Einstein Bros. Bagels

I always get the bagels but today I ordered an iced caramel macchiato. It was overly sweet for such a small cup. Plus this wasn’t caramel macchiato. I don’t what it was.

Latte tastes like watered down decaf and the sandwich was good but little to no brisket😑 other locations have better serving portions

Dude, working the drive through orders. Was ridiculously. Impolite, while taking orders and was very smart-Alec, rude, when I said hello I'm ready. I calmly and quietly said, oh I don't think I really like that. Then when I got up to window he could not would not look at me, even when taking my payment and handing my food, dude almost dropped my stuff a grown man very immature and not good customer service. They need to put him in the back somewhere. There's a place for everyone at a job. But that was not his place. They were not busy at all like dead, not busy...saying that...because I do understand the difficulties of working a drive-through. I absolutely have done that as a job as well, and during the busiest times you're taking orders taking payments, and handing out food, all a solo one person job, so I understand. That's why it rubbed me more than wrong. The food was good pricey for bagels, but it was good.

After sitting down and starting my meal, I realized I needed a little butter for my hot muffin. When I went up to ask for some, I was promptly told I had to pay for it—$0.89 for a little butter! Really? After spending $30, they couldn’t spare a small amount of butter without an extra charge? It’s disappointing to see a place nickel-and-dime customers over something that should have come with the order in the first place. Do better, Einstein Bros.

More times a miss. Today, I ordered a maple house egg sandwich for the first time. I’ll show pictures of what I was supposed to get, vs what I received….. McDonald’s is literally better than this. Cheaper, and At least the quality is consistent. No syrup, and each bite you get so much more bagel than filling. I also ordered my favorite chorizo sunrise egg sandwich and sometimes it’s good (always skimpy on fillings) but today it was just terrible. The avocado chunks were so hard and unripe. Not a pleasant eating experience at all. Very disappointed and I don’t see myself returning here.

I'm not sure who owns and manages this place. The staff has no attention to any detail whatsoever. They mess up my order the majority of the time. Today did it for me. They messed up my order twice in a row within 3 days. Today I ordered 2 plain egg sandwiches on plain bagel with 2 eggs and this is what I got. Igot a 1 egg sloppy put together sandwich. Pay for 2 eggs and don't even get 2 eggs. What a joke. 2 days ago I ordered the same and got someone else's order. The whole order was wrong. And to realize this only when I got home, how upsetting that is. I understand why they have a 3 rating out of 100+ reviews. Its the same issues over and over again. I will not be returning here again.

Stopped by for some bagels and a coffee. The guy in the driveway was extremely rude. I asked for creamer and he acknowledged twice he put creamer in my coffee, rudely asking, "do you need extras?!"My coffee is as black as his soul, the audacity he has to lie to a customer.

The person taking the order in the drive thru did not listen to my order and I ended up having to spend more money to fix it , by ordering another bagel because the lady at the window couldn't tell my bagels apart. After leaving my bagels were not even toasted like requested. The staff was there but not mentally. If you want Einstein's then go to a different one.

The food is incredible, service is much below par. I would suggest driving to Plano - to the location off the Dallas Tollway for incredible service. This location always get the order wrong, if dining in - the ladies continue to chat and ignore customers waiting to order. I see in the reviews the attitude of men working there are normally the issue - which clearly isn’t being addressed. Hands down the worst service of any location, and the best looking establishment (building). Lots of opportunity here, get the right team in place and this store could be very successful.

The charge went through on my card, but the store said they did not receive it and argued the order because the store register showed different cost for the same order. Don't know why the costs would be different when I used the Einstein website directly. The staff were completely unhelpful when I asked what I needed to do and wouldn't fulfill the order.

The only Einstein B I tried ordering “Lox and bagel” and was told “what? We don’t have Lox” (but they did) Added- when it’s ordered (been here a few times) they wrap it in paper (you get it in a split box everywhere else) Also. The famous Dark roast is an enigma to the employees. They only have “Coffee” apparently… (when asked) Service has yet to match the quality (which really takes away from the Einstein B experience at this location)

not sure who manages this place but they need a new one. staff sucks and messes up orders constantly. got a SIMPLE toasted cinnamon sugar bagel with shmear and it was absolutely cold like it was just grabbed right off the shelf. absolutely disgusting. also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, toasted as well, and it came COLD with the cheese not even close to melted. egg was undercooked and cold and so was the bacon. bagel was no where near toasted. i’ve given the benefit of the doubt plenty of times and i will not be returning after this. they never take accountability and are never friendly. absolute trash. if there was option for 0 stars i would’ve put it. i am extremely disappointed yet again and will no longer be spending money for SIMPLE BAGELS to be screwed up every single time. do better.

The “manager” or whoever was training the new staff member was extremely rude and not patient what so ever. It was our first time here and the fact that we didn’t know the menu was a bother to him, no effort into explaining anything and there was no line behind us. I ordered hashbrown bite (my hashbrown bite was mushed up in my bag) took me a minute to recognize what it was. I ordered asiago cheese bagel with onion & chive cream cheese spread. You know back in the day when they said "Where's the beef" for the Wendy's commericial. I said the same thing, "Where's the cream cheese". Mind you I was so looking forward to this bagel this morning. So disappointed.
