as it had sauce that seemed to be rather spicy considering they offer a Spicy Chicken version of this dish. Even though I stirred it in, the chicken was gone when the bowl was still 2/3 full of rice and beans. Not a good deal for over $7! By the way, Jack no longer gives a military discount. Better luck next time.

So they don’t know how to do math! I have a coupon, charged me wrong then didn’t give me back the correct amount. Store is DIRTY!!! Are they short handed or just don’t care. It’s sad too cuz Jack in the Box has pretty good food. If the front is this nasty, what’s going on in the back??

The food is usually pretty good but they forgot to give me back my card earlier today. The lady who took my card handed me my drinks while the payment was processing but then a different lady came and asked if I wanted sauce with my order. In the heat of the moment I had forgotten about my card and the 2nd lady handed me my food then said “have a good day.” I can’t blame the 2nd lady at all and I am also partially to blame since I forget as well. NOW the real issue. I called 6-7 times back to back at around 4:30-5:00 PM but nobody answered me and I couldn’t confirm if they had my card or not. This meant I was forced to drive up there just to see if they had my card then I arrived and saw 4-5 employees and the store wasn’t even remotely busy. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way when I walked in and saw all the employees laughing and hanging out meanwhile they couldn’t be bothered to pick up the phone. Wasn’t even offered an apology. Just kinda unprofessional and annoying but like I said, the food was still pretty good.

I’m going to be honest…. This was my first time ever eating Jack in the Box and uh, I won’t be back. Giving it 2 stars because at least the lobby looked clean, but the burger legit had the consistency of freezer burned beef patties being left on the roof to cook in the sun and shrivel up and die. I hate leaving bad reviews but Ima be honest, this was crazy. Whoever’s on the grill NEEDS to lessen up on the crisp n burn technique. Also strangely enough, the entire building smells like mildew and it’s like weirdly humid in there? You don’t smell food when you walk in, you smell mold

Went in drive through at 11:30pm to pick up a door dash order and waited at the menu speaker for 5 minutes no one answered so I went to the window. Waited there for 10 minutes and a lady was in there closing everything down and wouldn't acknowledge me. Called the store twice no answer honked my horn twice no answer...no way to run a business!!!

Sad to see an open sign on, for a business that is clearly 24hrs, and they have cones up for the drive thru and wont answer the phone to find out when they reopen. And when someone finally came to the door, they didnt seem to care at all. Even if you are polite and just want to know whats going on. 1 star from me.

Just went through the drive thru and the girl was so rude. When she gave me my food she opened the window and shoved the bag at me. She was on her headset and didn't even look at me. I said something of the sort of wow you just shove food at people so such a great job at it. She said she was busy with other orders and yelled have a nice day. If this was the first time my service was bad I wouldn't leave this review but the last time I went in there it was like I was back in a high school lunch room.....and NOT because of the customers. It was the employees cussing and cutting up. It's pitiful and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible service I went through the drive today Wednesday April 13 at around 3:35 pm and waited in the drive thru line over 15 min when there was only two cars in front of me and when I got to the window the young lady with glasses gave me such an attitude when I shared my frustration about waiting so long. And then another Hispanic lady next to her told me that I’m gonna have to wait additional time for my food to be prepared and I told them it was ridiculous to wait for fast food for over 20 min and that’s when both women thrusted my card back at me and told me to get the hell out of the drive thru! Horrible service! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone and by the looks of the reviews a lot of other people who are Rockwall residents like myself agree that the service and their employees are horrible! Oh and also I’ve already gone ahead and filled out a contact us page to Jack in the Box so they are also aware of this outrage!

**Edit** Went back today to give them another chance, once again, a let down!!! Ordered loaded tiny tacos, get all the way back to work, to receipt says i ordered and paid for "loaded" tiny tacos!! I got plain tiny tacos!!! One of the lady's inside handled the trash cans (no gloves on) then went right back to bagging up orders (still no gloves on) didn't wash hands, just right back to orders! DISGUSTING!!!

My husband waited in drive thru for 42 minutes with a line of cars behind him as well. After waiting all that time, all the lights shut off and there was a long line of angry customers. My husband went to the door and didnt see anyone inside. A female in line in the car in front of my husband asked on the speaker box if anyone was there. She heard a hispanic male say they were closed! She said no yall are 24hrs. It was 12:04am! The male never answer after that and no one got food! My husband goes to Jack in the Box at least 3-4 times a week after he gets off work. WE WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!! That employee lost alot of money tonight! I REFUSE TO RATE THIS PLACE EVEN 1 STAR!!! THEY DONT DESERVE IT! I even tried calling and no one even answered the phone. I cant find the corporate office phone number, but when I find it I WILL BE REPORTING THIS EMPLOYEE AND LOCATION!!!

At 11:30pm August 30,2019 atleast two people are working in the Jack n the Box and the Caucasian male totally ignored us as though we were not there. We blew the horn several times as he was close to the window and would not address us. So as we drove off we saw him twice look in the direction of our car. It’s says they are open 24 hours on Friday and we were denied service. I will be taking this further.

Absolutely the slowest JITB I've ever been to. I was surprised my food was still hot enough to enjoy by the time it was handed to me at the drive through window. I spent WELL over 30 minutes in the drive lane (I had already been there too long when I checked my phone for the time). It was almost 20 minutes from placing order to pickup. I guess it's hard to find good help in this "here some more free money for not working" Covid world we live in - seems every JITB I've visited lately is very very slow. BTW it was about 12:15 pm on a Tuesday when my gasoline and time wasting exercise began. (Rockwall TX near El Chico's)

Doesn't even deserve a star. The short older Asian guy was rude and basically shoved the food out the window. When asked for condiments he gave the wrong ones and quickly closed the window not giving enough time to even say a word..... If you know you hate dealing with people I suggest you look for a different job!.... Never coming here again!

They skimp on the ultimate cheeseburger..total ripoff. Tried 3 times and the same everything. The one by my work is great...they use the smaller patties and don't put all the cheese that's supposed to be on there here..like I say..3 times in a row..no mistake..Will not return...go to culvers across the street..same price..wayyyy.better

This was a horrible experience because of the fact the they forgot food in our order multiple times and the manager was so USELESS and she didn’t even care that we didn’t get our food and I thought it was because they were busy but when I got there ( even tho it was a DELIVERY) I still had to drive out there and they STILL wouldn’t give me my order. it was a GHOST TOWN By the way. Horrible management and horrible service. Never again 100/100 BAD review

wow I can't believe the service was I ordered a spicy chicken meal. with extra mayonnaise and instead I got extra cheese and onions for (1) that doesn't even come with the order. again I told the employee it's alright no worries I'll pay for it it's fine . then the employee's were on there phones while the line was backed up then I looked at my order and it was someone else's order (two times) it happened ( same time)today and I was asked to pull around to get my order then I was asked to pay again since the meal didn't have fries.at the end of the day the management or boss for that restaurant/# 3725 Rockwall tx needs a sit down with the owners and get a real team in.

I used their app to order and pay. The app said that my order would be ready in 7-9minutes. I drove up their only to spend over an hour in the drive thru. After I spent over an hour to get to the drive thru window to get my order. When I got home they had given me the wrong order. Tried calling the phone number that was listed. But the number did not work nor could you text it. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT RESTAURANT EVER AGAIN.

Google says they’re open until 1am tonight, which I get can be wrong sometimes.. but the drive thru window has the actual hours on the restaurant, and it says open until 12am... why were they closed at 11pm? Pretty sure the employees closed it early when they weren’t supposed to, but maybe they just change their hours whenever they want.. doesn’t make sense to me. Or maybe just like, change the hours to the appropriate ones?

Ordered sprite they gave me water. Fries were cold like they were made the day before. When you order at the drive thru all you hear is people joking and laughing in the background the person taking your order included. Won’t be coming back to this location…

I always get the tacos and they put ketchup on them I called them and ask them about the sauce and the manager Maria could help me with the problem I am definitely not going back after all this years is the first time I get ketchup on them they said thats the way they supposed to be i don't think so 🤔

This place sucked! There was a long line at the window. I ordered a bacon Swiss buttery Jack. With a medium Coke no ice. Pull up to the window my Coke had Ice but I didn't say anything. Pulled away and got on the interstate as I was traveling, and opened up my burger and it was a burger patty with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, ketchup! I don't even know what it was.

Way overcharged. App said .70 charge for a drink. I get my “emailed” recipt I was charged $3 for the drink!!! Rip off. Your phone number doesn’t work either. My sandwich wasn’t even correct either. I asked to speak to the manager to which she said “I can’t help you” I don’t know the app. Wouldn’t help me in anyway. Requested to get a call from corporate and nothing. Very poor service. If you mess up at least make it right! I shouldn’t have to eat something I didn’t pay for!

Ordered food through drive thru. Cashier was friendly. Arrived home with my food. My wife attempted to eat her food and her food was cold. Drove back to location to try and get it resolved. Just wanted a hot burger. I was told that they could not get another burger because it was ordered 30 minutes ago. A 5 minute drive from my home. Didn't want a refund, just wanted a hot burger. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning to this location

Worst breakfast ever. I ordered 2 croissant meals. NO BACON on 1, & only bacon crumbles on the other. The hasbrowns were over cooked & greasy. Evetything had been sitting there a while. Only thing good was the orange juice.

Did an app order on a Thursday night for over $60, 4 meals. Got an email confirmation and said order ready in 5-7 min. When my husband arrived he was told the App was down and was not accepting orders. He showed them the app, where it says recent purchases, the email where it's said thank you for your order (order ready in 5-7min), and our bank account where you could see the funds already being pulled. The manager on duty would not do anything to give him our dinner, said there was nothing he could do about it. He provided a cell phone number to whom he said was the Store Manager and number to customer service; 5 days later we have not heard back from the store manager and the number he gave us was for Jack in the Box stock exchange info. Seriously. He went and got Mcds instead. We got back out about 30 min later and out of pure frustration decided to try the app for Jack on the Box again and ordered just a large soda. Funny how that went through no problems. I asked the same "manager" my husband had talked to why would 1 go through and not the other. I told him I felt it was his responsibility to make it right, since he was the person in charge. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do. According to him, IF he gave me the food we had ordered and already paid for then the company would take the $60 out of his check. I told him that was illegal. At this point, I had already found the correct way to contact Jack in the Box, apparently that is through a Twitter Chat. My husband had also already filled out a "Contact Me" for located online. It is now Tuesday, 5 days later, and we have yet to hear from the Manager or Customer Service.

It took a very long time to get my order and when I finally received my food the fries were already cold, then when I got gone everyone's burgers were cold, no napkins were in the bags and I got 2 ranches when I asked specifically asked for ranch's and got a hand full of hot sauce? Keep in mind I ordered almost $40 worth of food! Definitely not going back, this was not my first time having issues here... but will be my last.

The lady clearly could not speak English well. I ordered a supreme croissant and a loaded breakfast sandwich, but she kept switching in between which one she put in the order. We ended up only getting a breakfast sandwich and had to re-order to get the other. We also got a cherry coke and a small coffee, but she only gave us a regular coke.

I literally just bought food. # 2 and 4 tacos and curly fries and got home. Everything was cold. Not even warm. I asked for a receipt before I left drive through ( I paid with credit card) and she said in the bag. Came home and when discovered the food was cold didn't find receipt. Called and spoke to a lady but she conveniently hung up on me. Called back and no one answered. This is just bad service. I wouldn't be so upset if the food was at least warm but it wasn't at all. Very upset at the Indian lady at the drive through.

I ordered mobile. Sent my husband in to pick it up and she wouldn't give him the food despite having the name and what was in the order. It was simply 2 egg rolls and 2 fries. She was very rude and wanted a confirmation number even though one isn't given on the app. I had to screenshot the app to him. She gives him the food and it had been just sitting there and was cold. He asked for the fries to be remade and she argued saying They were still warm. They weren't. She replaced ONE of fries and handed him back the food. They are still barely warm. Im not going back.

Worst jack in the box ever! They close randomly whenever they want to probably because of understaffing. The staff they have can’t read or speak English so they are constantly getting orders wrong. One time i ordered a croissant and got a burrito and they were dumbfounded. I keep going back because I genuinely love Jack in the box and the closest one other than this is bob town but they suck so bad I’ve had to get refunded so many times I’m over it!

We order from here on Door Dash often and have issues with our food being correct. Last night we were missing a whole sandwich as well as a box of tacos and fries. They put lettuce and tomato and I asked for them not to. Door Dash refunded me a small amount and I still had a kid without food. This is frustrating. Please correct this issue management. READ THE ORDER PLEASE. Thank you.

Whoever the lady is that was running the drive thru during the day today is rude as hell. I originally went in to pick up a delivery order for a customer but I also placed an order for myself. I placed the order for myself and then told her that that I also had a delivery to pick up. She got frustrated and voided out my order. I told her that I needed to place my order in addition to the pick up that I had and she told me to wait one second in an annoyed tone. I then had to place my order again with another person, which I had to wait on them for 5 min to come to the register. Poor service 👎

We are the 4th vehicle in line. We placed our order at 2:00 we are slowly inching up in the line. It's now 2:25 and we are the 3rd vehicle in line. I'll finish writing this determining what time we will get our food.A sourdough meal and 2 tacos. This is definetly NOT a fast food place! Finally at 2:30 p.m. The credit card machine was down! I'll have to say the young man at the window was very apologetic and respectful.

Horribly slow- worst location I have ever been to. Ordered tacos and get shells with no meat or cheese. Sometimes cheese and that’s it. It’s weird. Almost as if it’s on purpose. How can people be that stupid where they don’t put meat on the tacos and hand you an empty shell. Employees also seem like they don’t care about anything. I see all these horrible reviews. Is corporate ever going to step in and clean this disaster of a store up?

The manager (or whoever wears the purple shirt) will keep you waiting for long periods of time, serve other customers who walk into the store after you. Quite irritating to be fair, I’ll pray for her she most definitely needs Jesus in her life. How she hasn’t been fired is beyond me.

I had ordered a double bacon sour dough jack amongst other items. And this is how the sandwich came. I had to pull it apart cause i thought it only had one patty. But as you can see in the pic, the patty was nearly all destroyed, and they still used it. I said ez tomatoe on it. Came with no tomatoes at all. I also ordered the spicy potato wedges but they did not have that in stock and might never be getting it back.

I went through the drive thru and spent 43.00 when i got home and ready to eat i checked my burger and it had no meat on it!!!And when i called them no one answered. Really disappointed that i had nothing to eat. Did they not see a meat patty laying on the grill!!! It’s really sad when you spend that much money and you don’t even have anything to eat!!!! And of course they will only want to replace that one item but i think my money should be refunded due to employees not doing there job!!!!

Server was rude, asked for light mayo and my bun is soggy with it. Asked for ice and she told me she would charge me with a Large drink and give me water (not ice). Charged me a large curly fry without asking, and the fries weren’t even full curly they were broken apart. I got a chicken burger and couldn’t even bite in to it.

This location is awful. It was 10/05/2024 @11:18 order #187 and I picked up at the drive thru. They sold me a side salad very disgusting with FUNGUS!. The carrots had fungus and cheese. The cheese doesn't even have the color of yellow and the carrots. Is very embarrassing because I wanted to enjoy my meal and I saw this. IS DISGUSTING EATING HERE! . I’m not coming here anymore and it was my first time. I can’t give a less star because it doesn’t give me another option just to give 1 star. I JUST HOPE I WON’T SICK with my other food I bought here :(. Please provide with better food or health department can come if they keep complaining. Have a good day!

I was picking up an order for a food delivery service, for 3 different people. I picked up the first two and the lady told me to go through the drive thru all over again, mind you the drive thru is full, I said I am needing in more order, she disregards it and tells me she has a line. I suggest i can wait at the Front doors and she said no one would deliver the items to me. This is unbelievable, i recently lost my job and because of this interaction i was late with these orders!

This is the third time during the night we go and they have closed down by choice before operating hrs state theyre closed. I was a shift manager at jack for years so i know whether you're franchise OR corporate operated you should stop taking orders at the time that it states you are closed. There was two cars behind me as well. They put the tea dispenser at the drive thru windows. I was at this druve thru at 12:53 and no one answered, as we are driving away we see worker in lobby just cleaning no headset in sight just airpods. If workers dont want to work until closing time which is 1:00 AM per your website then you should update it to whatever time it is they feel like working.

I placed an order via the mobile app and waited over 20 minutes for my food. The lady in red exited the office, appearing agitated. I informed her that my order should have been ready, and she attempted to provide me with cold tacos. Upon declining the cold tacos, she became increasingly irritated. An insult was directed towards me, and I responded accordingly. The lady in black intervened, and law enforcement was summoned. Unfortunately, we did not receive our food or a refund. This experience is consistent with previous interactions with the lady in red at this establishment. A police officer corroborated my assessment, stating that the staff's behavior is consistently rude.

I ordered 26 tacos tonight, and unfortunately, my brother encountered an unpleasant experience with his. He found something unappetizing inside his taco. This is unacceptable, and we will not be ordering again.
